- Maureen (10/5): Excellent Studio apartment close to Volcano - A nice, large apartment with a full sized stove/oven and frig (which can get noisy cycling at night). All the amenities of home (except a dishwasher). A large, covered lanai and easy parking. Plus an ecletic bookshelf. Convenient locatino to town and Kilauea. Quiet neighborhood.

I have heard from management after complaining to say that it will be dealt with, so hope for future bookings it is. The microwave was utterly revolting - looked like something had exploded inside and had just been left Crockery and cutlery was not clean - we washed everything before use Considering how big the kitchen was, there was very little equipment provided The toilet brush was too horrible for words…. The bedding was horrible - there was a mattress protector which is waterproof I guess but it felt like rubber and made the sheets feel slimy as it moved. No one slept well as a result.

- Auridas (9/5): In the middle of the jungle - Location was awesome - felt like in the middle of the jungle, especially arriving late in the dark. Rooms and beds were comfy, washer/dryer available, full kitchen, self check in. It was a little bit difficult to make sure the heater was on throughout the night but we somehow managed to do it.
- A. Bradley (6/5): Two bedrooms? - The property has two sides to it. We booked a two bedroom and ended up in the side with the one bedroom. The other side was the two bedroom part of the property (and the view in the photo). The property was very nice overall and typically very quiet with the sounds of nature being the only ones you heard so it was a good overall stay.
- Kristen (8/5): - We absolutely loved staying at this secluded and peaceful location. The tropical forest surrounding us with its melodies was quite enjoyable!! We spent our days exploring and our nights reminiscing on the large porch and enjoyed every minute of it. Loved the large home with a full kitchen and lots of space to unwind. The beds were very comfortable and the large parking area was nice. A little sad that there was no laundry machines available only because it rained often and everything was so damp in this location. My only wish was for lots more pathway lighting along the exterior of the property and along the driveway as it was pitch black at night without it. We arrived at night and has difficulty finding the property. There is a property with the same exact address with a different town name on the same street half a mile away which was extremely confusing. All in all we really enjoyed the home and loved the experience very much!! Closeness to Volcano National Park was the best and Hilo not far away for essentials!! Definitely recommend and would return!!
- John (10/5): Amazing little place in the perfect proximity to the national park. - The place was perfect for our family of 4. Located less than 15 minutes from the national park. It made it easy to get up early and catch a sunrise or to see the lava at night. Check in could have been more fluid, but other than that,I have no complaints.

- Michelle (10/5): Nice Space for Families - We have a family of five so this beat squeezing in the Volcano House! Very clean. Nice kitchen but no dishwasher. Spacious and comfortable after a long day at the park. And then we drove back in (just minutes away) to see the caldera at night! We stayed three nights. Make sure to get your groceries beforehand! We went to Costco.
- Jeff (10/5): Perfect location near Volcanoes National Park - I was attending a workshop in Kona but wanted to spend some time in Hawai'i Volcanoes National Park. Access to the park and some great locations to eat made it very convenient.
- Sally (10/5): Great guest house close to Volcano National Park - A very comfortable guest house that easily accomodated 4 people. Late check in was not a problem and very fast interent.
