La entrada tiene escalones, el piso está resbaloso el tapete no estaba en su lugar. No tienen personal que cuide la entrada . M hermana se callo. Se lastimó la cara, el hombro , mano y rodilla . El hotel dijo se haría responsable de los gastos médicos y al final no lo cumplió . Recomiendo tener cuidado al seleccionar este hotel .

• Gabriel (7/5): Hotel con buena ubicación y con falta de mantenimiento - El hotel tiene un muy buena ubicación, las vistas a la ciudad son buenas, frente al hotel esta una muy buena plaza con restaurantes. No tienen Valet Parking, no tienen personal de bell boy, tu debes de subir tu equipaje hasta la habitación, puedes tomar un carro para montar las maletas, pero como las personas lo hacen solas, dejan raspadas todas las paredes del hotel, en la habitación la alfombra estaba sucia, el baño con falta de mantenimiento y el aire acondicionado no enfriaba correctamente y era muy ruidoso, el Gym con muy pocos aparatos y uno descompuesto.

• SANSON (9/5): Gratamente SORPRENDIDO!!! - La verdad es que no esperaba el nivel de hotel que encontré, el estacionamiento es un poco estrecho pero cumple el objetivo. El desayuno me pareció muy bueno, de hecho me sorprendió la presentación de los platillos y la calidad y sabor de los mismos. La factura me llegó prácticamente de inmediato al solicitarla por WhatsApp

• Luis Damián (8/5): Bueno pero podría mejorar muchos detalles - El hotel tiene muy buena ubicación, no hay tanto ruido en las noches y eso se agradece, el clima enfriaba súper bien y la cama y sábanas eran súper cómodas. Los ascensores funcionaban súper bien. A pesar de ser un hotel de "categoría", las habitaciones se sienten hasta cierto punto viejas o con poco mantenimiento, el yeso en las habitaciones se veía de acabado muy pobre, el teléfono no funcionaba (toca comunicarse con recepción vía WhatsApp), el frigobar no enfriaba bien y la alfombra de las habitaciones hace que se vea un poco anticuado. El trato de los empleados es bueno pero en el desayuno buffet el mesero te trata casi como si fueran compas y eso no es muy padre, más aparte que al final te recalcan mucho que la propina es opcional y que les ayuda a ellos (se entiende pero no deberían de enfatizarlo tanto). La piscina que tienen en la entrada está abandonada, sin agua, desconozco si había alguna otra. La comida no está mal pero podría mejorar un poco.

La taza del WC es excesivamente baja. El servicio a la habitación muy deficiente, sólo un día me pusieron una toalla de manos, los demás días tenía que usar en el lavabo sólo una toalla de cara.

• Jose (6/5): - stayed in the 9th floor, where they have the ice machine. You can hear the machine running thorugh the night. The room was ok but maintenance wise they can fix couple of things. The paint in the sink area and bathroom walls are deteriorating. The wall paper if coming off and the shower walls and floor need some nice cleaning. One of the power outlets barely charge my phone and the one next to the sink was held with wood screws. (Black in white cover) There was no fridge and no iron. I was kind of tired and juat wanted to rest so I just dealt with the issues for that night.

• Morebettercookies (10/5): 24 stories of comfort and conveniently located. Providencia, Guadalajara, Jalisco. - Easy early check-in, no excuses why you have to wait until 3 PM. The young lady that checked us in, spoke English, so that also made the process simple. The hotel is a 24 story high rise, centrally located in Providencia, it’s a financial district with a lot of restaurants. My favorite restaurant in Guadalajara, is called CampoMar, serves fresh fish and a variety of seafood. It’s only a 5 minute walk from the hotel. OK, back to the hotel. Our room was on the 21st floor with a great view. The king size bed was comfortable with two extra large pillows, plus two standard size. The quality sheets and comforter were not old. The carpet was clean, as was the floor tile. (Yes, we should be able to assume this, but even at other Marriott hotels, not always true) They use quality soap, shampoo and conditioner. Less than a block away is a Grand Fiesta Americana, I only mention this to verify the security of the area. This Marriott property has a great buffet with people who are there to please. Eggs or an omelette are made to order, with plenty of fruit, yogurt, juice and other assorted items. If you are going to Zapopan, this is right next door. I’ll go back, it’s well worth the money. Enjoy your travels. Oh, one last thing, I didn’t take a lot of pics of the room, I was just fascinated by the view and the many full grown trees in the area. You won’t be disappointed.
