• Alexanna (10/5): Home away from a home. - My husband and I stayed at Spring Hill suites following my surgery three weeks ago. The staff was very kind and so accommodating when we had special requests. The hotel is very clean as was our room and it was wonderful to have two separate beds and then sitting office area where we could do my medical treatments. we have stayed at this hotel several times and always come back. It’s like home away from home. it was especially important this time that it worked for our needs and it did that, in spades! Special, thanks to Josiah, Sean Paul, and Victor, but the entire staff from housekeeping to management is great. Nothing.

• Elida (10/5): I could have stayed there all week. - Appearance as you walked in. It was beautiful! Very modern, updated, quiet! Everything. Room was beautiful. Large, loved that the commode was in one room, shower in another room. Had never seen that before in any hotel I have ever stayed in. Very unique. I was able to bath while my husband used the bathroom. Did not have to wait on him or him on me.

• Ronnie (10/5): Great Experience! - Springhill Suites Plano/Frisco is by far the nicest and cleanest hotel that I have stayed in by a longshot. The staff was extremely helpful and polite. The breakfast was great. You will be hard pressed to find anything nicer especially for the price. The rooms are really nice. We had a double queen with a studio. Sliding barn doors for both bathrooms. Things you do not normally see in a three-star hotel. You will not be disappointed.

So many options- waffles, packaged cereals, muffins, pastries, good eggs, sausage, seasoned potatoes, oatmeal, breads, fruit, much more! Staff very friendly and prompt! Room clean and comfortable. • Andres (10/5): - Everything was great only downside was that the elevators were out of service for two out of my three day stay. And we were in the 4th floor.
• Jeanie (2/5): - The elevator went out and we had to haul our wagon and all stuff all the way down FIVE flights of stairs and last night a party was going on the outside patio area until 2 am. Blasting music so loud it could be heard on the 5th floor. I complained multiple times to no avail. This is a place you want to stay if you want no rest.

I hate to highlight the “bad,” but our bedding had some stains, our trashcans didn’t have any liners in them, the shower’s shampoo holder that’s adhered to the wall came off while my daughter tried to pump some shampoo. And to top it off, the elevator broke. And we were staying on the fourth floor. I understand things happen, but the last straw was the elevator problem. I have a heart condition and taking the stairs was difficult.

Assistant manager, V… is Arrogant and communicates annoyance about any issues. Definitely not hospitable. Be careful of extra charges and spiteful service if you question your bill.

• Joseph (2/5): Worst weekend getaway ever in a Hotel - Check in was ok. Only 1 key card was offered. We listened to music on the clock radio and received a noise complaint. It was late in the day and a Saturday night. Desk could not call but sent a security personnel to nock on our door to tell us. The other worst part was the air conditioner did not cool and it was hot and uncomfortable to sleep in.

• Jason (10/5): Family Basketball Weekend - My family of five stayed at this hotel for my daughter’s basketball tournament. It was centrally located to the basketball venues we were playing at. The hotel is in a location off the highway that provides access to a plethora of restaurants.

• Brittany (10/5): - I had a great stay. Room was very clean, bed was very comfortable and the breakfast tasted great. Only ran into one issue with the elevator being down one night but it was fixed in the morning. Overall great stay will book this hotel again in the future!
• Britney (5/5): Fearful Stay - We enjoyed the use of the indoor pool. It was very clean. We also liked the nearby access to restaurants. We were able to take a short walk to a pub for food. From the hours of 9pm to 11:30pm there was an obnoxious knocking on the room door next to ours. At first, I thought it was our room door. It was a police officer trying to apprehend a person for "harboring a fugitive". I understand that he was doing his job, but I never felt so unsafe in a hotel room before. And the knocking was waking my sick child. It was awful.
