The rooms are spacious and have a nice rustic style. The air-cons are outdated, new ones would make a big difference in comfort. Unfortunately there is some noise from the big street nearby and bad music from a restaurant behind, though is only from around 7-10/11pm.

- Marcel (10/5): Cozy lovely place in Cabos with warmth - Where to start; it’s a wonderful oasis in Cabos with a green garden and warm hearted helpful staff. Aletse gives the house the soul. Breakfast is delicious; if necessary Aletse gives you towels and umbrella for the playa, very private and intimate atmosphere, it’s like visiting your friends! Would come back at any time! Everything is walkable and close to the hotel are plenty of restaurants and coffee shops and a supermarket

- Noriko (8/5): A nicely decorative cozy rooms . A little walk from the hassling area of Cabo so it’s supposed to be quiet but the music - It is in a beautiful setting. I had a very nice room with kitchen and sitting area and a balcony with a hammock. The restaurant next door had a highly live music and we could hear the music as clearly as if we were in the restaurant instead of our bedroom. Shower was a little cramped.

Ale the manager went above and beyond from greeting when we arrived, to taking care of any questions, helping with many activities booking, feeding the birds with our kids… The rest of the team were very respectful as well. - Jessica (10/5): A little gem just outside of the city center. - I love the Bungalows. This is my second time to stay here. You feel welcome and at home the minute you walk through the gate. Don’t skip breakfast. It’s delicious. The walk from town to the property isn’t pretty but, it is doable. Lots of hills and sidewalks that are obstacle courses. But, behind the gate of The Bungalows is pure peace. Already planning our next trip back. Nothing.

She made us feel very welcome right from the start of our stay. Ale offered great recommendations about where to eat (Las Mariscadas) and assisted us with our transportation to the airport plus where to get cash out. She also lent us snorkels and fins for day. We lived the garden and pool area plus the breakfasts. Nothing.

Frühstück war alles Perfekt und mit Liebe gemacht. Einziger Kritikpunkt ist, dass es aufbrühcafe war, besser direkt aus Maschine. Dies ist jedoch motzen auf hohem Niveau. Die Zimmer, der Pool und der gesamte Innenhof ist sehr einladend und ein rieser Blickfang, hier fühlt man sich sofort wohl! cafe beim Frühstück bereits erwähnt, Liegestuhl-Polster waren bei Regen auf den Stühlen geblieben, waren nach dem Regen leider etwa 2 Tage noch bisschen nass und nicht brauchbar, nicht tragisch aber gut zum verbessern.

- Sarah (10/5): - The Bungalows is lovely! It’s like an oasis: beautiful pool, gorgeous plants and flowers, pretty decor and architecture. The breakfasts are fresh and healthy. Best of all, the air conditioners in our room was excellent. It quickly got to our very low preferred sleeping temp. I would definitely stay here again. The only downside was a little sidewalk disrepair around the area. They can’t control that, but people with mobility trouble might want to consider it.

A true oas - A magical oasis ten minutes from the marina - and a quick inexpensive uber to medano beach. ( we also walked to the beach about 30 min but was HOT). Just LOVED this hotel and the folks that ran it. We took the two bedroom bungalow for our family of 4 and it was perfect- beautifully decorated and felt very authentically Mexican. I loved the beautiful tiles in the sinks, shower, and the kitchen was equipped with gorgeous ceramics. So many lovely extra welcoming touches like flowers in our room, refreshing welcome fruit juices, and Ale kindly lent us a beach umbrella and snorkel equipment for an afternoon at the beach. Breakfast under the palapa was delicious- but my most favorite part of the hotel was the pool- surrounded by flowers, trees, birds and plenty of places to escape the sun. Very chill and special place Loved everything about our stay.

I liked that there were places with shade and sun! I liked that no matter where you were the temperature worked for that area whether it was fans, open doors, air conditioning- it was very pleasant in all areas!

- Danielle (10/5): - This is a wonderful budget option for a quiet reprieve from the loud downtown of Cabo San Lucas. We stayed in the honeymoon suite all week and had a great time. The staff is friendly & accommodating. Aletse is a great manager! Things we loved - Location is very close to the marina, restaurants, 7/11 type market, stores and downtown - The suite was magical. It fave adventure in the jungle vibes. - Air conditioning in the room - Bed was very comfortable for me as I like firm mattresses. - Daily breakfast was incredible! We got to try everything they serve because we stayed for a whole week. Waffles, pancakes, egg Benedict, omelets and coffee/aguas frescas... delicious <3 - Pool was amazing. Incredibly easy to use and central to all the rooms. It is always heated to a warm temperature and is so refreshing after a busy day. - Private entrance and quiet even though the surrounding area is run down and not the safest (no crosswalks or sidewalks in the street, aggressive drivers etc). You can't hear the partying downtown from the room! - Free WiFi so we were able to order our Uber rides without having cell service Cons: - No television (which is arguably a pro) - Outdated room key (you must carry a physical key with you to unlock your door which is glass, instead of a chip in a card for more security. You also must lock your door from inside with the key. We didn't feel unsafe while there however.) Overall wonderful stay. Beautiful property and family like feel.

- Andrea (10/5): A beautiful Oasis in Cabo! - We had an amazing week at the Bungalows hotel. The staff was friendly and accommodating. Our room in this boutique hotel was clean and well maintained. There was AC which we didn't need, the weather was spectacular the week we stayed. The property was an oasis of beautiful flowering plants and palm trees, the heated pool was divine! The breakfasts offered were fantastic with fresh fruit, smoothies and a delicious entree every morning (eggs Benedict, stuffed french toast and our favorite banana pecan pancakes!) The Bunglaows Hotel is conveniently located within walking distance of some great eateries and about a 15 minute walk (with hills) to the marina which is where all the activity is happening. The hotel is located in the middle of residential area and the 'downtown/marina' and there was a bit of noise - cars, trucks and buses frequented the roads surrounding the hotel and there were lots of barking dogs and roosters. Coming from NYC this noise wasn't a big problem for us but could be for others. We did not have a car but Uber's were very reasonable and readily available. We were warned that taxi's were more expensive and to avoid them. We would definitely come back!

The ambiance was welcoming with greenery, plants, flowers and birds chirping. The whole vibe is relaxing and friendly. You really don’t want to leave. It is a nice place to spend the day around the pool relaxing. It is a short walk down to the marina. There are quite a few restaurants in the vacinity so you don’t need to walk to the busy marina if you don’t want to. The staff is friendly and the manager Ali is so welcoming and has suggestions for where to eat. She says welcome home when we arrived! There are hammocks to relax in. The breakfasts are a highlight of the hotel. We liked everything!

The breakfast area was lovely and the food was very tasty; our room was quaint and cozy; the pool was fantastic - heated to be comfortable but still refreshing. The walk into town was easy (we did it 2 or 3 times a day) and there is a lovely new coffee shop around the corner (with great sandwiches). The surrounding area was busy but quiet at night. I would definitely recommend the hotel to others and I loved the extra space the cozy suite gave us but the one unfortunate thing was that we could not use the patio as there was always fresh bird poop on the ground and chairs (but having the trees was very nice). We would go back The Bungalows in a heartbeat!

Shopping and dining options readily available. Short walk to town. The staff is extremely friendly and welcoming. Allie was absolutely wonderful. Very sweet and accommodating. - James (10/5): - A Gem Greeted personally with a welcoming beverage of fresh cantaloupe juice, we were shown to our quaint suite. The breakfast was delicious and varied each day and served under the palapa by the pool. Just a short walk to shops and restaurants so no need for a car. Perfect if you prefer an intimate place to stay.
- Daniel Adrian (10/5): - If you're looking for something slightly off the beaten path with a more authentic feel than an all inclusive, this is a great spot. Great breakfasts served daily from 8-10 am. Loved having a hammock and the pool for R&R. Our unit also had a small kitchenette with small fridge, microwave & kettle. There are lots of restaurants within walking distance. The beach is a 25 min walk away (and uphill on the way back), but entirely manageable. Transportation to & from the airport (50 min away) with Diamond Transportation was recommended by the hotel and process was seamless. Appreciated the tips from others re:earplugs (loud music well into the wee hours) & warm pajamas (really cools down at night). Highly recommend.
- Brenda Noemy (10/5): - This property is amazing, is quiet you are able to sleep even though you are close to a busy street and there's people partying around. The rooms are clean but there's no TV which I love,so you can enjoy the outdoors ,there are lots of birds and trees to look at. Aletse the manager is an amazing person,me and love the way she treated us and she does the same with every single guest of the hotel.

Beautiful decor and flora inside the entire bungalow hotel area. Separate room for my teen daughter was nice. We walked to marina/beaches each day (10,000 steps a day). It was nice to stay at an authentic hotel. I know they appreciated us guests. Provided earplugs for the noisy neighborhood-the bungalow itself was quiet.

- Chris (9/5): Unexpected gem. - Mexico motif, lovely pool area. Breakfast amazing. Good coffee! Uber to Beach/restaurants @ $5. Alē was exceptional. My air conditioner was a bit noisy. The shampoo bottles very stiff, hard to get soap to come out.

- Carmen (9/5): Wonderful - The manager Allie was so awesome! Very attentive, made us feel so welcomed and also very efficient. The wonderful grounds are like an oasis with greenery everywhere and birds along with a lovely pool. A very unique and wonderful place.
- Deborah (8/5): Our host Ali was very special a S a host and very diligent in running the hotel - The breakfast were all excellent. We especially appreciated the fresh fruit and juices every morning. At times it was noisy due to construction, traffic and outside dogs.

In particular, she was very helpful, both by advocating for us and supporting us, when our car was damaged by a hit and run driver. She helped us deal with the car rental agency And other details with kindness and competence.

- Russell (10/5): - THE BEST STAY IMAGINABLE!! I will definitely be staying here in the future any chance I get. All the staff was very accommodating and friendly. The hotel is conveniently located near many good restaurants and has a good approximation to shopping and the marina that you are not surrounded by tourism. The pool and court yard are beautiful. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. The area is also very safe and I had no issues walking the streets at all times of the day/night. I highly recommend you stay at The Bungalows Hotel during your trip to Cabo.

She manages to do everything with a smile and always looks after everyone. The property itself is a lovely private oasis with quaint rooms , there is a delicious breakfast each morning with a cup of fabulous Cabo coffee.

Within 2 blocks of multiple good restaurants (one open late night) and convenience stores. Beautiful courtyard with shared pool. Delicious breakfasts. Nice, welcoming, and helpful staff. Clear/helpful/timely communication via Booking.com and Whatsapp prior to arrival to have all our questions answered.

If you’re looking for people who care about your comfort this is the place to go great place for family. Location is unbeatable. The pool is perfect and warm. Love the vibe and love the staff.
