• GENYA (9/5): とても満足できるものでした。 - 朝食はおいしかったですが、量がとても多いです。早朝に出掛けて食べる時間がない時は、事前に伝えておけばお弁当の形で持たせてくれます。 ロケーションは街の中心部近く、水の王宮に隣接しており、とても便利です。 水の王宮で毎晩(金曜日以外)行われている民族舞踊・音楽のショーを部屋のバルコニーから見ることができました。 スタッフはとても親切かつ優秀で、安心できます。マッサージもお願いしましたが非常に上手でした。 ロケーションはとてもよいのですが、その分周囲の渋滞はすごいです。車で郊外に出るのに時間がかかってしまいます。 宿そのものには問題はないと思います。

• Paulina (10/5): Perfect place! - I had a wonderful stay at this accommodation in Ubud. Everything about it was perfect from start to finish. The place was spotlessly clean, beautifully maintained, and located right in the heart of Ubud - yet it somehow remained incredibly peaceful, quiet, and relaxing. The natural surroundings within the property were stunning, creating a calm and tranquil atmosphere. The pool was lovely and perfect for cooling down after a day out exploring. Breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of choices, and I also had dinner at the restaurant, the food was just as impressive. The staff made the experience even better. They were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with a smile. The bed was very comfortable, and I especially loved the outdoor shower, which added a special touch to the stay. Thoughtful amenities were provided, including umbrellas and mosquito plug-ins, so everything you could possibly need was already taken care of. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Ubud.

A pesar de que las habitaciones son edificios separados sí se comparte espacio con la habitación contigua de la que solo te separa un muro muy delgado de algún material que deja filtrar TODOS los ruidos de los ocupantes d e la otra habitación. Experiencia muy incómoda ya que da la sensación de estar en un mismo espacio. En el jardín contigua estaban de obras durante todo el día con ruidos de maquinaria extremadamente desagradables. Se entra a un espacio que promete ser un remanso de paz y la realidad es que los “ruidos internos internos” interrumpen cualquier opción de descanso. Una pena.

Staffs are very friendly and helpful too. Probably the incense making workshop can be less ritualistic without losing the meditative aspect as not all participants are Buddhist or Hindu.

The grounds were beautiful and so peaceful. The high standard was visible in everything from the room to the breakfast which had loads of choice and was delicious. The only negative thing was a slight musty smell in the bedroom which I believe may have come from the shower, but was not a major thing.

We were lucky enough to see balinese dance show during our dinner. The staff is so helpful, nice, attending and always smiling. We learned a lot about balinese traditions from them. Binnen het complex waan je je in een oase van rust en Balinese authenticiteit en een stap naar buiten en je staat in de gekte en drukte van Ubud centrum. Personeel super vriendelijk! Locatie, mooie kamer en personeel

• Simone (10/5): Aussergewöhnliches Hotel in Top Lage! - Einzigartige Unterkunft direkt neben dem Wassertempel. Das Personal in der Rezeption und im Restaurant war überaus freundlich! Das Zimmer war sehr groß und die Ausstattung war Top! Das Badezimmer war aussergewöhnlich. Die beste Adresse um nach Ubud zu reisen.

• Tanja (8/5): - Det var helt unikt at bo ved templet og mærke stemningen derfra. Værelserne var smukke. Lidt lille soveværelse men rigtig stort badeværelse. Det var en del renovering mens vi var der hvilket betød man ikke kunne være på værelset i løbet af dagen pga larmen. Renoveringen og den fælles pool var heller ikke det bedste jeg har oplevet
• Achim (8/5): Top spot BUT only once construction activities are finished (looks still a way to go from 07/25!) - Amazing setting as part of the Ubud Water Palace Complex Very poor reception access (construction going on with mounts of rubble deposited) and loads of scooters parked inhibiting access. Noisy construction activity around rooms. Very disappointed I wasn’t advised of it when booking/closer to the time of my arrival.

• Antonio (10/5): Perfeito! - O hotel é absolutamente lindo! As acomodações são grandes e permitem muita privacidade. O jardim do hotel é muito bem cuidado e os funcionários são adoráveis! O café da manhã no restaurante nos atendeu muito bem! Gostei de tudo

• 亮 (10/5): ウブドの中心に位置する快適な宿 - ウブド王宮から歩いて2〜3分。メイン通りに面していながら、フロントやヴィラは奥まった場所にあるので比較的静か。ネカ美術館、プリルキサン美術館まで徒歩圏内なのもポイント高く、ライスフィールド散歩の拠点にもなり、とにかく立地は抜群。スタッフの皆さんも笑顔が素敵で快適に過ごせる宿です。隣のカフェロータスで食べる朝食も美味しく、ぜひお勧めしたい宿です。 良くなかったところはあまり無いですが、シャワーの水圧が弱かったことくらい。年末年始に泊まったので、イベント音楽で壁の振動が凄かったですが、それも大晦日だけ。逆に、ヴィラによっては隣のウォーターパレスの音楽が聴けるのはプラス材料かも。
• Raghad (9/5): زيارة رائعة - الموقع استراتيجي جداً في قلب ابود، قريب من كل شيء و حولك مقاهي ومطاعم ممتازة وحلال الموظفين رائعين جداً وخدومين، كتبنا لهم اننا بشهر العسل و زينوا لنا السرير و جابوا لنا كيكة و صورونا صورة وسلموها لنا واحنا خارجين، المفارش رائحتها نظيفة جداً ومنتعشة، التنظيف اليومي ممتاز، لو احتجنا اي شي يوفروه لنا مباشرة و موظفة الاستقبال اللي تلبس نظارة خدومة ولطيفة جداً جداً، اعطونا ساعة مساج مجانية، و خصم على ماكولات ومشروبات المطعم الخاص فيهم، بشكل عام نكرر الزيارة باذن الله لكن بناخذ نوع الغرفة اللي الشاور حقها داخلي اريح نفسيا اخذنا غرفة كينج، كانت جميلة لكن صغيرة نسبياً، اسم الغرفة Wibisana فيها بعض العيوب، المكيف مايبرد ابداً وصغير على الغرفة، باب الحمام مزعج جداً و مهترئ، الشاور خارجي فقط وبالاغلب فيه وزغ لكن بالغرفة الفئة الاقل المروش داخلي فالوضع بيكون احسن، المكان وسط معبد فيمكن مايناسب البعض لكن بالنسبة لنا عادي، الفطور بالنسبة لي سيء، تختار نوع فطور واحد امريكي او كونتيننتال او اندونيسي، الاومليت طعمه سيء للاسف مع اننا طول السفرة ناكله من اماكن اخرى بس كانت افضل بكثير، لكن خدمة المطعم ممتازة، المكان كله تماثيل ولوحات غير لائقة احياناً لكن اهم شي يكون عندكم فكرة مسبقة، و اهم شي تعرفوه ان المعبد المجاور مزعج جداً وعندهم عروض يومية من 7:30 الى 8:30 و بعدها من 9 الى 10 مساء ومزعجة جدا، وليلة رأس السنة استمرت العروض الى الفجر ماقدرنا ننام كانها بالغرف
