Très efficaces à tous niveaux, ils ont largement contribué à rendre ces derniers jours sur Hanoï plus agréables, plus faciles. Quant à l'établissement ce fut le meilleur, des lits très confortables, le seul où je n'ai pas mis de boule quies, lits refaits tous les jours, serviettes changées idem. Petit déjeuner varié et complet, pris au 8eme étage avec belle vue. On va le recommander autour de nous. Tout était parfait

Malgré une bonne isolation du bruit de la rue nous avons été beaucoup dérangé par les bruits intérieurs toute la nuit et tôt le matin : ascenseur, portes , ventilation à 5h45 de la cuisine très bruyante… dommages !

- Lilla (10/5): What an amazing place to stay - I couldn't have wished for a better place to stay! It's in a great location, the room was very nice, and the staff at the reception were the best! We could even book a tour through them for the next day. I would definitely stay here again if I return to Hanoi one day. Everything was great.

The staff was very friendly and went out of the way to make our stay as comfortable as possible. We have got room on the 7th floor, it was a spacious room beautifully decorated, breakfast in the form of buffet just one floor up which made our very quick breakfast very convenient since we had to leave early to continue to our next destination. They even checked on us after check out if boarded our bus without any issues.....Highly recommended

- Brigitte (7/5): Manque de professionnalisme au Romantique Hôtel de Hanoï - L’hôtel a une bonne situation. Il est charmant, propre et le petit déjeuner est correct J’ai pris la peine de venir visiter la chambre car je voulais absolument avoir une fenêtre sur l’extérieur. Et lorsque j’ai pris la chambre quelques jours plus tard, c’était une chambre aveugle ! On m’a demandé d’attendre le lendemain pour changer, mais ca m’a agacé de mettre déplacé pour rien. La chambre était petite et je trouve que le prix n’était pas adapté. Par ailleurs, lors du départ la réceptionniste ne voulait pas entendre que j’avais payé les 3 nuits, lors de mon arrivée. Au lieu de regarder dans le dossier elle voulait à tout prix que je lui fournisse la preuve du paiement. Une de ses collègues s’est donnée la peine de chercher et a trouvé le règlement mais elle continuait à me réclamer la somme. Franchement, j’ai été déçue. J’ai eu l’impression d’être prise pour une idiote.

- Dana (10/5): Comfortable stay in beautiful hotel in Hanoi - We stayed in the Executive Suite and really loved it! The room was spacious and clean & the bed was comfy. Also the staff was very friendly and professional. We felt very welcomed at this hotel. We actually really loved our stay at this hotel and would definitely come back. Only thing I could mention here would maybe be the shower head because it didn't have a steady stream but that's not even worth mentioning because the water flow was still strong enough!

Prosím važte si takových lidí, důvody: velmi milý, ochotný, nápomocný, má výbornou angličtinu, skvěle komunikuje přes WhatsApp a ví co lidé chtějí (jen tip zařadil bych na WhatsApp komunikaci taky “local tip for travelers” tip na 3 lokální místa kam turisti zatím moc nechodí) já ve svém městě doporučuji pouze místa kam skutečně chodím (mimo turistické kavárny, obchody, památky) prostě moje FAV place. Celkový staff je velmi milý Pho k snídani !!! a bylo dobré Výměna ručníku každý den + úklid včetně vytření podlahy Pradlena skvělá a hlavně cena za kilo ne položky (cena za kilo je jenom o něco vyšší než na ulici) Klidně bych doporučil koupit sim v hotelu (pokud nechcete ztrácet čas s řešením) cena je dobrá Ha Long Bay - nechal jsme zařídit přes hotel, tour byla dobrá s průvodcem (cena možná o něco vyšší, ale s tím jsem počítal…přece jenom je hotel zprostředkovatel)…cesta byla minibusem luxusní sedačky a loď byla dobrá (přišlo mi, že všechny jsou dobré) a plavba turistická (pro mě Ha Long Bay není, původně jsem plánoval Cat Ba, ale čas mě donutil na turistickou plavbu), ale je krásné Ha Long Bay vidět jen počítejte, že na lodi bude několik desítek lidí a na zastávkách několik stovek lidí Neskutečná vlhkost (pokoj má pouze okno do světlíku) měl jsem i vlhké prádlo v zavřeném batohu…zvolte pokoj s oknem (asi bude dražší, ale bude to lepší), doporučuji nechat v prostředních pokojích zapnuté klimatizace nonstop Špatně odhlučnění Pomalá wifi (nezvládá připojení do zahraničí, požití VPN, zálohování fotek)

- Sofia (10/5): The staff were very friendly and their dedication to their work was evident, providing the best possible service to gues - The property was renovated and looks spectacular; everything was spotless and the resort is top-notch. It's a shame it was too cold to use the beach, but we'll be back in the summer. The room was immaculate. I have no complaints and would definitely return to this beautiful place for another vacation.

The hotel packed breakfast for us as we had to catch an early flight. Staff was helpful. Management - please check on the water kettle in our room as the auto stop mechanism doesnt seem to work (it kept boiling until there is no water)

We arrived late at night, and the staff was there immediately to welcome us, show us to our room, and ask if we needed anything. We felt very welcome from the start, John was extremely helpful throughout our stay. The only downside was the small windows, which let in limited light.

This is our second stay here, and the experience was just as great as the first time. L‘hotel (per lo meno il 7 piano) è isolato dal rumore del quartiere vecchio. Ogni giorno vi danno 2 bottigliette d‘acqua e cambiano gli asciugamani. Il letto è grande. Una sera abbiamo visto un mini scarafaggio che si infilava dal corridoio alla porta della nostra camera. La camera al 7 piano è isolata dai rumori esterni della strada ma non della sala delle colazioni al piano subito sopra. Comunque con i tappi per le orecchie si riesce a dormire senza problemi.

La vieille ville, le lac et le théâtre de marionnettes sont accessibles à pied. Beaucoup de café et restaurants de rue autour. Bien pour une nuit. La rue, il y a mieux dans le quartier.

- Chris (10/5): Lovely stay - We had a lovely stay. The stay is incredibly friendly and let us stay all day due to a late flight. Breakfast is also rich, so would definitely recommend and come back.

- Rosalind (10/5): - This is a great hotel for a stay in Hanoi. The location is excellent - with easy walking to explore the Old Quarter. The rooms are very comfortable and the staff are very friendly, welcoming and happy to assist if you have any requests or questions. Breakfast was very good with a good selection which should suit most people. There are lots of restaurants in close proximity to the hotel. The hotel is in a quiet and lovely street in the Old Quarter - so it was quiet at night ie no traffic noise. If you are visiting Hanoi I would highly recommend a stay at Romantique Hotel de Hanoi Nothing to dislike
- Clarisse (10/5): Localisation parfaite et personnel adorable. - Localisation parfaite au coeur du centre historique de Hanoï tout en étant dans une rue avec moins de passage. On a tout fait à pieds. Très jolie décoration dans la chambre, fidèle à la photo. Salle du petit déjeuner bien décorée également et très lumineuse. On peut laisser les bagages à l'hôtel en journée et même prendre une douche le soir de notre départ (alors qu'on a rendu la chambre à 11h). Merci pour l'accueil, le personnel est adorable ! - Le fait qu'il y ait une fenêtre qui donne sur un mur de briques, mais c'est rattrapé avec les beaux rideaux et la déco. - Au 2eme étage (équivaut au 1er en France) on entend pas mal les bruits de la réception. - Le matelas du lit est assez dur.
- Bogumiła (9/5): Stosunkowo wysoka cena ale wszystko zgodne z opisem - Bardzo cicha klimatyzacja, która nie przeszkadzała w nocy. Duży pokój, przemiły personel i idealna lokalizacja. Ładna łazienka, wszystko się zgadzało z opisem. Trochę twardy materac, który spowodował, że nie było do końca wygodnie. Śniadanie było mocno „zachodnie” tylko niewielka część była wietnamską.

- Jill (9/5): A lovely hotel. Superb staff. As a solo traveller I felt welcome, safe and happy. - The staff were incredibly helpful and went out of their way to make me feel welcome. They gave me recommendations for things to do and provided a contact number for if I got lost in town or had any questions. When I had an issue with the air conditioning late in the evening, someone came to the room to help me within moments. They were kind, friendly, polite and cheerful and I would recommend staying with them to anyone! One of the windows directly faced a brick wall so the room was quite dark.

- Kanchana (10/5): Unforgettable stay in Hanoi - The hotel is conveniently located in the Old Quarter, making it easy for travelers to access coffee shops, convenience stores, and the northern section of the famous Train Street. The staff, including the owner/manager, were exceptionally friendly and welcoming. Our room was clean, with spotless linens, and we were even given a complimentary upgrade. The travel desk was also very helpful in arranging our Ha Long and Lan Ha Bay tours. No complaints

- Claire (10/5): Fantastic location, staff and room! - Location is 10/10 right in the heart of everything you need and want. The staff at the hotel were so kind and helpful, they tried their best to get us checked in early after a long haul flight which was appreciated. Breakfast was on the top floor with good views of the city and there was plenty of choice of food. The bedroom and bathroom were spotless. Overall we had a great stay and the staff made it that little bit better for us with their hospitality.

Enquiring about your itinerary so the helpful team lead by Edward and is lovely wife can inject some local knowledge on what, where and when to see and do really assisted in making our Hanoi trip a total holiday. The Romantique Hotel is in prime location within the Old Quarter with so much life to experience. Definitely a location you will remember and be sure to revisiting again as we will. Thank you Edward, John and team for a great holiday. Not being able to extend our stay. 🥹
