• Francesco_Melina (9/5): Pontremoli e la serenità dei suoi luoghi - Ottimo complesso e staff super gentile e professionale. Ottimo complesso a circa 1,6 km dal centro. Nelle vicinanze si trova un ottimo ristorante. La camera era spaziosa, pulita e accogliente, con frigobar. Ampio parcheggio. Abbiamo soggiornato una notte per visitare Pontremoli prima di proseguire il nostro viaggio. Nulla, tutto nella norma.
• Jörg (7/5): Großartiges Hotel mit ein paar Schwächen - Die Lage ist ein Traum und alles an und in dem Hotel ist (auf den ersten Blick) überaus hochwertig. Im Badezimmer ging keine Heizung (Ende April, nachts um die 13 Grad) und der Lüfter war - wie in so vielen auch guten Häusern - defekt. Das sind Wartungsthemen, die in einem 4* Hotel nicht vorkommen sollten. Beim Personal gab es an der ein oder anderen Stelle deutlich Luft nach oben, was Freundlichkeit und Aufmerksamkeit betrifft.

• Petra (10/5): - Das Hotel liegt sehr schön. Wir hatten ein schönes Zimmer mit kleiner Terrasse und herrlichem Ausblick in die Natur und auf die Berge. Schöner Pool mit bequemen Liegen und Sonnenschirmen. Überall viel Platz und alles sehr bequem. Am Morgen ein fantastisches Frühstück mit reichhaltiger Auswahl (verschiedene Kuchensorten, frisches Obst, leckerer Käse, großer Cappuccino usw.). Wir kommen gerne wieder.

• Mauro (8/5): Gita obbligata di ritorno dalla Versilia - La struttura è piacevole. Camera comoda colazione nella norma. Piscina molto bella e zona attorno ben curata. Ristorante a menù fisso. Personale molto gentile e disponibile. Comodo posteggio. Di per sé nulla. Un po’ fuori dal centro. Non ho visto un servizio bar sempre disponibile per apritivi e bevande in piscina. Peccato per la spa che in estate è chiusa.

• Heather (9/5): - I booked a Superior room with a terrace and it was large and comfy with a great view of the mountains behind Pontremoli. It’s a very doable walk into town. The pool is lovely, especially on a hot day. The staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast is simple and good, with different delicious home-made cakes every day. The a la carte restaurant was closed during our stay so we didn’t get to try it.

• T. (9/5): Schöner Aufenthalt für 1 Nacht - Hotel liegt etwas abgelegen. Schön ruhig. Abends haben wir im schönen Restaurant gegessen (auch draußen), gutes Essen, nettes Personal. Parkplätze direkt vor der Tür. Swimmingpool sehr schön, ausreichend Liegen und angenehm ruhig. Das Zimmer was wir hatten, war über 2 Etagen, leider war nur im Obergeschoss eine Klimaanlage, die nicht das gesamte Zimmer kühlen konnte. Das Badezimmer war ein wenig "old school", hätte etwas moderner sein dürfen.

• Silvia (9/5): Sosta nel verde tra rondini e tranquillità - Struttura molto grande, una villa circondata dai prati e dal verde del campo golf, fuori dal paese, silenziosa e tranquilla. Camera molto ampia con angolo salotto, pulita. Piscina esterna disponibile e curata. Accoglienza estremamente cortese e cordiale, colazione fresca e ricca, sia dolce che salata. Considerazione, non è critica: la struttura riecheggia un passato sfarzoso, camera e bagno presentano arredi e servizi utilizzati, ma ben tenuti e puliti quindi ancora gradevoli e efficienti.

• Valentina (6/5): Deludente - Ottima posizione e contesto molto bello nel verde curato. Rapporto qualità prezzo di camere e colazione non adeguato. L' ho trovato costoso, perlomeno potrebbero lasciare nel prezzo della camera l' accesso alla piscina che invece ha un ulteriore sovraprezzo.
