Christian (6/5): - Room and bathroom nice and clean but the AC smelled like wet laundry left in the washer for days. Breakfast fine unless you are vegan (me) then choices are limited as usual. Was excited to see a sign for Silk Oatmilk at the coffee station but it was nowhere to be found. When I asked the attendant she just said NO and removed the sign. The place is clean and the bed pretty comfortable.

Not clean. - Good location and well lit parking lot So gross, there were used pimple patches with blood on the shower shelf and half a vitamin just sitting ok the desk. Got a new room and there were still food crumbs on the floor. Obviously these rooms are not cleaned well. I am a solo female traveler and the front desk worker said which floor I’m staying on out loud in front of two male customers around midnight. There was also a gap under my door. I felt very unsafe.

506MarkK506 (2/5): Terrible Treatment - Beware - After traveling for 8 hours we were rudely told we could not stay at this property because it wasn’t pet friendly. The problem is our dog is a registered service dog covered under ADA laws. The General Manager, Melvin Wilson, said to me, there’s no such thing and you have to leave! Now, this is after we checked in, and prior to checking in I called the hotel to alert them to our situation. I do this every time to make sure that the hotel is aware of our needs, and to provide them with an opportunity to express to me any concerns. Up until this hotel I’ve never had an issue and we’ve stayed at many, many Marriott properties over the past 5 years with our service dog. So, there we are stuck in Yukon, OK, just outside Oklahoma City, with no place to stay. The stress it created was significant, and after making a few calls and doing some research in the parking lot we secured another hotel. We had to drive an extra 20 miles, and deal with OKC traffic and congestion but they welcomed all three of us and it was a very nice evening after an unbelievably terrible experience at the Fairfield Inn, thanks to GM Wilson. He has since apologized but the damage is done. It cost me an extra couple hundred bucks and a lot of stress that a senior citizen couple traveling cross country didn’t need. Stay elsewhere, please.

Helena (7/5): Beds were comfortable. Linens/towels were nice. Room in decent shape and clean. Hotel staff friendly - Breakfast was very good. Only disappointment was that it ended at 9 on a weekday. We were on vacation and that's pretty early to lose the breakfast option. (Maybe most guests on weekdays in Yukon are there on business? We weren't.) Our toilet was broken and frequently refilled the tank. The noise was disturbing and wasted a ton of water. A person at the front desk told us it was easy to fix if we just lifted the tank lid ourselves... ???? Also, wish there were softer pillows...

Bryan (8/5): Very good - Everyone I interacted with was great. A nice amount of towels. I could sync my YouTube with the TV. The bed was comfortable. I paid for a King size bed but got 2 Queens. The TV remote buttons had to be mashed, and sometimes that caused me to hit the wrong thing. Itty bitty trash cans, so I had a pile of trash beside it. It was icy and there was salt on the driveway the first day, but I didn't see any the following days and it was very slick. Never did have bacon for breakfast. And not really the hotel's fault, but my last night there was a car alarm going off for 15 minutes when I was almost asleep and I couldn't go back to sleep for hours after that.

I loved how close it was to so many places: Target, Walmart, Coffee, and food places. The best was comfortable and when our AC went out (they were remodeling the next day so it won't be an issue for anyone now) they got us into a new room super fast and without any fuss. I'll definitely stay here again in the future. Nothing! :)

Checkout at 11:00, but even with do not disturb sign on door, knocked on door repeatedly at 8 a.m. to clean room. We have stayed there many times in the past, a few years ago, and it was fine. Maybe outdated at this point. We will not return. Sorry!! Use to be our favorite.

The reason I was told by the hotel was that the booking code was wrong, so they charged me twice for rate. Instead of getting charged 124.10, I got charged 248.20. Which has been a pain to get corrected.

F6597LPpeterk (8/5): Very good hotel clean comfortable and quiet, great breakfast - We stayed here on 7/17/24 in room 425. The room was clean, the beds were comfortable and it was a quiet stay. The room has fridge no freezer, microwave and coffee maker. The water pressure was very good and there was plenty of counter space in the bathroom. The breakfast was one of the best we have had at a Fairfield Inn. The hotel is 10 years old but looks much newer, it has been well maintained. The internet was slow, even for just web surfing and checking email. The staff were friendly and efficient. There are several dining options (Loiue's Grill ex) within walking distance. We would stay here again.
