elise (9/5): Absolutely fantastic. - We stayed for our honeymoon and we had the pool room which was amazing, we didn’t dine for dinner but we did have their pizza and some nibbles in the day and they were lovely! Views, staff, whole vibe were unmatched we didn’t want to leave! Free shuttles to the main town daily as well which was a nice surprise. They’re trialing a new WhatsApp system (it was 2 days old when we arrived) defo needs some tweaking and some food we ordered never arrived one evening and some of the responses were not helpful - but it’s 2 days old so cannot complain!

Mario (9/5): Luxurious stay by a beautiful beach - We chose one of the best rooms at the property -the grand majestic suite with exterior hot tub-, and the room size, view and overall decoration were fantastic. The beach was beautiful-- clear & tranquil waters, super clean. The housekeeping service was just exceptional. Every morning they would clean every inch of the room and terrace and during the night service, a whole refresh with very thoughtful touches (folding clothes, arranging scattered items like shoes, replacing towels and refreshing amenities, etc) was offered. The food was very good, including the generous breakfast. We appreciated the shuttle vans to and from the beach and also to the main town, although the schedule was a bit restrictive. Finally, the reception staff were very nice and helpful. The water temperature of the room shower was not very hot, we reported it and apparently there was nothing to be done (however we found the ones at the spa to have hotter water). Talking about water, since the tap water in Mykonos is not safe to drink, aside of two small bottles per day per room, the property charges hefty prices for water at the bar and restaurant. Given how expensive this property is, they should at least offer filtered water to drink for free (or bundle it with the room price, it takes a bit out of the luxury experience to be constantly charged for basics like water or bread to accompany the meals -think of flying business where you expect everything to be included for the price you pay-).

The staff, the food, the cleanliness, the location, the rooms, the pool...and so much more! Special mention must go to Aristoteles and Joana, who took amazing care of my friend and me. Within minutes Joanna welcomed us with her big smile, making us and our baby feel instantly at home. She then looked after us with such care every single day. The entire team made our experience wonderful - Clio, Joanna, Tellis, Joseph, Mike, Takis, Jiannis (all three Jiannises!), Juliette, Eva, Evie, Evi, Nefeli, Alex, George, Francesca, the drivers, and everyone working behind the scenes. Genuinely one of the kindest, most attentive, hard working groups of people we’ve met at a hotel. The setting is beautiful, the food was excellent, and the beach and beds were very nice. But what really makes a hotel great is the team - and at Myconian Utopia they are exceptional. Would highly recommend.

What makes this hotel stand out above all else is the staff. They do not just work individually, they cooperate with one another seamlessly, almost like they know where you are and what you need at every moment. It felt like a personal team looking after me. Two people in particular deserve special mention: Paulina and Michael. Paulina is intelligent, kind, and beautiful, and she carried herself with such warmth and grace that made every interaction a joy. Michael was equally outstanding, attentive, thoughtful, and genuinely caring. Together, they represented the best of what hospitality can be. Another lovely moment came from Evi, who first took the bull in good humor and then expressed genuine curiosity about something I was drawing. That small, personal touch made me feel seen and cared for, and it was one of those rare interactions you do not forget. On arrival, I was welcomed by Katerina with her striking black hair, Paulina with red, and Juliette with blonde. I could not help but compare them to Greek goddesses, which set the tone for what would become an extraordinary stay. Juliette deserves a special mention as well for greeting me at breakfast every morning with a friendly and genuine smile. That daily kindness was a highlight and always started my mornings in the best way. The rooms themselves are immaculate, with every detail considered. From the kits provided for anything you might need, to fresh water left every night, the attention to detail is phenomenal. The views from every room look out across the sparkling Aegean, and they are nothing short of stunning. The coordination of the staff was particularly impressive. For example, when I left my Do Not Disturb sign on the door but headed out to the pool, the team knew and reminded me so housekeeping could clean my room while I enjoyed the sun. That kind of attentiveness shows the level of care and communication that sets this hotel apart. The hotel is spotless, beautifully maintained, and infused with a kind of effortless luxury that never feels forced. Add the warmth and cooperation of the staff, and you have something truly special. Le seul bémol il n’ y avait pas de machine à café dans notre chambre par rapport à la qualité de cet établissement c’est un peu dommage mais rien de graves, et la literie aussi on s'attendait un vrai gros matelas d'hôtel, sinon séjour parfait, un établissement a recommandé et que nous faisons à nouveau.

776gerganaz (10/5): Amazing Stay at Mykonian Utopia – Perfect for Couples - We stayed in the Majestic Suite as a couple and everything was simply perfect. The room was beautiful, very spacious, and had the most incredible view over the sea. We really enjoyed spending time around the main pool area — stylish, calm, and with great service. The staff were extremely kind and professional, always ready to help without being too much. The whole place feels quiet, luxurious, and relaxing, yet it’s still close enough to enjoy Mykonos town if you want to go out. Private or shared transportation is offered by the Mykonos hotels above Elea beach. The Elea beach nearby is also lovely and easy to reach, with a shuttle running anytime you need it — super convenient. Hotel sun-beds are cosy and very comfortable. One small suggestion: the hotel could provide larger water bottles in the room. The 0.5L per person is really not enough, especially in the summer heat. This was truly one of our favorite stays ever and we’re already thinking about coming back. If you’re looking for a romantic escape in Mykonos, this is the place.

The staff were impeccable, the cocktails were delicious, food was tasty and overall an excellent level of customer service and customer knowledge. The hotels are located on very steep hills, the hotel offers complimentary shuttles to the beach, where you’ll find Myconians own private area (the sun beds are AMAZING!) and coaches to Mykonos old town and many more areas of the island. It is a great hotel, and their attention to detail is class. To top it off we recieved an upgrade upon arrival and the staff were so excited to show us the upgraded room! But what made it unforgettable were the people working there. Mike is just full of life and energy. He’s not just a staff member — he brings fun, good vibes, and so much charisma. He made me feel like I was at a party, even when I wasn’t feeling 100%. His presence really lifted me up. Eva is one of the kindest people I’ve met. She made me feel so welcome, always checking in and making sure I was okay. Her attention to detail and warm personality made such a big difference, especially on a day I wasn’t feeling great. Thanks to her, I ended up smiling and having a great time anyway. Juliet, the hostess, was also incredibly caring. On my first day, she asked me how I was feeling, and it really meant a lot. The restaurant Camares that was recommended to go as part of the group was sad. Photocopy paper dirty menus. Sent food back. Returned to hotel. Netflix broadcast didn’t work. Layout of room weird. No place for suitcases. Sliding door broke. Dirty dishes remained in room from arrival.

What an outstanding team of people with the most glorious manager who was so present to greet us on our arrival. I wouldn't change a thing about this place, its truly outstanding from the pool to the room to the facilities available. Breakfast and dinner options are excellant and there is a good all round snack menus at the bar. The design quality is amazing but most of all I just loved the professional yet personal attentive service of everyone involved from bellboy, to hop on bus driver to receptionists, waitors and housekeepers. You guys rock!!!

Above a ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ experience due to staff, design, and service quality. Front desk staff (Paulina), servers/bartenders and management at all nearby properties are the best at their jobs & it shows. Will be returning and referring others, like we were referred. This is the luxury way to do the island. The orange juice, super fresh and just wow. Boho decor, chilled deep house vibes, this place is just cool. 25 mins from mykonos town, but multiple shuttles throughout the day/night which was great as taxis here are expensive. Rooms were lovely, great views over the sea. Pool is seawater but that was ok for us. Beach is incredible and only a few mins walk down the hill. Definitely will be back, our stay was amazing

Infinity pool both at the bar and in the suites, amazing, helpful people from the staff (many thanks to the manager of the hotel) - fixing the slight problems in the best way, advising us with what to do in town, and all the best you can imagine when you arrive at the dream hotel. Decor and arrangement of the hotel is also stunning.. I mean, it’s just amazing experience that will stay with you for years . I do truly recommend Utopia and generally the whole Myconian chain of hotels as it’s a top experience. Thank you for your hospitality!

Traveller_SD (10/5): Beautiful view at a fantastic hotel - We just finished a wonderful stay at Utopia, one of the numerous Myconian hotels in Mykonos. The only challenge we had the entire stay was arranging our transport from the airport. We sent an email a few days before leaving for Greece and it was not answered. However, when we called we were immediately booked a private transfer. The transfer was at the airport for us when we arrived, so no big deal at all. The Utopia is one of four Myconian hotels on Elia Beach. It's also the highest up in the hill, which ain't nobody walking up! It is seriously one of the steepest hills I've seen. Luckily, there is a shuttle to and from the beach (maybe a 3 minute drive). The shuttle is easily avaialble. When you walk out of the hotel the reception immediately asks if oyu need the shuttle to the beach and call for it if it's not already there (they just go between the beach and hotel, so are always nearby). You can also shuttle to one of the other Myconians to use the pool or go to one of the other restaurants. We didn't because we really enjoyed the ones at Utopia. Utopia is the smaller of the different Myconian hotels in the Elia Beach area. As such, the pool is smaller than the others (but plenty big enough), and there is no hot tub (the other hotels have those by the pool). Didn't matter. As normal in anywhere we looked to stay, the pools are not heated. No big deal, the water was chilly but refreshing. We came in October, staying up to a day before the hotel closed for the winter (Oct 6-10). The weather was perfect, the sun warm. Temperatures were around 77-78 during the day, a bit cooler at night. It was good beach weather. Also, no crowds at all. Service at the hotel was excellent. Breakfast was nice, buffet style, with everything from eggs to yogurt to fruit available. Lunch and dinner were also nice, a bit pricy of course since it's a 5 star hotel. There is shuttle service (they have their own big bus) to Mykonos Town. It's a set schedule, not the most convenient but it worked fine. For example, the first shuttle in the morning is at 8:45 (25 minutes to town) and the first one back after that is 2:30 pm. The next one isn't until 6:30. However, there are more in the evening hours. It totally worked out fine, we spent one evening in town and one morning/lunch. Costas is the manager and he (like all the staff) is super friendly and nice. He constantly is walking around at mealtime asking everyone if they are enjoying their stay and if their rooms are ok. He is always avaialble up front as well if you need anything. All the staff at the hotel are friendly and helpful. I did notice, though, that they are always there. By that I mean morning to night, the same people. They have LONG shifts, and I understand that is common in the Greek islands, since they have a short season. I just feel bad they work from morning to night (Costas too, he's always there!) Our room was wonderful. We had a private pool and spectacular view of the sea. The room is a nice size, and there is a bathtub with views to the sea, and enclosed shower by the toilet. The one drawback was the bed, which is some kind of this mattress topper on like a thick futon base or something. It wasn't very comfortable. However, the rest of the hotel experience made up for this. Overall, we loved our stay at the Myconian Utopia and would stay here again in a heartbeat. The biggest reasons for this are the view, the service, and the people. Thank you Costas and staff for a wonderful stay!
yuliia_pryshchepiuk (8/5): Dreamy place in Mykonos - I and my friend spent in Myconian Utopia 5 amazing days in the beginning of September - one of the best months to come here, because the weather is just fantastic at this time - fresh pleasant mornings and evenings, but still hot enough during the day to enjoy sunbathing and swimming under the Greek sun ☀️ It’s a dreamy place. I was stunned by the views you can enjoy from this marvelous hotel, both from the pool area and, especially, from the balcony of the room. So beautiful, full of light, clean, modern hotel in traditional mykonian aesthetic. Very peaceful place with its own vibe, relaxing ambiance. And the sunsets are incredible here, especially to watch them having an aperitif next to the pool 🍸 Very friendly, professional, helpful staff, that will make your stay as nice as possible. Quick room service in case you want to have your breakfast or coffee in the room enjoying the endless see view or perfect for private romantic dinner on your own terrace. Special thank to Alex for a constant support and helping with anything we needed. We felt true care every day. Mykonian Utopia should be very proud of having such a great people in their team. They create magic ✨ The restaurant is fabulous, overlooks the sea - pure pleasure to have dinner there, starting with a glass of good champagne that is available also by the glass. As for food, it was less good, than we expected here. I think the kitchen should be transformed and improved to fully match with this place. Although, grilled fish was delicious. Good cocktails, excellent espresso and Greek coffee ☕️ The hotel has their own transfer to reach the beach, that is very close anyway, but not very comfortable for walking down there since the slope is pretty steep. A few minutes and you are at the sea! Which is fantastic in Greece 🌊 The hotel has their own space in the beach club shared with other hotels of Myconian Collection. Which is veeery good, because most hotels in Mykonos do not have private beaches at all. So comfy sun beds, helpful staff, peaceful atmosphere since there are no party beach clubs around. This is what we were looking for. But, on my opinion, the beach club looks kind of “tired” and should be refreshed and improved in general. Also, there is a free transfer from the hotel to the city of Mykonos, if you want to go and explore a bit. All in all, we spent a magical time in Myconian Utopia and were happy to choose this place for the last summer trip. Hope to come back next season!
Nicola (10/5): Spectacular! - The most wonderful hotel and facilities. Incredible views from the infinity pool overlooking the beautiful Elia beach. Gorgeous rooms and the most lavish breakfast with great music - such a vibe! We had the most incredible stay. Highly recommend it for couples! The menu is quite expensive but I guess it’s in line with most high-end venues in Mykonos.

In terms of location, this resort has amazing views from the rooms; and the balconies are huge . It’s a modern complex with great amenities. Will be back.

So visible and approachable and gave great advice re restaurants. The room was lovely, gorgeous view of the bay. Just walking around the hotel was a delight, so beautifully and simply styled. Food was excellent always (LOVED The honeycomb from the beehive at breakfast) We spent most our time relaxing at the gorgeous infinity pool which was just what we needed. We had a thalassotherapy treatment in the spa which was lovely too! We’d go back in a flash! Perfect size, feels exclusive, great service, great access to many restaurants between all the myconian hotels. Wonderful!
