Chambre grande, calme, literie confortable, très propre. Hôtel très facile d'accès depuis la gare, situé à 10 min à pieds du centre-ville. J'ai trouvé le prix du petit-déjeuner élevé et globalement le prix chambre + petit-déjeuner élevé. J'aurais aimé un petit frigo dans la chambre pour ce niveau de standard.

Exceeded our expectations Would be nice to be able to reserve a parking space in the underground garage in advance. We were lucky that spaces were available when we arrived at the hotel, but not being able to reserve the parking space in advance made us very worried whether we chose the right hotel for our one-night stay.

• SilviuAgo (10/5): Amazing - The hotel is very close to the Cologne train station, just a 5-minute walk away. The area is excellent and clean, with plenty of restaurants nearby and a very well-stocked Rewe supermarket. ​Check-in was incredibly fast. Our room on the 1st floor was one of the non-renovated ones, yet it looked so good that we actually thought it had been recently refurbished. ​The room is equipped with a safe, an iron and ironing board, a desk, a chair, etc. The only thing missing was a small fridge or minibar, which would have made the stay perfect. We were particularly impressed by the windows, which provide excellent soundproofing against outside noise. ​The staff is very attentive, always smiling, and ready to help with anything you need. Additionally, we really appreciated that they let us store our luggage at reception during our day trip to Aachen, allowing us to pick it up when we returned in the evening. ​Thank you for hosting us! We will happily recommend this location to others. A small fridge would be a plus.

Big plus again for ​the staff (special thanks to the morning lady from May 4th, 3rd desk from hotel entrance), always smiling, and ready to help with anything you need. ​Thank you for hosting us!

• Vonni81 (10/5): - Seh sauber, sehr modern. Hatten ein Zimmer für 3 Personen. Betten waren sehr bequem. Zu Fuß sind wir in ca 10 min am Hauptbahnhof gewesen und am Dom. Parken auch ganz einfach. Hotel verfügt über eine Tiefgarage. Es war ein perfekter Aufenthalt. Nur das Licht im Bad hat nicjt richtig funktioniert und hatte einen Wackelkontakt. Was aber nicht weiter schlimm für uns war.

• Yusuf Kadir (8/5): The overall experience was beyond my expectations. - Breakfast, rooms are quite, the staff are warm, friendly and solution oriented. Easy to reach. The best thing about hotel is staff. My suggesttion is the hotel should keep this friendly environment. On Sundays, the restaurant is closed. At the very least, a selection of simple fast food options should be available, so guests do not need to leave the property to find a meal.

• Tirso kokal (1/5): - Das Zimmer Parkgebühren weil die Rezeption kein deutsch richtig spricht und viel zu viel Parkgebühren nimmt bitte einmal kontrollieren mein Zimmer war 106 und bin am 04.04 .2026 so ungefähr um 16 Uhr gekommen und habe sehr oft Parkgebühren gezahlt das Personal hat keine Ahnung werde auch eine email versenden . Kurze Beschreibung gehe zahle 26 Euro dann wieder 12 Euro und am nächsten Tag wieder 26 Euro
