Katie (9/5): Comfortable holiday space - Lovely location close the beach and using the apartment’s beach path is very quick. Clean apartment and spacious with large kitchen, 2 bedrooms and bathrooms. The manager was very accomodating and friendly and even reimbursed us some of our stay due to the unexpected noise during the night of the light rail construction. Not Horizon’s fault or anything they can control but this does go a long way with keeping guests’ association with this complex a positive one so we were very thankful for that. Curtains that provided more blackout from the western facing heat would be great but everything else was good.

KAY (8/5): Good apartment in a nice location but air conditioner wasn’t very effective on hot and humid days. - The location was really good with easy access to the beach and lots of shops and restaurants in walking distance It was difficult to keep the apartment cool on very hot and humid days as there was only one small air conditioner in the living room and only ceiling fans in the bedrooms. We were on the top floor and couldn’t have the sliding door open even on cooler days as there was no security screen and it wasn’t safe for our grandson on the balcony.

When I booked there was no A/C in the bedrooms however, the rooms were very hot and stuffy… we opened the window & had the fan on constantly with the bedrooms still very hot.

Merryn (8/5): The place is fantastic and exactly what we were looking for, rail works were unbelievably noisy - Everything about the property was great, as expected and perfect. Just need to stay there when road works finished which looks like years away. Huge issue was road works noise from outside all night from works on the rail line. Windows have extra sound proofing in the bedrooms however it still kept us awake every night. Not the fault of horizons as they were great. The rail line should be compensating there business better.

The small aircon in the lounge did not reach the bedrooms, we kept curtains closed all day and windows closed but it was like a sauna in the bedrooms. There are also no curtain closing or blinds in the lounge area.
Jessica (7/5): Great spot, good value, slight improvements needed - Very close to the patrolled beach. Easy walk to restaurants and supermarkets. Pool and spa were lovely. Advertised as air-conditioned. The only air-con unit was in the loungeroom, which did not filter down to the bedrooms. The bedrooms had ceiling fans that were placed oddly and did not adequately cool rooms down. We were given a parking space, which was such a tight fit, that we could not leave out of one side of our small Honda Jazz. The end of the park was also filled with someone's property.

Amelia (8/5): - Great location, very friendly staff. Good facilities. The front door handle kept falling off in our hands when exiting the apartment. Very much a safety issue, particularly if there happened to be a fire in the complex. The ensuite door lock was faulty and trapped one of our kids inside. The glasses and plates were flaked with debris and needed to be cleaned before we used them. Other than that, it was great!

Renai (7/5): We had an enjoyable holiday in Burleigh and it was great catching up with family. Hopefully you will take onboard our fe - The position of the property was perfect . Stroll to the beach. Short walk to Burleigh shops and lots of parks around Great pool, spa and putt putt The property we stayed in which was level 11 no 45 needs some renovations. Paint was peeling off walls . Bathrooms old . Laundry was dangerous with no ventilation. My 2 year old grandson actually had a fall in the laundry. A bigger clothes airer that wasn’t rusty would have been great. It was actually overpriced for what it was even though it was high season . Paying $6k for 13 nights you would have thought we could have got clean towels at no extra charge along with free golf clubs.

Shivani (8/5): Overall a great stay, would definitely stay again! - Amazing location, the back door beach access was just a 2 min walk. Kids loved the pool. Spacious well-equipped apartment. Very friendly staff. The roadworks were very noisy overnight and disturbed my sleep, and it made getting in/ out of the Burleigh Heads area pretty challenging. We didn't expect them to be so extensive, and yeah so noisy at night. The apartment is a bit dated, our toilet had a smell the whole time but those things didn't bother us much. We had an apartment with fans in the bedrooms and air con in the lounge, which we knew before booking it. I wouldn't have wanted to stay in it later in summer for sure, the fans wouldn't have been enough.

Rory (7/5): Was good apart from uncomfortable bed. - Good location, facilities were good. Main bed was very uncomfortable which made mine and my partners backs sore which was a bit of a bummer being on holidays.

Aliyah (9/5): Amazing staff - The man at reception was super awesome and helpful, went above and beyond, answered all my questions, made sure my mother was stocked up on coffee 😭 The cleaning lady, Ronda, was super sweet, she did an AMAZING job on the entire apartment.

Nous avons profités du spa-pool mais sinon souvent à l'extérieur. Accueil chaleureux 😃 de la réception. Merci beaucoup 🙏 et sans doute à bientôt! 😊😉 Rien de spécial! A part le bruit du chantier le soir.. Mais ce n'est pas dramatique!

Judith (8/5): Very good - Found the property very close to all things that we needed to do, catchup with family, beach theme parks. And all amenities very around property very good. The Showers were terrible, as in water pressure and there was a horrible smell in water itself. The Beds were ok but could do with new mattress in near future. But in saying this I would stay again as it was a lovely apartment

Gail (10/5): - Had everything I needed - Large, spacious unit with spectacular views, across from the beach. Good property layout - pools x 2 (1 - Kids), sauna, spa, quiet sun lounge area, family bbq, kids playground, mini golf (for a hit & a giggle). Friendly office Staff, Cleaners & locals living there. Be aware there are roadworks directly outside on the main highway (but not noticeable if the windows are shut). It didn’t impede my visit at all.

The wall mount for the ensuute shower was also broken and could only use it hand held. Great views and wonderful pool and spa.

Xialyn (5/5): Paying $ 2700 for 5 nights with no aircon was disappointing. I also booked accommodation in booking.com and it was adver - The location and the pool area was really nice No aircon, it’s not good enough for Burleigh. I think it’s expected for apartments to now have aircon especially in areas of high humidity and hot weather. The oven also didn’t work well it did not feel like it was safe to use. Smelt of mechanical issue. I couldn’t see a smoke alarm which is not good or safe.

Sue (8/5): Very pleasant, the weather wasn’t great so not all the facilities were used but we would certainly not hesitate to stay - The apartment was lovely, the views were perfect. It was a bit too far to walk to James St where the majority of cafes etc were.
