Turpat arī dzelzceļa stacija 5 minūšu attālumā. Ja būsim Sirakūzā vēlreiz,tad paliksim tepat. Brokastis nebija mūsu gaumē ( tikai saldumi), sagādājiet paši dārzeņus un augļus. Bet, ņemot vērā cenu, arī tas normāli.

The room was very large and beautiful. Very comfortable beds. The bathroom was also spacious and well equipped. Breakfast was included, which was great for such a good price.

• Jesús (4/5): Una mala experiencia. - Poder aparcar justo a la puerta al ser el único cliente o, al menos, el único con coche, y que estábamos a unos 15 minutos de Ortigia a pie. Reservamos para tres noches, pero solo nos quedamos una porque pasamos frío antes de que la habitación estuviera caliente, lo cual afectó la salud de mi esposa. La razón es que el dormitorio no tenía puerta y el calor se disipaba por el pasillo. La ducha del baño era una combinación de mampara y cortina de plástico, el champú eran bolsitas unidosis de esas que son difíciles de abrir con las manos mojadas, las toallas estaban limpias, pero olían a detergente barato. El desayuno, además de tener que preparártelo tú mismo, tenía como alimentos bollería industrial plastificada con fecha de elaboración desconocida. Desayunamos en una cafetería cercana. Preguntamos al propietario si podíamos obtener un reembolso parcial y nos dijo que no era posible al haber reservado a través de Booking. Contactamos con Booking y nos dijeron que el reembolso dependía del propietario, que contactaron con él y que no hubo acuerdo, por lo que no podían hacer nada. Soy consciente de que no teníamos derecho a reembolso, pero me molestó mucho el que se escudara falsamente en Booking en lugar de recordarnos que no teníamos derecho y que, por lo tanto, no iba a efectuar ningún reembolso. Estaba en su derecho, pero prefirió una falsa excusa. Podría seguir comentando alguna diferencia más entre lo anunciado y lo que había, pero creo que ya es suficiente.

He goes out of your way to help you and make sure you have a pleasant experience. Breakfast and cleanliness of common area can be improved. • Roberto (10/5): - Ho alloggiato in questo B&B per 2 notti con la mia ragazza. La struttura si trova in una zona molto tranquilla, a 15 minuti a piedi da Ortigia. A pochi metri si possono trovare ristoranti, gelaterie e un panificio. Camera da letto comoda e bagno molto spazioso, con tutto il necessario disponibile. Colazione inclusa abbondante. Nunzio è stato sempre gentile e disponibile durante tutto il soggiorno. Se dovessi ritornare a Siracusa, sicuramente sceglierei di nuovo questo B&B.

Частной парковки нет!Мы кружили 40 минут чтобы найти место чтобы 1 км пройти пешком до дома.Очень шумно,под окнами кафе и шум до 12 ночи.Нет сушилки для белья,после пляжа негде сушить вещи!На кухне нет ни кастрюли ни сковородки,приготовить ужин или омлет на завтрак у вас не получится.Кухня общая,чтобы выпить кофе и уйти.

Je recommande le restaurant Astrattu qui est a 100m. Petit déjeuner industriel. Dommage car il y a une panederia a côté. Deux petits problèmes techniques dans la salle d'eau qui devraient être réglés avant une prochaine location

Big room and a nice breakfast The room had a little window without glass, our balcony was facing the street jt was very loud all day and night, hard to fall asleep. The towels smelled like mold, like they were washed and not let it dried properly.

• Guest (10/5): Semplicemente perfetto! Se avete in programma di andare a Siracusa vi consigliamo questa struttura al 100%! - Accoglienza, gentilezza e disponibilità infinita di Nunzio. Struttura pulita, a due passi dal centro ed è uno dei pochi b&b in cui non vediamo davvero l’ora di tornare! Sembra impossibile avere solo cose positive da dire, ma è la verità. Ci siamo trovate benissimo e ci rimarrà nel cuore!

A localização, não sendo no centro, é fácil e rápido de chegar a este caminhando. Com estacionamento gratuito nas proximidades. Recomendo este espaço e voltaria a repetir.

The location is perfect — just a short walk from the city center, yet in a quiet and safe area. We really appreciated the free street parking right nearby, especially with the police station just across the road, which made it feel even more secure. The communication with the host (Nunzio) was excellent — quick, helpful, and very friendly. The room was spotless, comfortable, and well-equipped, making it a very pleasant and relaxing stay. No A/C in the kitchen area. It is really hot , especially when more than 2 people are present.

The location was perfect, the bus station is literally around the corner and the main railway station is also less than 5minute walk away. Nunzio was really helpful, he let us leave the luggage before the check-in and also let us store the luggage after check-out, which made our stay so much easier. The room was really big, with a nice balcony. The breakfast was typical italian, with a lot of sweet options, coffee and cold water in fridge always on display. If we come back to Siracuse, we will defenitely stay here again!

• Jon (5/5): Meh - The hosts are very pleasant, although absent 80% or more of the time. Two of our fellow guests were totally unable to access the living quarters and stuck in the hallway for who knows how long while no host was present, until we turned up with a working key to let them in. The location is not bad for accessing the city etc but the B&B is located in the bus terminal. The property is very clean. The fact that it is in a bus terminal. Yes, it has a sea view in the far horizon beyond a car park and between the built up urban environment. It even has a balcony. Neither of these are really relevant, given that the balcony is above a busy bus terminal and is tiny. Seriously, you are not going to use this balcony or appreciate any sea view here. The breakfast DIY is rubbish frankly. They might as well not bother. Oh, and when I do have a b&b over a bus terminal the least I might expect is a window where the hole in the window is 🤷‍♂️ (see attached photos)

• Anita (10/5): I have travelled A LOT, and this was one of the nicest places. - Especially owners, staff were SO SO SO lovely, kind, took care, gave really good tips and so much more. Location was perfect. Rooms were spotless, cosy, with all you need. They even have juices, water, cookies in the kitchen free to have if you need. One morning, the view from the french-balcony was stunning. ( the last pic. ) The place felt like home, especially for this solo-traveller. Thank you so much Laura & Co! Nothing.

Light breakfast a plus for those on the go. Host Fiora was just a joy to talk about where to go to visit. She was so flexible with checkin/chechout and communicated well before arrival. Would stay here again.

Pese a estar dos días, no hicieron la habitación, cuando en otros B&B de Sicilia si lo hacen. No pudimos pagar con tarjeta pese no haberse indicado nada al respecto. El trato con los dueños muy bueno.

Eget enkelt kök med stort kylskåp. Frukost ingår ej. Bussgata utanför, så lite störande trafikljud. Det går inte att parkera direkt utanför hotellet.

The proximity to the bus and train station was helpful for those using public transport to tour Sicily. About a 15 minute walk to the centre of "Island" for markets, restaurants and tourist sites and about 15 minutes in the opposite direction to the Necropolis. Supermarket very close by.
• VIVIANA (8/5): A un paso de la fascinante Ortygia! - Excelente atencion de parte de sus dueños. Muy bien ubicado, a 100 m de la parada del bus que te lleva a Ortygia y a los sitios arqueologicos. El desayuno es solo dulce. Por momentos la internet no andaba pero se soluciona. Recomiendo este lugar por la buena atencion. Las habitaciones estan en un 1° piso por escalera. A 10' de Ortygia, que es un sueño de bonita y con unos restaurantes buenisimos!!! Recomiendo: tratoria IL CENACOLO, pizzeria SICILY y restaurant DIVINO MARE.

Cadre très joli par contre la chambre est quelconque avec la photo de la Madone au_dessus du lit. La salle de bain est limite ... architecte d'extérieur ... ok mais pas d'intérieur. La douche est limite. LOrsque nous sommes revenu de diner, il y avait quelques limaces noires qui se baladaient sur les murs et le sol de la chambre et de la SDB. Petit déj sympa en extérieur (on se sert le café et l'assiette de croissant et pain est déjà prête ... les 2 tartines sont déjà à la confiture + une petite verrine de fruits) par contre c'est servi à 8h ou 8h30 ... un peu tôt pour des vacanciers.
