Guest Reviews
- Zeigler (3/5): We’ll choose a different hotel next time. - Some staff was friendly and rooms are spacious. Easy location to get to. Lots of local restaurants around. Fewer pillows and towel given than we had people for the reservation. We asked for more pillows and were told they didn’t have any extras; we could only have one more.
Breakfast had rotten fruit and expired yogurt. No waffles.
Pool area looked clean but the bathroom hadn’t been looked at in a LONG time.
- NORIYUKI (9/5): とても明るく部屋で、快適 - 部屋のレイアウト カプチーノの味
- Jen (7/5): -
- Bonnie (1/5): - Had to switch rooms 3 times to get a clean room. The pool was out of service and manager was very rude and not helpful

- James (7/5): Great staffs but heating was poor and room felt cold. - The location. Heat didn't seem to be working. Was blowing out cold air.
- Tracy (10/5): LOVED IT AND WILL BE BACK! - Everything, it was awesome, having a full refrigerator and dishwasher felt like a BnB, was very happy with the bed, the pillows and my partner wanted to take the couch home. Breakfast was amazing! Check in at 3 and check out at noon was nice! Place was booked and pool was packed so didn't go swimming but will definitely come back here! I didn't see any outside smoking area.
- Ashley (7/5): - Waited 15-20 minutes to get checked in due to no staff being at the desk. Same situation at check out.
- Portis (10/5): - Very clean and friendly staff.
- Matt (10/5): - The room was of excellent size. It had a nice living area and a kitchen. If you have a family who is traveling for a sporting event or you are traveling for multiple weeks for work, it has much more of a homey feel than a typical hotel room.
- Adaline (10/5): - Housekeeping was not as attentive as we would’ve liked
- Casey (9/5): - Pool was very murky and dirty. other then that great stay
- Gary (8/5): I enjoyed the whole weekend. Comfortable - Breakfast and location good No complaints
- Etta Mae (2/5): Wil never return - Was dirty my door would not lock properly and was awakened at 3 am to a loud noise thought someone was busting my door in to only find out I was beside a storage room with the door scared up by them hitting it when entering it with a cart after that was unable to sleep
- Charlyn (4/5): - Nice area No hot water
- Mary (10/5): It worked for me I will stay again - I loved the bed the mattress was awesome. The breakfast was good and the staff was very attentive I was pleased with everything

- Tad Gilliam (2/5): - The rooms ( we were giiven a second room because the first was so bad) both--were disappointing. HVAC didn't work. Light bulbs burned out. Dirty floor Rude desk manager and general manager when presenting our disappointments.
The worst Marriott I have experienced.
- Lee (10/5): Spectacular stay! - Loved the woman who checked us in on the evening of Dec. 20. She was so lovely and kind. She really helped us have a comfortable stay. I wish I could remember her name! The room was perfect and so comfy. Breakfast was fantastic as well. Thank you! Can’t think of anything

Every single employee we encountered was polite, helpful and kind, always greeted us with a smile. Everything was good! Have nothing bad to say.
- Sherri (8/5): Well I made a mistake on the check out day. Staff packed up my belongings and we chose not to stay another night. But my - Yes
- Reynolds (8/5): This was the second time I stayed and coming back - Very great staff and overall good vibe The pool would not open because batteries in the lock quit working
- MeKayla (5/5): Decent but the bathroom was the worst - Easy check in, good location, bed was comfortable To start off there were many things damaged, not put in correctly, and the shower was the worst. There is only one shower door and water would spray out onto the bathroom floor. And the water pressure hurt
- Mary (10/5): - The front desk clerks were friendly and helpful. My parents and I stayed here and we all enjoyed our stay.
- Brittinney (10/5): -
- Jessica (9/5): -
- Karen (8/5): - We rented a 2 bedroom suite and a studio. The suite never cooled off below 77 degrees. It was hot and stuffy!
The studio had only one tv, and it was broken.
- Chad Branson (10/5): -
- Rebecca (8/5): - We enjoyed our stay at this hotel, but we were very disappointed they did not have the manager's reception or food at night as advertised. The room was great and the hotel was in a great area for our trip.

- Amanda (10/5): Exceptional - Friendly staff, clean and comfortable room couldn't ask for more. Pool area is extremely hot maybe a fan or open up some doors sitting in there watching my daughter swim was unbearable after 15mins.
- Jason (10/5): - The price was OK, but it wasn’t as nice as the price, but it was more upscale than most. The hostess was exceptional.
- M9169DZjennyo (4/5): FD was disrespectful. - The location is pretty convenient as it is off the highway. We got the 2 bedroom suite so it is spacious. Regardless, the room was not neat and clean. The hotel was fully booked so we can’t change the room either. They allowed us to check in earlier which at first the FD said that the room was not ready yet. But the lady there said the room was ready. We thanked them for being so helpful. But when we went to the room later we found out that tables were dirty and sticky as it was not clean at all , the bed was not neat and there was food left in the fridge from the previous customer. When we reported to FD , expected that they will be able to improve in the future. FD was pretty untrained and disrespectful. The conversation was unacceptable. She found the whole situation funny, being argumentative and proceeded to ask me “ what can I do for you honey”. I was pretty surprised that she would call me like that after she knew that I was pretty upset and disappointed. And at the end she offered a discount rate. It took me a while to understand that the laughs, the arguments, the attitudes came from the perception that we wanted the discount that was why we reported our bad experiences. We declined to accept the discounts. And we know that the FD lady needs a lot more training. Room was not neat and dirty can happen but the poor attitudes and perception to handle the situation is unacceptable. Never got called “honey” by any FD that I just met before. That is pretty disappointing for this premise.
- Thornton (10/5): I will be definitely booking again next year when I return. - The hotel was clean and the breakfast was great. Rhianon did her best to assist us to have a great stay. She was amazing.
- Corey (10/5): Exceptional -
- R (10/5): It was a fantastic weekend with the kiddo's - Had a great time with my family in the pool and the bbq patio. Loved it Everything
- Constance (10/5): my money - they baseketball hop and the pool nothing
- Sherri (4/5): - Stayed in May. Room was very clean, staff was excellent. Management, however, needs some training in communication. Booked a room, was told shuttle would take me anywhere. Not the case, only for the airport. Ok, booked a ride to the airport several days in advance and it was cancelled without any notifications to me at all. Two drivers, neither would be in that day. If I hadn’t called to confirm the shuttle, I would t have known and probably would have missed my flight. Get it to together, communicate, inform your staff of the do’s and dont’s. Staff was great, I don’t blame them for not knowing.
- Scott (10/5): Exceptional -
- Lavinia (8/5): - The property was in a convenient spot. It is close to the interstate which made the coming and going easily accessible.
- Cory (2/5): Very poor -
- Kristina (4/5): - I will NEVER use this place and I will not recommend it
I had to stay in a hotel due to some work being done in my home Anyway the work was extended so I needed a couple extra days So I asked if there was availability I was told No so I was looking for another place and this place popped up and said it have rooms So I booked it I called the front desk and was told I could remain in same room and all was well Then the next morning 2 managers knock on the door saying they are not honoring my booking because there was complaints of an odor of weed I was there with my children There was nothing of the such going on in my room
The original manager that checked me in was amazing I would give her 5 stars
This is a really nice place it’s very accommodating especially for some in my predicament I honestly believe the manager was angry because he told me there was no rooms and I went and found out that there was so they made any excuse they could find
- Lauren (4/5): Hurried out - Breakfast Cleanliness of the room, sheets and floor
- Mory (6/5): Pleasant - It was clean and the rooms were spacious. We had a king suite with a pull out bed. There were no linens or pillow for the pull out bed. We had to call 3 times to get them and they never brought them forcing us to pull a blanket from the main bed for my son to use to sleep.
The front desk receptionist dropped a whole container of prepackaged salt and pepper on the floor in the breakfast area and then picked it up and handed some to my daughter.
There was open individual containers of cream cheese in the breakfast area with the new containers making it appear as though the staff put them back after guests had taken them and opened them.
- Crystal (10/5): - Front desk staff very helpful
- Stacy (10/5): - The staff was great freindly, polite, and very accommodating. May the stay very pleasant.
- Debra (10/5): - Nice clean and friendly staff
- Briancoats73 (6/5): Good rooms, 3rd shift manager Ray not so much. - First off there was a young woman named Azeril (May have spelled her name wrong) she was a new employee working the front desk around 2 AM when we came in. She was very polite and was really struggling. And had to call someone because she had computer issues. She just didn’t understand and it seemed like she was just thrown in there. She had a great attitude the entire time. About 30 minutes went by, she was on the phone talking to someone to help her out. When a man sitting with three other women in the lobby I thought was just a group of guests. But he walked behind the counter to start helping this young woman. He watched us 4 guest try to check in with her for 30 minutes before he came over to help. His name is Ray. It says a lot about Rays character that Azeril would rather call someone else rather than bother him and his two friends drinking in the lobby. It seemed like Ray was bothered he had to get up from sitting in the lobby not working, to come over and assist her. The rooms were great, she was great and Ray should not be in the hospitality business. If I came in and see him again, I would just go another hotel.
- Michele (10/5): Exceptional -
- Ben (6/5): Pleasant -
- Brian (10/5): Great service - The property was wonderful
Anything that was requested was taken care of. We travel with 6 people so towels and pillows are always an extra request they didn’t even hesitate
There was a college swim team staying and they managed to keep breakfast stocked with a very large demand
- Ellen (8/5): Very good -
- Michele (9/5): Superb -
- Kwame (4/5): Disappointing -
- Wanya (10/5): Exceptional -
- theresa (10/5): - Great
- Douglas (1/5): Ripoff - Location would have been nice, but my son was not allowed to stay. My son was not allowed to stay since he was under 21. This was NOT shown as a requirement. Request for a refund was ignored.
- Syed Ahmer H. (2/5): - The room’s heating system was malfunctioning, despite the thermostat being set to 74 degrees Fahrenheit. Throughout the night, the temperature never rose above 65 degrees, causing significant sleep disturbances. The low temperature, exacerbated by windchill, made the room feel much colder than it actually was.
- Tekea (10/5): Love this place - Great staff, great breakfast
- Susan (9/5): Superb - The kitchenette was fabulous.
- Terrance (2/5): It was OK because being pet freindly. - Bfast was cold and had no warm cereal available. Room too close to interstate noise. Location ,staff availability and bfast.
- Kameel (7/5): Good -
- Suzanne (10/5): Very pleasant and peaceful - Very pleasant staff
- Jonathan (6/5): Decent - Shower had what looked like mold in the top and curtains had stains someone left a bowl in the sink and didn’t clean it and overall at night sounded like a machine was running all night made it hard to sleep so try and not get room 121
- Becker (9/5): I’ll be back….. - Staff was completely awesome- especially since Booking.com messed up my reservation. Bed was too soft.
- Teresa (9/5): Superb -
- Adam (8/5): - No clock in room
- SHERRI J (10/5): My hotel whenever I’m in Akron - We traveled for Thanksgiving. We prepare part of the dinner in our hotel room, which is why this hotel was selected. The kitchen was fabulous, access in and out was easy for my 96 year-old mother, and everything was great.
- kristymC3249LY (10/5): Great Stay In Akron - We stayed at the Residence Inn Akron Green for one night while attending an event at Hopping Frog Brewery. We found the hotel to be perfectly located for our needs after a 5 hour drive from NY. The hotel and our rooms were spotlessly clean, charming and very comfortable. The beds were great, and the shower water pressure was impressive! We loved the holiday decorations and the breakfast. The staff we encountered Daviana, Natasha, and Diane were the icing on the cake. Everyone was so friendly and attentive it made our stay special. We will definitely stay at this hotel Everytime we are in the area! As Marriott members we appreciate finding gems to return to, and this hotel will be added to the love list!!
- Garrett (10/5): - The staff was incredible!

- Gabriella (10/5): Beautiful hotel - comfy beds and wonderful staff! - My mom and I stayed here just for 1 night, however we wish we stayed longer! The hotel is beautiful. We loved how cute and colorful the room and decor were. Davi, who checked us in was very friendly, sweet and accommodating. She showed us the outdoor patio and bar and welcomed us to join the bar later as she also is the bartender :) The hotel is in a great location with lots of parking. The beds were so comfy, the bathroom had a huge shower with strong water and just overall the room was so great. I really wish we were staying there longer! We had a wonderful stay, and will definitely come back again.
- Robyn (10/5): - Staff was very friendly and the room was very nice and clean.
- Jeffrey (10/5): - It was roomy. Staff was friendly
- Thomas (10/5): - Nice set up, I liked the suites with full kitchen. Was able to cook in my room instead of eating out every night which was a huge plus. Room was clean and spacious.
