- Peter (10/5): -
- Justin (9/5): Great place to stay on a budget. - Easy access, very clean, comfortable N/A
- Frost (7/5): Nicer than expected - Very Nice room, breakfast included, friendly staff Shower head holder was broken. Had to hold it in your hand while showering. Awkward.
Mirror broken, but not a problem
- Neal (10/5): -
- Hughes (7/5): Overall the stay was nice, the front desk clerk was really nice. It was really quiet and relaxing - The property was in a convenient location close to the highway and to a corner store. Easy access to the highway. The curtains were torn pretty bad and the pull out beds sheets were not changed at all. Still had a t-shirt size sticker on the bed. And the hot tub put by the pool wasn’t working. Had trouble with the payment at first but it was a small error on the front desk and was resolved by the night.
- Larry (7/5): - Nice clean and comfortable.

- Nyman (10/5): Comfort and clean! - Clean! Spacious! Friendly staff! I can’t say enough about the comfort at this establishment. My elderly mother and I were traveling, and needed to stop for the night. The price was so agreeable, and we felt safe in a clean and comfortable environment! There wasn’t a single unpleasant thing!
- Rozek (10/5): -

- Mike (10/5): -
- Jessica (10/5): Pleasant and quiet stay - The free breakfast was fantastic, and the place was nice and quiet, conducive to a peaceful and restful night's sleep. Also, the water pressure in the shower was phenomenal, with the water getting nice and hot very quickly. I enjoyed my my stay very much. The room had a bit of a musty odor to it, but not that big of a deal
- Michael (6/5): - Nice place. Not enough parking. 100 degrees outside and door did not seal at all.
- James (7/5): -
- Holly (10/5): - Very comfortable and in good condition for the price point. Nothing was worn or damaged. Straight forward place.
- Robert (8/5): Very good - Cats outside my door
- Maria (4/5): Disappointing - Checking in was fast and easy, and the room was pretty clean. The room was out dated and had a strange smell. The noise from the traffic was horrible.

- Verified traveler (8/5): - It was nice. The rooms have been upgraded from the last time I stayed, but that was a long time ago. Would definitely get a room again whenever im in the area.
- rocio (10/5): Awesome stay! - We will stay here again. It's super safe—super lovely employees.
- Patrick (8/5): New Year's - Staff was great. Room was clean only issue was the bathroom sink drained slowly.
- Pro-tec (8/5): Very good -
- Heather (1/5): waste of my money. - only that it was close to who we were visiting. Our first night was fine as it was super late when we got in. Saturday we noticed a TON of ants and small bugs, none of the sheets and towels had been changed and cockroaches crawled across the tables on Sunday morning. when brought to the front desks attention it seemed like no concern to them. Sunday I had decided to stay somewhere else as I had my two small daughters with me (1&6) and just couldn’t do the cockroaches. when asked for a refund they said it wouldn’t happen since I prepaid. this is a terrible establishment. do not stay here ever.
- trishaquillintq (6/5): It was alright - It was probably the best place in town. They are renovating so I hope this makes the place better. We stayed in a room that I don’t believe has been renovated yet. Was average and worked for what we needed to go to a friends wedding so far from home, but wouldn’t considering it amazing yet by any means. Still, it wasn’t so terrible that if I had to I’d rather stay there than anywhere else in town I believe.
- Des_4 (10/5): Great Decision - We stopped in town during a work run and the hotels were obscenely priced except for two. One was a cheap mom and pop that seemed okay and this one which seemed a little nicer and not too much more expensive. I booked a room and it was just perfect. Huge, clean, nice furnishings, a hot tub that I didn't even request, and a really nice bathroom. On top of a great stay, the hotel staff was as good as anyone I've dealt with in 10 years of traveling for work. Incredibly gracious and went out of their way to look out for me and allow me to check out late because I was exhausted from too many hours on the road. They even handed out two free beers as part of your check in.
Probably much nicer than the two hotels at double the price down the street.
- bocrie (10/5): Exceptional for a Super 8 - Years ago when on a tight budget, we used to stay at Super 8's all the time. Either the chain has upgraded this brand tremendously or this location is just over-the-top. Very friendly staff, good breakfast, big fluffy towels, etc. etc.
- osopach78332 (10/5): Great stay - The rooms were comfy and the staff friendly. All in all very comfortable beds great a/c and heater. Only bad thing was handle to door was bad but got it fixed right away.
- frankf715 (4/5): Brothers Wedding - There were roaches on pillow and clock . There was uncomfortable due to the bugs. Did report to front desk . Reply was we could move to another room, but Im sure they are in all the rooms. Hopefuly you will follow up and spray all units.
- Bill (8/5): Clean, Friendly and Inexpensive - No complaints! The room was clean and well-maintained and a breakfast of cereal, waffles, bacon and eggs and other items was served. Management and help were friendly and helpful. The motel is pet friendly. The price is very budget friendly. This is a good choice for a traveler looking for a place to spend the night.
- Edward (10/5): Karnes City - The overall experience exceeded expectations
- nereydav2017 (10/5): KArnes trip - Very clean and equipped with a fridge and a stove top also cabinet are for food storage or anything you need to store.
- John (10/5): Definitely Stay Here! - Probably the nicest Super 8 that I have stayed in to date. Brand new and competitively priced,
- leif021 (8/5): It was a convenient location and a clean room - We stayed one night for a Christmas party in the neighborhood. For as under-staffed as they were the facility was clean and well managed. I did feel compassion for the night clerk, as she had to also clean rooms since they needed more housekeepers.
- Mary (10/5): - On the first day that we stayed there our door wouldn't stay shut ,so i called the front desk and told her the problem i was having and she told me just lift the door and it will shut . I think they should have fixed that the first time they found out about it. And also when me and my husband went to eat breakfast at 7:00 am every thing was finished i thought this was a buffet breakfast. When i went to ask the front desk if she had this and that and she said we are all out. Shouldn't yall have a pantry full of Breakfast stuff since it is know if you stay there you will have breakfast . Thank You
- 254ronaldh (2/5): Horrible - Thia place has gone down in recent weeks. Dirt all over the lobby and dining room floor. No food to be eaten, just eggs and waffle batter on the counter. No one was working in either place.
I wanted to try again this week. I have been staying there about 3 times per month dor the last year. I could not locate an employee to rent me a room. I'm done.
- mandalitas (10/5): Pretty room- Very pleased - I reserved a jacuzzi suite in this town close to the prison my husband is at & I was very pleased. The layout of the room is very unique. I loved the beautiful huge picture above the bed.. The jacuzzi was nice as well! I was in the handicap accessible room & not sure if that made the room bigger but it as def a big spacious room..the restroom & shower area was huge as well as the area with the sink. The complementary breakfast was good as well. The staff was very pleasant & when I arrived in the room, there were about 3 blown light bulbs but maintenance replaced them right away. This hotel is about 4 mins from Walmart & 5 from HEB. I would def stay here again!
- severov752 (10/5): Awesome price for an awesome stay - The price of the hotel was great considering that the oil field price for hotels in the area is still lingering. I don't work for the oil industry ad feel I shouldn't have to pay oil industry inflated prices. One of the cleanest super 8 motels I have stayed in in a long while.
- Candy (8/5): Small town hotel - We enjoyed our stay but I was a little upset because I was told over the phone that there was a pool when there wasn't . Also there were some stains on the fitted bed sheet and a broken bathroom door handle . Other than that it was nicely decorated and had a great kitchen . Very quiet hotel stay.
- David (10/5): Exceptable - Very beatiful room. Was clean over all. The matress wasnt very comfotable.
- rokno1 (8/5): Clean and affordable - Nice Hotel, clean and cheap. Only negative the housekeeping department doesn't understand thE " dO NOT DISTURB SIGN" and tried to enter the room just as I got out of the shower. Thank goodness for deadbolts
- D1557BWdavidf (8/5): Excellent Value - Nice room. Very good hot breakfast. Nice staff. Only problem was the wifi would not log on in my room (117). Especially frustrating since it is the closest room to the office!
- 254ronaldh (2/5): Horrible - Internet did not work. Staff are too comfortable to interrupt guest sleeping at whatever time. In the morning: the bagels were wet, there was cereal but no milk, the waffle machine was broken (several bad words from the woman fixing it) once it was fixed the was no waffle batter. Unfriendly, unhelpful, disinterested staff. I will not be returning.
- H9919NZjoshs (8/5): Almost 5 out of 5 - The hotel is what I expected when I reserved the room. What wasn't expected was to have 2 partially used complementary mouth washes on the sink, toilet paper left behind in the toilet and a previous guests hair, hair tie and bobby pin left in the shower. Overall it wasn't a bad stay after I got rid of the left behind items.
- roxiek2015 (10/5): Wonderful place to stay - Room was very clean and comfortable beds. Breakfast was more than anyone could possibly ask for and tasty. Lori (desk manager ) was very nice and accommodating. We would absolutely stay here again if in the area. One concern was at first they said they don't take pets, then it was a $50 fee, they did end up accepting the Internet price of $20.
- elizabetho693 (8/5): Hard to write this review - We asked for a ground floor room, so they put us in a jacuzzi room, which sounded like a real bonus. The desk clerk wasn't sure it was ready, and we should have been forewarned. The room itself was beautiful and comfortable, and after thinking about it, all of our complaints have to do with cleaning and maintenence, and perhaps the room WASN'T ready.
The jacuzzi for sure had not been cleaned. Hair, soap scum, soap and a few dead mosquito parts had to be wiped out of it before we used it. The smoke alarm dangled loose from the ceiling; someone had removed the battery and not put it back together. The phone by the bedside did not work, and there was a room key laying on the table next to it. There were several moths flying through also.
My husband used his cell to call the desk because he could not connect to the internet. This was before we realized there was another phone on the desk that was working. The clerk tried to help him connect - it was his laptop, not the wi-fi. I have to commend the staff, they were all very nice and patient with us. The morning we left, every member of the staff we encountered greeted us and said good morning. I told my husband they were probably just happy to see us go since we complained so much!
Breakfast was average motel food, but there was plenty of it. We tried to book this property last year but they were asking $139. They have since come down on their prices. We will probably stay here next year, but if they tell us they are not sure the room is ready, we will wait until it is.
- Texanoilfieldwife (6/5): Great Price. Decent quality. - We will continue to stay here because you cannot beat the price. However, the lady working the evening shift is super rude. We have stayed here twice, and she has been rude both times.
Small bug problems but that can be overlooked.
Rooms have great air conditioning. Beds are decent. Pillows are amazing. Breakfast is average.
You just cannot beat $69/night in South Texas right now. We will continue to stay there as long as my husband is working around Karnes.
- Clifton (6/5): Not bad - Not bad, but beds and pillows are not the greatest
- Darla (8/5): Good Value - Other than the room being a little dirty, food under the bed the room was a good value at this price point.
The television stations were plentiful and screen size large enough to be enjoyable.
- G8775YMrebeccar (10/5): outstanding - My girls an I will choose your hotel over an over again. Clean, awesome price, great breakfast, excellent staff
- 611martye (10/5): Night trip - What to say. This is a small town not much in there but if you have to stay the night I would recommend this hotel. Very clean and the room was huge. They also offer a breakfast in the am. Nothing big but it was very pleasant. Front desk is very helpful and friendly.
- ron (10/5): nice and comfortable - Unexpectedly nice room for the area.
- Brian (8/5): Perfect For Frequent Traveler - New hotel so what's not to like! Was quiet, room was clean and service was good. Breakfast was also well stocked and good as well. Would come back!
- Luke (10/5): Great stay - Very good for a motel. Only negative was the truck traffic was loud.
