- Cheryl (10/5): Exceptional - Beautiful cottage, situated in a stunning garden. The cottage has a separate entrance, kitchen, bathroom and open plan bedroom/lounge and dining area, as well as veranda seating and a patio area. The spa pool was enjoyable to relax in at the end of a busy day. Breakfast is cooked to order and the fridge is well stocked with nibbles and drinks. This was a relaxing one night stop on my journey, and would make for a beautiful romantic getaway. The cottage is a short drive into town and is handy to the forgotten world highway (SH43) and the attractions on that route.

- Lei (10/5): Highly recommended! Best stay ever! - Fantastic host! The place is 5 min from town, the room is spacious, has a beautiful garden, is very tranquil and great for unwinding. Host met us when we arrived and she had prepared a fantastic cheeseboard and welcome drinks. She walked us through everything and we got to pick our breakfast and she delivered delicious breakfast to our room at exactly the time we asked for, how good is that! We used the spa and it was great. Everything was excellent and well thought out to give us the best stay. We travel a bit and this is by far the best B&B we have stayed. Highly recommended! Wish we could stay longer.

Loved the cheeseboard etc. The lemon pistachio slice was divine! These extra touches were amazing! Location was perfect & the view was stunning which was just outside the back door in amongst the beautiful gardens. It was lovely to sit out there and take in the beautiful view. Courtyard with sitting area, pool and spa was lovely but unfortunately we didn't get to swim or go in the spa, hopefully next time. Cottage was beautiful! Room was spacious, modern and beautiful. The bed was sooo comfortable. Top notch bedding and linen. Melana was the perfect host. thank you! Wish we could have stayed longer.

- Cathy (10/5): A wonderful place to stay, we will be back again! - Melana was a wonderful host! The hot breakfast options were excellent and arrived at the nominated time piping hot. Cold breakfast cereal options were in our kitchen, with fresh milk, yoghurt and orange juice in the fridge. The facilities were great, with stove and oven as well as a microwave so were able to self cater our evening meal. Also waiting in the fridge for us was a wonderful cheeseboard, complete with a glass of wine that was delivered to us after Melana had shown us around. We enjoyed the hot tub on our first night. We had bathrobes to change into and towels were provided at the hot tub. The view from the back porch was stunning, we enjoyed listening to the birds getting ready for bed in the evening with a glass of wine. We arrived back in the dark one night and, although it was a short walk to the front door, some outside lighting would have been nice.

Very comfy and cozy, with delightful gardens lovingly created over 28 years, a joy to wander and explore. The breakfast was spectacular with choices of French toast, eggs, bacon, etc., and presented with flair. The spa, the pool, the views and a delightful host who has thought of everything - couldn’t have asked for more!

- Jenni (10/5): Can't 2ait to return. - Lovely cooked breakfast each day. Beautiful rural outlook. Delightful host. She even offered to drive us to town to a restaurant if we desired at night. She tries to anticipate every need. Hopefully we will come back next year. The espresso coffee machine was really appreciated as we often have to travel with our own.
