• ARIP (2/5): Unfortunately, my experience was not pleasant. The room was in poor condition and cleanliness needs serious improvement. - The stay was below expectations. The room condition was poor and cleanliness was not satisfactory. Overall, not worth the price. I would rate this 2 stars

• Rya (5/5): You need to respect other guests too eventhough other'a booked 100 rooms!!! - near the exit toll from Jakarta our neighbour (we stayed in room 316) was too noisy and always laughed loud we couldn't sleep . And your receptionist informed "yea they booked 3 rooms" SO WHAT? booked many rooms didn't mean that they disrespect other guests!!! We've plan to stay another 1 night but because of that we've cancelled that plan and looking another hotel
• YOSHIYUKI (4/5): ストレス満載の一晩でした。 - 早朝に空港着の為、空港近くの当該ホテルに宿泊しました。クリスマスイブだったが、ホテルにそれらしさは全くない。まあ、欧米系ではないので仕方無いが。またシーズンと空港近辺ということなのか宿泊費も3つ星にしては高額でした。ホテルはロビーが狭いのに、中国人の100レベルの団体と重なり、チェックイン手続きは延々。エレベーターも混雑が続く。ロビー横のレストラン？みたいな所にワルン(屋台)があり、美味しそうな鶏ガラスープの肉団子ラーメン(アヤムミーバソ)を販売していた。22時まで営業していますとの事なので、18:30から30分間毎に3回行きましたが、結局ずーっとクローズで、夕食たべられず。持っていたカップヌードルを食べようと思ってフロントに熱湯がないか聞きに行ったが、無いとのつれない返事。部屋は古い感じで、歯ブラシもアメニティも無し。夜中に蚊に3回4箇所刺され寝られず。最悪の一晩でした。

• Nova Yanty (6/5): Room not clean, very small,etc. - This was my first experience staying at Vio HOtel, but for the future I do not recommend to stay at this hotel. Room its to small, not claen, very dangerous if we stay with small children (21 months), because the window can be open, very noise,we can hear our neighbour activity, breakfast menu is less variation, but waitress and receptionist very helping, and the location its good, because its closer to access the Tol.

• Rusli (4/5): Totally not recommended, Too noisy.. - The room is too noisy, can hear voices from outside and next door, can't sleep well. Moreover, I've booked a room with single queen size bed and they give me two bed room with the reason all room is full booked (strange, it is weekday and I don't see many guests there ??). Maybe because I booked online with a little bit cheaper than daily rate. The receptionist is not friendly, he need to be trained again about customer service satisfaction.. I supposed I wouldn't recommend this hotel to any of my friends or colleague..
• Verified traveler (4/5): Hotel mungil di pintu keluar tol Pasteur - Ruangan kamar sangat kecil dan suara dr kamar sebelah terdengar jelas. Kamar yg diberikan tidak sesuai dengan gbr kamar di website. Makanan pagi hambar dan keras. Keuntungan adalah lokasi hotel yang dekat dengan tempat keperluan.
• Emz (10/5): Excellent quick biz stay at gateway to Bandung - Great location right after the Pasteur toll exit to Bandung.. good location if you plant to go in and out of the city.. the location is very trafficky during evening rush hour though. We planned to leave town early the following morning so having the hotel right next to toll gate is very convenient. It's not for the best location for people wanting to explore the bandung downtown or the touristy areas though. For the price paid, the 3 star room and facilities were satisfying. Clean and decent. There was a problem with light fixture upon check in, but quickly fixed by hotel technician. Breakfast is satisfying, although not 4 or 5 star quality. Wifi is good. Parking is ample but limited.
