• Amanda (5/5): - The location was very central. The staff were friendly and we enjoyed a drink in the bar and enjoyed the eccentric decor. The bed was large and comfortable. The room was small and the bathroom needed a lot of attention. The taps were temperamental. No cold water in the sink tap until you turned on the hot . The two tap system made it difficult to get the right temperature in the shower. The bathroom was dark as the blind had to be drawn. Even opening it a little exposed you to people in the courtyard The cracked tiles were off putting.

• Nonna (8/5): Top! - We hadden geen ontbijt, maar het ontvangst was hartelijk. We hadden een klein probleempje met de sleutel. Maar dat werd direct opgelost. We hadden kamer 39, konden we niet vinden, dus misschien wat duidelijker bewegwijzering? Hotelbar ging om 24.00 uur dicht. Dat vonden we wat aan de vroege kant. Dus moesten we helaas uitwijken naar een kroegje buiten het hotel. Maar voor de rest meer dan tevreden. Zie hier boven. Bewegwijzering kamer 39. En sluittijd hotelbar.

The location in the middle of the City Center was great, it allowed tiny breaks inbetween various Shopping/ city excursions :) The building itself ist a historic building with steep stairs and labyrinth alike - but in a fun way!

• Barbara (7/5): Top verblijf, met uitzondering van de badkamer. - Eigenlijk was het verblijf over het algemeen heel erg goed. De kamers zijn schoon, en het personeel is heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam. En het ontbijt is niet super uitgebreid, maar wel heel lekker. En de locatie is natuurlijk TOP! De badkamer valt erg tegen. Het was in onze kamer eigenlijk amper mogelijk om te douchen, omdat je doucht in een groot bubbelbad (waar we verder niets mee deden). De regendouche werd niet warm, en als je met de losse douche gaat douchen, dan ontstaat er heel makkelijk een waterballet.

• Valentina (8/5): Overall great, I would repeat. - Great location, in the middle of the city center. Great price for where it was located. Te staff was extremely friendly and polite, even recommended places to eat and wished me luck on my interview :) The bread was superb on the buffet breakfast- The room was a bit smaller than I expected (but it does not have to do with the hotel, but my expectations about it). The corridor smelt a bit weird, I guess because of the stuffed animals in there, which i found to be a bit excentric.

• Iyanlah (7/5): Het was een prima verblijf. - Fijne locatie midden in de stad. Leuk dat elke kamer een ander thema heeft. Vriendelijk personeel. De kamer was heel donker en had niet echt uitzicht.
• Jaennelle (8/5): - Leuk hotel in de binnenstad van Groningen met een hele fraaie patio, waar je heerlijk kan zitten. De kamer was erg donker en het bed was zo groot dat je er bijna niet omheen kon lopen.

• Hanna (5/5): Gibt komfortablere Unterkünfte für den Preis. - In die Jahre gekommenes Hotel. Nur junges, der Zielgruppe vielleicht nicht ganz angemessenes Personal. Die Parkplatzlösung. Am Ende musste jemand kommen und uns die Garage öffnen. Ohne einen Fahrer hinter uns hätten wir am Anreisetag noch nicht einmal hinein kommen können.
• Angela (10/5): Die Bar ist traumhaft und bei schönem Wetter im Innenhof zu sitzen ist bestimmt wunderbar. Alles hat etwas von jenseits - Ein ganz besonderes Hotel mit viel Flair. Nur das Wetter hat nicht mitgespielt, aber dafür kann das Hotel nichts 😃

• Torsten (5/5): Guter Startpunkt, um Groningen zu Fuß zu erkunden; Zimmer leider deutlich schlechter als der Rest. - Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr gut, da man direkt im Zentrum ist und fußläufig viele Dinge erreichen kann. Parkmöglichkeit nach vorheriger Reservierung in einem separatem Parkhaus in der Nähe war auch gut. Einrichtung Bar, Rezeption und Innenhof sehr ansprechend. Das Zimmer wurde als Junior Suite angeboten; letztendlich war es ein Doppelzimmer. Ablagemöglichkeiten - vor allem im Bad - waren kaum vorhanden. Klimaanlage bestand aus einem Indoorgerät mit entsprechender Geräuschentwicklung. Das Bad verfügte zwar über einen großen Whirlpool; die Regendusche war aber darüber direkt unter der Decke angebracht, so dass man beim Duschen das Bad teilweise geflutet hat. Der Zimmerservice kommt nur nach Anmeldung bei der Rezeption; im Bad war die Feuchtigkeit aber zum Teil nicht beseitigt worden. In den Schränken im immer waren die Borde zum Teil staubig; eine Erdnuss auf einem Bord lässt dann vermuten, dass dort länger nicht saubergemacht wurde. Schade, dass das Zimmer gegenüber dem Rest des Hotels derart abfällt.
• Norman (8/5): Ruime slaapkamer, zeer matige badkamer - Lokatie, lekker bed, ruime kamer. Kamer 51 en 52, de dakkamers met een heerlijk terras. De badkamer is armoedig en aan renovatie toe. Douchen in een kast onder het schuine dak, een bruin douchegordijn, vieze voegen. Dit is veel te studentikoos en niet in verhouding met de rest van de kamer en de prijs die je betaald.

• Diederik (8/5): Prima verblijf op leuke locatie - Locatie, sfeer en verbouwde bar aan de voorzijde erg leuk geworden. Geen spiegeleieren meer bij het ontbijt. Ik verheugde me daar altijd enorm op. Verkeerde keuze wat mij betreft waardoor ontbijt niet meer iets is om naar uit te zien

• Rebecca (7/5): Was heel gezellig met mijn dochter. - Locatie 3 trappen omhoog. Geen mogelijkheid om een kopje koffie of thee te zetten. Heel koud. Was op zolder. De kou gierde om ons heen. Verwarming deed het niet. Moesten een extra trui aan in bed.

• Jasmijn (8/5): Mooi hotel in binnenstad met vriendelijk personeel - Mooi, schoon hotel met prachtige badkamer en vriendelijk personeel. Middenin de binnenstad en met goede faciliteiten en fijn, rustig terras. Sommige kamers liggen aan de uitgaansstraten, wat 's avonds en 's nachts voor overlast kan zorgen, maar hier houd je rekening mee als je naar de Groningse binnenstad gaat. Uiteindelijk best prijzig voor wat je krijgt, maar in vergelijking met andere hotels in Groningen, doe je een goede zaak.
