  Super-king with European duvet & electric blankets either side with separate controls. Large ensuite features large shower with great water pressure. Eco Shampoo, conditioner and body gel provided. This spacious room offers air conditioning, private sauna, tea/coffee making facilities, satellite TV and DVD player. Our Ensuite Room is in the main lodge, it is a large private room at the end of the hallway . Bright and airy with large bathroom and superb mountain views.

De privé hot tub in de eigen tuin was precies de reden om deze accommodatie te kiezen. Fantastisch! Alles beviel uitstekend.

• Carmel (9/5): Large luxurious accommodation - The unit is very large inside and out with a feeling of luxury and spaciousness. The bathroom is huge and there is a spa bath outside for your use. It is in a very quiet and scenic part of Hanmer Springs but close to all the attractions. Could have had more crockery, cutlery and sharp knives. Freezer needed to be defrosted.

We stayed in the villa, and it was truly a treat. This place has everything you need for the ultimate getaway. The room featured mood lighting, a diffuser, a fully equipped kitchen, and an impeccable bathroom with both indoor and outdoor access. We were even spoiled with Netflix, a luxurious spa, and a coffee pod machine—literally, everything you could ask for. The tranquility here is unmatched—there’s no noise, just the peaceful sounds of birds in the morning, all framed by a breathtaking mountain view. We feel incredibly lucky to have found accommodation that ticked every box, plus the added bonus of spa treatments, a yoga room, and more. The therapist were amazing and very knowledgeable about their offerings. If you have the opportunity to experience this exceptional place, I highly recommend it. • Grahame (6/5): Adequate at best. Would consider other options if returning to the area. - Area was quiet in a residential location 5 minutes out of Hanmer Springs shopping precinct. Hot tub was a bonus. Premises were getting a little tired with unnecessary level of space that could have been better laidout. Kitchen facilities for someone who like to cook were adequate at best, but lacking in some areas. Lounge furniture was uncomfortable & furnishings were tired or an afterthought in some areas.

Facilities in the house were more than adequate. Hot pool towels available in the house as when going on holiday you don’t usually pack towels.

There were basic condiments in the kitchen like cooking oil etc and coffee pods along with lovely herbal teas. The lounge was large and warm. The property had ample heating and cooling. The outdoor area with spa and loungers was fabulous.

The accommodation was comfortable warm the bed was gigantic and we would gladly go back again. The bathroom tiles will slippery and didn't feel safe. We couldn't get the coffee machine going.

The big heater in the living areas was put on before our arrival so it was nice and warm when we arrived, and we certainly appreciated the electric blankets and oil heaters in the bedrooms as well. We also were pleasantly surprised to find out about the breakfast options and really enjoyed our breakfast dining experience before check out. We will 100% come back again when more time allows so that we can try out the amazing sounding day spa options too, thank you Adela and Jan! N/A

Had the most amazing Indian head massage reccommed having a spa treatment while visiting The lounge suite was very uncomfortable along with the chair definitely needs replacement. Thanks for having us 🐶 - The energy was so peaceful in a beautiful setting with gorgeous trees (unfortunately blocks the mountain views and a lot of the afternoon sun) but still a beautiful property. Lovely clean comfortable cottage. The staff were absolutely amazing, friendly and very welcoming to my pupper. And I had an amazing massage with gorgeous hot oils and hot stones. Not much privacy with the see through curtains and would be cool to have the backyard fenced off for puppers to have a wee outdoor space without being on a lead.

• Nina (10/5): Big and comfy house in a stunning location - A proper three bedroom house in a beautiful setting. Was particularly great for our toddler as a range of indoor and outdoor toys and other baby items were included and there was so much space both inside and outside for her to run around. Having access to a washing machine was another great perk. Full kitchen included was also great. The views were spectacular and a very short drive to town and main sights. Small issue with shower but that was clearly communicated when we arrived and I'm sure will be fixed.
