- Liz (10/5): - The free breakfast was great! A variety of food and drink is available. The staff was friendly and helpful. The pool and hot tub were nice. NA
- Stephanie (10/5): Ideal- will re turn! - Location, staff, view, amenities…it was perfect for us!
- Susan (9/5): -
- Fyten (10/5): Perfect. - We have stayed here many times over the years and have always been satisfied and liked everything about Park Point Marina Inn. That is why we keep coming back. It is clean, quiet, great location, great breakfast and just overall perfect for our needs. It is the best value for a reasonable price. We usually are not staying there during peak times because we are retired and we try to avoid the busy times. We try to come during the week and not on weekends if we can help it. We like everything. That’s why we keep coming back.
- Kris (10/5): Clean. Excellent staff. Great breakfast. - Very thoughtfully laid out hotel.
- Taina (8/5): -
- Blankenship (10/5): Would definitely recommend a stay at this hotel. - Excellent. They had great variety and was good.
- morekathy67 (10/5): A hidden gem - I’ve stayed here multiple times and I’m never disappointed. It’s close to the canal but far enough away to be peaceful. Rooms are always clean and staff is very accommodating. Love the s’mores bar as a special treat.
- B701IKkathyh (10/5): An overall excellent experience - This was a lovely hotel. Rooms clean and comfy. Our room was overlooking the water -- what a view! Lots of great amenities. Tiny area behind reception that serves cold beers and premixed drinks. Not really a bar, but good to grab a few beers. Shower was not so great, more dribble, dribble drip -- something hard to understand when you're looking at 3 billions gallons of fresh water. Breakfast fine. Excellent location. Lots of restaurants nearby, walking distance to downtown Duluth, with a free shuttle. This is a great hotel to take a short or long break. Staff lovely. Did I mention the location??? Perfect for touring the North Shore.
- Dyan (10/5): I would recommend from all others in Duluth in canal park. I’ve stayed at all of them - Very clean. One of the cleanest hotels I’ve stayed at. Hot tub was even clean!!

- Sara (10/5): - The location was fantastic, walkable to Canal Park. The hotel was laid out nicely. It was very clean. The individual balconies were great. The included breakfast was well prepared with tons of options. The rooms were spacious and the amenities were great. Front desk staff were super helpful! The bed wasn't very comfy, but the pillows were great.
- Hayes (10/5): - Busy area. So pretty on the water
- Susan (10/5): awesome - room, view, cold milk at breakfast nothing that I can think of
- abbyt997 (8/5): Great stay! - We stayed at Park Point the first weekend in May and it was a fantastic stay. The hotel was very clean and the workers were fantastic. There was a smore bar out every night and it was a hit!
- Amanda (8/5): Overall, it was a nice stay for our short time in Duluth. - Beautiful location on the water, great breakfast options, friendly staff Advertised bikes as an option - were not out for the season yet.
- Rita (10/5): Been to this property several times. Does not disappoint and near Grandmas and Canal Park. - Breakfast buffet with waffles great! Could have been a little hotter. View from patio fabulous. One of our neighbors had their TV volume really high. Wanted to get some pool time. Maybe next time.B
- Michele (9/5): Absolutely beautiful and worth it. - The room was fantastic with a beautiful view of the harbor. Loved the aesthetics and the comfort of the rooms. The vending machines really didn't work and only took cash, but that even worked badly. The eating/dinning breakfast area was very small in my opinion. Went to try and eat breakfast at one morning around 7:30 and it was too packed to actually sit anywhere.
- Cheryl (10/5): -
- John (10/5): It was worth it. - The room was very comfortable, and the view of the harbor was exceptional.
- vickif186 (10/5): Nice place - very clean, decent price, nice staff,,,would stay again....pool area was very nice...breakfast was very good
- Lorraine (9/5): Very nice facility just really not on a marina you can access or enjoy, if that’s what you want. - Clean, comfortable, big bathroom, nice amenities, on site cocktail area, great staff, nice pool area, lots of outside lounging areas, very nice continental breakfast area, Not any marina area to enjoy although you can see it. Fan in room is quite loud when it kicks on, no night light in dark bathroom area.
- Greg (9/5): - Nicer than I expected, clean and friendly staff. Breakfast was better than the usual fare.
- Henry (10/5): -
- Nancy (10/5): Great location and very quiet - Location Quiet Clean loved individual balconies

- suzanneeikeland (10/5): Weekend Stay - Fantastic stay! We had a group of 25-30 staying there for a volleyball tournament. Probably the cleanest hotel I have ever stayed at. The staff went above and beyond, assisting us with a few needs, and they ran an extra shuttle to make sure we could all get to Canal Park for dinner. Will definitely head back when it is a bit warmer!

- trishaannhansen (10/5): Overnight stay - We spent one night over my birthday and everything was exceptional! Very clean, friendly staff and the breakfast was amazing!

- wrvander (10/5): Stay at Park Point Inn - Location we thought would be a little closer to Canal Park. It is still very close but not quite walkabale during winter months. The cleanliness and the rooms were great ! Very well kept and clean. We enjoyed the hot breakfast and pool area very much. Staff were friendly and very helpful. Would stay here again!
- Jimette (10/5): - It was all great
- markkS4027ON (10/5): Pleasant Stay - The customer service was excellent. The breakfast was very tasty and a great variety. The pool while not large was very nice as was the hot tub. Beds were comfortable as well as the pillows. We really enjoyed our stay.
- Becker (9/5): Nice Little Gem - Was a little unsure about location, but ended up working great. Extremely friendly staff, nice array of items for breakfast, comfortable room setup. Definitely would come back here. Honestly, there wasn't much to not like here. They had a big robotics tournament the same Friday I was there, so relatively busy. But, no issues.
- emilywM6531KH (10/5): Amenities +, near downtown Duluth. - The room was clean and spacious. There were several other travelers-including families with young children-and the room was quiet. A very relaxing stay.
We enjoyed the hot tub/pool area as well as the ample breakfast.
Would highly recommend based on location and amenities
- mollymarek5 (8/5): Spring Break - It is a nice hotel, close to a lot of sightseeing and restaurants.
All staff was great. Just beds are super hard, you can feel the springs.

- chouah2026 (8/5): Beautiful view - Second time here. The location was beautiful. The front desk receptionist were friendly and helpful. Easy check in and check out. Breakfast was delicious, especially the morning sausage 😋. The pool is pretty small, always jammed pack, hot tub and sauna was always used. The water was okay, pretty chilly at first. They do have a couple of kids life jackets and some pool toys-thank you for providing these. The walls were not thin- thank goodness we did not hear anyone next to us, unless there wasn't any neighbors. The value was worth it.
Cons: The cleaner did not clean our room, did not provide us clean towels and no toilet paper rolls, however they did take out the trash and the dirty towels, but left the food trays for some reason. I had to ask the front desk to get us some clean towels and paper rolls. Every hotel we been to, they provided us clean sheets or make our bed, clean towels, two toilet paper rolls, and vacuum the floors. Maybe this hotel doesnt do that?
- Diane (10/5): Reliable, warm and friendly. - Room was very clean; staff very hospitable and available when needed. It was busier than normal with kids because of spring break and we usually hit it when its not that time of year I guess, but that said, it was quiet at a good hour in the evenings. The pool and sauna were just super busy and loud.
- jacobagreen (8/5): Awesome stay - We had an awesome stay at Park Point. The staff was very friendly and there was lots to do. We even took advantage of borrowing games/puzzles from the front desk.
- Mel (10/5): Highly Recommend!! - Everything was clean, amenities were great, breakfast was very good, and the pool was excellent (they even have pool toys for kids). Would have loved to have had access to an EV charger, but that was not expected and did not negatively impact our experience there at all.
- David (8/5): - The walls were quite thin and could easily hear guests next door. They were talking at normal levels and it was a little annoying, but they (thankfully) didn't stay up late into the night. Other than that, an excellent stay.
- Joe (9/5): - We loved the location and the price for the location. Very clean and the staff were all very friendly! Nothing to do with the hotel but we happened to be there during a dance and archery competition so the pool and common areas were very very busy with kids running around.
- derekpZ6168LY (10/5): Fantastic, Will Stay Again! - Very impressed with the room, the location, the view, the breakfast...you name it, it was excellent!
- Bilal (9/5): -
- Foley (9/5): Pampered, quiet, beautiful, convenient, quality experience for my family. - The breakfast was incredible! A full buffet with anything you can think of for breakfast food, plus decent coffee? Amazing. There was a s'mores bar in the evening and warm lemongrass towels by the front, too. We felt very pampered. The ONLY thing I wish was different about this place were the beds. They were very firm, and did not feel as luxurious as the rest of the place. I woke up stiff and sore and really hope they replace them.
- Brad (8/5): - Breakfast was great! the cot provided leaked air.
- Dawn (10/5): Great place to stay. I will definitely stay again. - Great location. The Staff were great! The room and all of the Facilities were clean. Nice rooms comfy beds
- Mellett2013 (8/5): Park Point Marina Inn - great value in March - We were there in March during off season. Staff was friendly and helpful. I felt the price was a good value. You do have to cross the lift bridge to get to the main restaurant area. Probably not a big deal in summer but in cooler weather I am glad we had a car. They do have a shuttle if you plan accordingly.
- kjenc (10/5): Great family place to stay across the bridge! - Our family of 4 enjoyed our stay at Park Point Marina Inn! The kids had a blast in the pool & we all slept great in the clean & comfy beds. Loved the view from the balcony overlooking the harbor & the breakfast options were spot on! The staff were so friendly and made the experience feel so welcoming.
- Climber590353 (8/5): nice hotel - always a good hotel. Pool/hot tub are wonderful.
little disappointed with the breakfast as none of the sausages
were hot
- Tatyana (10/5): Great value for Duluth - Incredible location in the heart of everything, great service, excellent breakfast. If you don't mind kids, it's a wonderful stay. But be ready for lots of kids in the pool/hottub area with inattentive parents. Hit the pool early or very late.
- Justin (9/5): -
- Mackenzie (8/5): - All the amenities it offered. N/a
- Hanson (10/5): -
- Pamela (10/5): - The staff was incredibly helpful and very friendly. The breakfast offered many choices and there was plenty of space to eat. The bed was a bit on the "firm" side, but not a deal breaker.

- Lyman (9/5): Great views good place would stay again - Clean room great breakfast 4pm check-in
- grannybird2016 (10/5): Favorite Lodging in Duluth - Spotlessly clean, scenic and convenient location, generous breakfast (plus s'mores at night!), appealing pool/sauna/hot tub area, fitness center with several machines and free weights. Excellent customer service. We have stayed here before; it's our favorite Duluth lodging destination.
- Lesley (10/5): Wonderful - Lots of breakfast options. Having celiac disease, I almost ate a breakfast bar that had wheat in it that was in the gluten free cupboard. I would advise staff to be more aware of checking products that are placed in this cupboard. People who have celiac are not supppsed to eat anything with wheat, oats, rye or barley.
- Stefan (9/5): Solid. Nothing earth shattering. But it gave us everything we needed and was quite comfortable. - Overall the price was well in keeping with the services and room we were offered. I have no complaints and would come here again if the situation arouse.
- cournoyer (10/5): -
- rebeccabowens (10/5): Honeymoon - This property was exceptional. Everyone that works there is professional and friendly. Have booked for later this year.

- Viktoriia (10/5): -
- Jeremiah (10/5): - Friendly staff, great breakfast, pretty location
- Paul (10/5): -
- Kristen (9/5): -
- Rhonda (10/5): - The staff is great. Everything is very clean. The pool, sauna and jacuzzi area is so welcoming. While having breakfast, the staff was taking the temperature of the food to make sue cool items were cool. Same with warm.
- Z2363BZruthw (10/5): Excellent hotel - The staff at Park Point Marina Inn were super friendly and provided excellent service. The hotel is located on the edge of the harbour which even covered in ice was a view we enjoyed from our room. The hotel is super clean, we were very happy with our room and the comfort of the beds as well as the pool area. The buffet breakfast had several hot options and was well laid out. I would highly recommend this hotel.
