The hotel data will be provided, and it must be paid in local currency. * Please note the following general children's policies: Guests are considered children up to 9 years of age, after that they pay adult price. Younger children don't pay for accommodations and can sleep in existing beds. Children aged 4 to 9 must pay an extra fee of PEN 25.00 for breakfast, and PEN 125.00 and PEN 200.00 for meals in the 2 & 3 night packages respectively (Special Offer). Raul (10/5): Lugar tranquilo y sin mascotas - Las instalaciones muy bien conservadas y limpias, es muy grande y en zona tranquila. Dos piscinas, una grande para adultos y otra para niños. Punto adicional es que no permiten mascotas. Mayor variedad en la panadería.

En cuanto a la ubicación es a 15 o 20 min de la plaza de armas de Lunahuana, en auto. Hubo un problema con la cañería del baño, pero el último día de nuestra estancia.

No había agua caliente en la habitación. el ropero sonaba demasiado al abrirlo y cerrarlo, la calidad de las puertas es muy básica. Para prender y apagar la luz uno tiene que ir hasta el centro de la habitación. Yo hasta en mi casa tengo dos botones uno en la puerta y otro al costado de mi cama. Para el precio eso es básico.

Karina (5/5): It has potential but not there yet - The scenary and the complex is nice and have potential. No AC in the rooms. One night was 30 degrees Celsius. Impossible to sleep. There was no hot water during the stay. I am all for saving the planet and keeping the environment as clean as possible. But relying solely on solar panels for hot water means that if there is no sun there is no hot water. Both days I shower with cool water. Also there was no service at any of the 2 bars from 5:00 to 8:30pm. And the first day we had to chase people to get towel because the office where they supply them was closed even though it says to be open since 8:30am. At 10 it was still closed.

There were a ton of bugs and the breakfast could have had more options. I didn’t like that you had to pay for more coffee and water. Would have been great if the pool was heated. The playground equipment needs updating.

Ya es la 10 vez que voy y siempre hay la promesa de que "luego habrá". Lo otro, el desayuno podría empezar mas temprano. 730hs am es tarde para empezar. Y, no hay en ninguna parte un poco de cafe negro para tomar antes de esa hora. Y, finalmente, el gimnasio es bastante basico y robusto. Maquinas con cables rotos hace mas de 3 años.... Entiendo que es un hotel donde pocos huspedes quieren entrenar pesas, pero si indican que hay gimnasio en el perfil del hotel, hay que tener algo funcional.

So many places to walk, relax and just enjoy the outdoors plus, the whole place is kept so clean. The rooms where very big, comfortable and clean. The staff were super helpful in every way. I strongly recommend this accommodation. They could offer a better wi fi service.

Nidia I (10/5): Excelente resort - toda la infraestructura, limpieza y atencion muy buena, la pasamos super en familia, hay ambientes para disfrutar tanto en familia como solo adultos, lo unico que la piscina no se puede disfrutar al 100% por el viento que corre pero eso es por la temporada y no impide igual de disfrutarlo porque ambas piscinas son geniales. La comida muy buena y los precios asequibles,la vista uff es maravillosa , hay de todo por hacer e infinidad de lugares donde pasar el dia, los venaditos divinos, volveria porque me encanto.
