• ken (4/5): Would most likely stay somewhere else next time - The location was great. , very close to a main expressway. Breakfast was very good, lots of different choices to choose from. Staff was friendly and professional. We were placed in a room that was close to an exterior door which would normally be fine but this particular door had no soft close mechanism. All night long all we heard was the slamming of that door which made sleeping difficult. The shower curtain didn't extend all the way to the shower floor so water water ran onto the bathroom floor. We had to use our towels to mop up all the water.

• Pia_1109 (10/5): Good experience, good breakfast - Stayed here for one night, I arrived around 7pm and waited 10 minutes for an agent. Sam at the front desk was great. Room was perfect, super clean and slept very well. I was happy to hear breakfast (included) opens at 6am, which was great for me since I had to wake up early for class. The lady that works the breakfast is very kind and attentive. I like the food options: waffles, muffins, eggs with cheese, bagels, sausages, potatoes, juices, and coffee.

They took an extra $250.00 from my account which sent my bank account in a negative state and will not reimburse me. I DIDNT LIKE ANYTHING. It was the nastiest hotel I’ve ever been in. The general manager was racist with a very nasty attitude. The pool was dirty and nasty. The hot tub had caution tape around it with dark water in it. It was a HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE.

Unfortunately the pool was not open due to construction and that was the only reason we were staying in a hotel. We ended up going somewhere else and I promise it was not as good as it would have been at the Hampton. Bummer for us. But I am very grateful to the guy workings kindness in letting me cancel so I could treat my kids to a swim adventure even if it wasn't with them.

My only suggestion is to put a bench out near the front door. I needed to wait for transportation and I have mobility issues so it was hard to stand for a long period of time. You can’t see the front door without standing.

He apologized and gave us keys for the right room. They discounted our room to $99 first night and $149 second night, but can’t apply it because it was 3rd party. Might not book again with Booking.com because of this.

• MegaWorldTraveller (6/5): Upgrade is insta-ready but not practical - Overall a very convenient hotel. The breakfast has gone downhill. The front desk staff is always nice and helpful. They are in the middle of an upgrade I stayed on floor 3. Nice colors, smells good, and the look is Instagram ready. However many of the updates are not practical. For example, the luggage rack is too small for a large suitcase or large duffel bag, the desk is too small to work on, there is not light on the desk, there are no plugs near the desk that are suitable for many cords, USB, etc and most concerning is the floor sounds hallow - the hotel was empty when I was there but once the rooms fill around you - I wonder if you will be able to hear everything. As it was I could hear all conversations in the hallway as the door isn't flush with the floor. The sheets are great.

On the plus side, this hotel has posted renovation in progress signs posted. I was unaware prior to my reservation unfortunately. I believe it would have been nice for the price to reflect that. I paid over $150 for one night!

They had to stay at a different hotel but we were stuck there as all our luggage was on the 4th floor and no way to get it down as the stairwells had no emergency lighting and stuff in the stairwell. Worst stay ever.

Staff was lazy not cleaning the room even though they are in the hallway with their cart. AC was on and off very disturbing. Wall is so thin you can hear noises from the hallway and room next door. Will never recommend anyone staying at this dump.

Ice machines were broke and brushed against the trim in our room and it fell off! Oh lord thank god my kids are still young. I normally do not complain but just tell me before I book a room that the hot tub is broken please..

• Discover44981422863 (4/5): Disappointing Stay at This Property - Where do I even begin with this place? It feels like stepping into a frat house on a wild weekend. The property is outdated and, according to multiple staff members, they were overbooked during my stay. The hotel was run down, with rooms that looked dirty—so much so that I had to deep clean myself. The hallways smelled like wet dog, and there was trash left unpicked until morning. I even encountered an extra bed blocking the hallway, giving off a hospital or funeral home vibe. The pool was overcrowded with kids and frankly disgusting. The workout equipment only worked part of the time, and the front desk staff seemed more interested in their phones and gossip than helping guests. The elevators felt like a roller coaster ride that stopped abruptly, adding to the chaos. When I asked staff for assistance, the typical response was, “I can’t do this because I’m alone” or “I can do this for blah blah blah.” The only redeeming quality of the stay was the firm beds, but even the bedding was subpar. Honestly, I’m left speechless. This experience was so disappointing that I felt compelled to write this review. Save your money and look elsewhere!

We even called down to the front desk to notify them of the noise in the room above us. We were there only for about an hour. We gathered our things and asked for our money back. We could not have stayed there with all of the noise.

Staff was amazingly friendly and there for anything we needed with a quickness Pool and Jacuzzi was clean and wonderful. Continental breakfast was amazing with cheese omelets, potatoes, sausages, hard boiled eggs and waffles with all the trimmings even whip cream and choclate chips. Not to mention all the other usuals frui, yogurt, bagels, cereal, and miffins. 4 different juices and a coffee bar. Beds were comfy and clean. Will definitely be staying in the future!!

Breakfast; The omelettes were burnt and the orange juice was watered down too much.There were four coffee types out but only light roast was available and it was warm not hot at all. Breakfast was disappointing. The room we stayed in needed to be deep cleaned. The lamp shades had coffee or soda on them, the curtains had something splattered on them. One of the bedside lamps was falling apart and had a dead bulb.The sheets could have been softer and extra washcloths would have been nice.
