- Emma (4/5): This hotel is a hit and miss. You may get lucky and have a decent experience but you may also have the worst. - The location was great. My family and I had stayed at this hotel two nights before on our incoming trip to MX; the reception staff was great, the rooms assigned to us were clean and everything worked, we didn’t get to enjoy the complimentary breakfast the next morning because we had an early start on the road. Our experience was great, so we decided to stay there on our way back. This time our experience was completely horrible!!! When we got there it took the reception person an hour to get us checked in and there was only one person ahead of us who was being helped. When he finally assigned us our rooms, one room had water in the bathroom floor which ended up being a leak but we didn’t know it then. Someone came out and dried up the floor. But each time my kids got up at night to go the bathroom their socks got soaked. The other room had almost no water pressure. It may have been that my family and I were so worn out from our trip that we didn’t think to reload our bags back in the car and leave. The idea of waiting another hour to get our rooms switched was also undesirable so we stayed put. The next day talking to the receptionist about our experience, we found out that the management and staff knew of the problems in both our rooms and were still assigning them out to guests! Unbelievable!!

Para ese desayuno, hay un horario de 7:30 a 10:00 am, sin embargo no estaban listo todos los alimentos hasta cerca de las 8 am. Las chicas del Lobby con una excelente actitud de servicio.

- Blanca E (4/5): - The room was outdated with old carpeting that had a foul odor. I did appreciate the full-size refrigerator. The door key often required reactivation as it often did not work. The breakfast was very limited and did not include eggs, which was disappointing. No orange juice. Not very kid friendly. The pool was essentially out of commission as it was very dirty with green algae and we were not able to use it at all. It is very dark at night, but I feel very safe coming in and out of the hotel. Multiple times times there were large, semi trucks parked right in front of our entryway, which was difficult to get in. On my first day I had a very difficult time getting the luggage through as there was a huge truck parked right in the walkway. Overall, my rating is very poor to the above concerns that were addressed, but some obviously were not resolved. I think the worst comment was regarding the breakfast very disappointing and the pool that was not available which are two major reasons why I chose this hotel, especially since it was in the downtown area and very convenient to transportation and multiple convenience stores, including Oxxo and Soriano

Desde el momento en que entré al lobby, me impresionó la elegancia y la atención al detalle que se refleja en cada rincón del hotel. Mi única observación es que, durante esta época del año, el agua de la piscina estaba un poco fría. - Timoteo (2/5): - Unfortunately this place it’s not what it seems online. This place needs to be updated. Everything looks old in the inside. The carpet it’s smelly and makes the whole place smell pretty bad. I suffer from allergies, due to the smell I had a hard time breathing. It’s missing a lot of essentials like, mirrors, trash cans, iron, iron board. The only good thing about this place is that is in downtown and everything is walking distance other than that I am pretty disappointed. This is my first and last time staying in this place.

- Fernando (10/5): Hotel y comentario del desayuno de cortesía - Muy céntrico, limpio, excelente atención. Muy grande el estacionamiento, muy recomendable el hotel. El precio me parece muy bueno para el hotel. Mi recomendación para el desayuno de cortesía que ofrecen, sería que tal vez únicamente se ofrecieran café y jugos naturales, y los alimentos a la carta. Entendemos que no es posible poner mucha comida en el buffet, pero hay húespedes que prácticamente acaparan todo, por eso creo que los alimentos deben tener un costo.

Our room was nothing special, but the staff was really friendly and helpful, the breakfast had some nice surprises, like peppers and zucchini. The best feature was the pool. It was lovely and heated and there were lounge chairs nearby.

- Mayra (4/5): - El hotel tiene muchas áreas de oportunidad, lamentablemente la primer habitación que nos tocó, se tardó muchísimo tiempo en salir agua caliente, el aire acondicionado (que fue por la razón que renté ahí), no funciono, la mayoría de las puertas no cerraban y la taza del baño se veía que lo habían usado antes de nosotros. Afortunadamente o desafortunadamente nos cambiaron de habitación a dónde si funcionará el aire, pero se tardó mucho en encender, y cuando creímos que ya estaba todo en orden, el aire aventaba aire frío 😭, y toda la noche no pude dormir por el frío que hacía en el cuarto. En fin, en ese cuarto no había ni jabón ni papel de baño, pero ya eso fue lo de menos. El personal fue amable, pero definitivamente no volvería y tampoco recomiendo 😥

La suite familiar es muy amplia para dos familias pero definitivamente, es una habitación muy usada, los abanicos estaban en pésimas condiciones hacían ruido durante la noche y no funcionaban todos los focos de los abanicos.

- SIMITRIO MALDONADO (6/5): - En el check in, me dicen que no tengo reservación, y que la cancele en Expedia, después que si me aceptan pero en otra habitación con otra tarifa, y que pague una diferencia de $150.00, lo cual ante las circunstancias, acepte; y tambien que no tenían suficientes tarjetas de llave de entrada y que tendría que solicitar a la recepción me abrieran la ha habitación cada vez que se me ofreciera. Este tipo de inconvenientes nunca me había ocurrido. Espero que no vuela a suceder, sobre todo en un hotel de esta categoría. Por lo demás todo bien. Saludos.
- maribel (4/5): Never again - Old hotel, old photos on the web they admitted they have to update their page. they changed my studio 2 times because the blankets were torn, the blinds were broken, the chairs were broken, and the carpet was super dirty! They don't use a vacuum cleaner, they sweep it with a broom and it's full of dust, that's bad for my daughter’s allergies. I booked a studio because I was the one with the kitchen but it turned out that it didn’t have any dishes to cook or eat!!! they told me that I have to buy my own dishes if I wanted to use the kitchen. The Pool water was dirty. No blow dryer, No iron board, no hangers in the closets, No laundry in facility and there is no laundry for the guest. I have to say that the exterior of the hotel is kept clean and at night there is surveillance at the entrance of the hotel parking lot. Also the location is very convenient because you walk 5 minutes and you are at the center of the city

- Verified traveler (6/5): - El Telefono no servia bien en recepcion asi que no podiamos comunicarnos con el Hotel antes de la llegada. Llegamos tarde y casi no respetaban la reservacion. Al final el personal del turno de la noche (cuando llegamos) logro solucionarlo
