Even when my suitcase broke, she went out of her way to find tools to help fix it. She was truly lovely and dedicated—such a great example of someone committed to excellent service.

• Kyle (10/5): 10/10 would stay again - Amazing stay very close to the Asahidake Ropeway. The onsen is amazing as well along with a very hospitable and helpful staff. The breakfast and dinner are also solid considering, especially since there aren’t options close by.

• Sandra J L (10/5): Peace, quiet and understated luxury rooms - The refurbished rooms are wonderful. Spacious, excellent storage and bathroom and very quiet. Perfect for relaxing in. This is our second visit, and hopefully we will be back again! A private onsen room for those of us too old to use a communal one would be the icing on the cake but you can’t have everything can you?

• Manoj (5/5): - The room was very spacious and well done wup with good amenities. The water however seemed hard and left the hair frizzy. We took the breakfast and dinner option at the hotel, however the menu was repetitive, boring. There were no chnages during our four day stay. Last day we preferred to eat outside even tough we had paid up for the food in advance.

Lobby, Speisesaal ungemütlich, Bar vorhanden aber nicht in Betrieb, Nach dem Abendessen konnte man noch in der Bibliothek Tee oder Kaffee aus dem Automaten trinken.
• Sam (6/5): - Room size was very good and well equipped. Onsens were lovely. Location was great. Despite messaging ahead of time there was little to no effort made to accommodate a food allergy. Given there are no other food options in the area this was very frustrating and disappointing. Staff also made little effort to accommodate and laughed when asking for a bowl so my partner could make her own allergy safe food. Even as a non-allergen sufferer the food was disappointing in terms of quality and availability - buffet breakfast items would run out and not be replaced. Finally, the hotels communication in the build up to the reservation could have been more responsive.

Friendly staff. Its very expensive. The in room bathrooms are cubicle style and tiny. I chose to do my bathing at the onsen bathing area.
• Jae Hee (8/5): 물에 인색한 것을 제외하고는 좋았음. - 위치가 매우 좋았고 방이 넓고 쾌적 온천도 좋았고 주변 경치 좋았음. 아침에 뷔페에서 물병에 물을 담으려 했는데 못담게 하였음. 등산 하는 사람들에게 그런 편의는 제공해 주는 것이 좋겠다 생각됨. 라이브러리에서 물을 가져 갈 수 있다고 해서 담았는데 정수기에서 뺐으니 수돗물냄새가 났음. 라이브러리에는 좋은 오디오 셋트가 있었는데 CD 가 없고 음악소리를 들을 수 없었음.

Es gibt auf den Tischen Tablets mit der Weinkarte. Es wäre also technisch einfach, auf den Geräten das Essen abzubilden. Dies ist keineswegs Kritik, nur ein gut gemeinter Optimierungsvorschlag.

The room was a generous size but there were no aircon controls in the room, with the rainy days it became quite warm and humid. There was already a humidifier in the room when we arrived, which we had to keep running most of the time.

• Tetsuo (10/5): - 旭岳ロープウェイに一番近い、最高のホテルです。部屋も清潔、温泉も最高でした。他のホテルと違い、温泉ホテルの場合には、部屋常備のタオルセットが2セット用意してありますが、こちらのホテルでは1セットしか無く、朝晩、温泉や部屋でのシワー、洗顔タオルが無く、不便でかつ不清潔を感じました。それ以外は食事も美味しいし、最高でした。

• Maarten (3/5): - Staff was very nice and its a great location for exploring asahidake. The room is extremely spacious. The room was 27 degrees and airconditioning was only producing hot air. Though staff provided a fan this was not enough. I was not reassigned to a different room. Considering what I paid, this is not just disappointing, it is an absolute no go.

• Natalie (10/5): - Check-in was fast and the staff was friendly. The room was spacious and clean. However, the tempurature in the room was too warm and I wasn't able to get the AC working so I had to leave a window slightly open to cool down. This might be because the hotel is in the mountains, so there was a big difference in outdoor and indoor tempurature that I didn't adjust to. Anyways, it's a walkable distance from the Asahidake Ropeway, and there's a short marsh hiking path nearby. It's a long drive to the hotel, so I would mainly recommend it if you want to go to hiking on Mount Asahidake.

• Guido (8/5): Remote hotel - Very nice buildig, great restaurant for the breakfast and evening buffet It is very remotely located and unfortunately - due to the weather - the nearby ropeway was closed. Also hiking was not possible as there was still a lot of snow (early May). So it was kind of boring and not much to do….

• David (3/5): Would rather stay somewhere else. - Location The food was not kept hot - most of it was cold by the time we ate it. The outdoor bath was closed. The men’s bathroom was out of order. Many of the toilets were out of order. The hotel itself seemed very run down.

• Jui Shan (10/5): 包含早晚餐的住宿 餐點很不錯 員工態度很好 旭川巴士可直接到達飯店門口 下次會想再入住 - 房間寬敞舒適 地點佳 可惜洗手檯有點小 刷牙洗臉不方便

• sandy (10/5): - Love being able to wear the lounge wear to dinner and the onsen. Breakfast was ok, dinner is good. Located next to the info center and ropeway so convenient for skiing.

• Eri (10/5): 贅沢で良い時間を過ごせました - バイキングが美味しく、接客も良かった。夕ご飯の後に暖炉に薪がくべられていてコーヒーを飲みながらリラックス出来ました。ラグジュアリーな雰囲気で部屋の一つ一つの小物にも気が配られていました。寛げて癒されました、ありがとう。
