Very loud on corridors, sound trevels everywhere..still i slept good..couldnt find parking at first..i suggest they hand out or have at reception little map how to find it..only three spots for the hotel, but i always got parking..

- Manal (8/5): Great location, helpful staff - Excellent location, free breakfast, staff speaks English and room has a heating rack. Staff helped me arrange transportation and answered any questions I had. They were very helpful. No refrigerator in room. That’s important when having to prepare lunches for excursions. Also they ask for a tip when checking out which I found very unusual and tacky.

- Robert (9/5): Very nice property, parking is a block away -
- Conrad (8/5): Satisfactory for a night - Nice and modern. Breakfast ok. Has a small gym area and small pool. Compact rooms. Strange gap next to bed in top floor loft space - bed adjacent to gap with a 10ft drop and no guardrail.
- Andres (10/5): -
- Bonnie (10/5): The staff are fabulous - Greta location, modern and clean
Really appreciated the staffs help -
They were lovely No air con or bar fridge but the property is very affordable and provides info on its amenities

- Dan (8/5): -
- Em (10/5): - Beautiful amenities, breakfast was delicious and the team were very helpful. I would love to visit again.
- George (8/5): Very agreeable. - The location was great, the room nice, the staff was very helpful. Breakfast was lacking, but sufficient.
- Aldridge (10/5): -
- Gary Been Here (9/5): - Location Pool could be warmer. Breakfast area bigger.
- Samuel (7/5): - The hotel is located in the heart of Puerto Natales. The staff was very friendly and helpful during our stay! The breakfast was very nice with a large selection. The WiFi did not work at all and all in all the hotel seemed to have passed better days as the bathroom was not too inviting.
- Quentin (6/5): - Good location, good attention from the staff Too noisy, we hear too much everything, people laughing in breakfirst room, next room
- Aldridge (10/5): -
- Fabienne (7/5): - Sehr zentral, sauber, einfache Zimmer.
- Martin (9/5): Centrally located hotel with friendly staff and good breakfast - The hotel is right at the center of Puerto Natales with lots of shops and restaurants around. The hotel served as a base for our visit quite well, with good breakfast and comfortable bed/room. The hotel made a mistake. We booked for 4 nights, and even though we received confirmation emails, we were told that due to a computer glitch we had to find another accommodation for our 1st night. So, we ended only stayed there for 3 of the 4 nights we were in Puerto Natales.
- Paulo Ricardo (10/5): Mto boa , fui super bem recebida e atendida - Mto boa localização, funcionários atenciosos, café da manhã mto bom
- Justin (5/5): The stay was okay but very underwhelming considering the price. Cannot use the pool with wearing head gear you need to p - Good location Overpriced considering other options and rather average rooms with poor blockout blinds and hard hallway floors where noise echos down the hallway at night.
- Stacey (9/5): Cosy and comfortable - It was a very cosy place where the staff were very welcoming and helpful
- Susan (8/5): - Hotel staff friends and courteous. Rooms were clean. The manager Sebastian was very helpful when we checked in and gave good restaurant suggestions and other helpful tips.
Location was excellent e.g. for tour pickups and shuttle bus to and from the airport.
Breakfast was excellent with good variety of fruits, luncheon meats, cheeses yoghurt, and eggs. Elevator did not work until ladt day of our trip. So it woukd have been difficult to get my luggage up the stairs if the hotel manager did not help me.
Hotel tub water temperature was too cold so not able to utilize this facility. Also the showers hot water was tepid and did not get warm enough.
Bathroom configuration made it awkward to use. If have 3 persons in the room, it would have been too tight.
- Khalil (5/5): Over priced with few services. - The location of this hotel is good, central and walking distance from many place. The pool is a nice addition, especially as the weather gets colder. For the cost, this hotel actually provides few services - the rooms are barely comfortable, noises travel between them and from reception, they dont provide water, or coffee or tea, which for 225 dollars a night should be standard. The vending machine in the hallway no staff knew how to use... bascially zero services for such an expensive place. Overall the place felt more like an expensive dorm room than a hotel. The staff played music from reception which would travel into the rooms as well.
- Dario (10/5): Exceptional -
- Cristina (8/5): A well-located, comfortable hotel that covers all the essentials for a stay in Puerto Natales - Natalino is a good choice in the heart of Puerto Natales. The location is central yet quiet, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Breakfast was excellent, with plenty of variety to suit different tastes.
While the rooms are on the smaller side, they’re well-equipped and we had everything we needed. The beds were very comfortable, which made for a good rest after long days exploring the area. There’s also a nice pool on the top floor, although we didn’t have time to use it during our visit. Not very much natural light in the room.
- Andras (7/5): Modern option at a good location - Modern, effective. Breakfast was better than usual. Good location in town. Parking was an not easy.
- Agne (7/5): Good -
- Maria (9/5): Great stay! - Breakfast, shower pressure, room and staff The only improvement could be the temperature of the indoor pool. It was not warm enough, considering we stayed in the hotel in autumn.
- Susan (10/5): Great - Staff exceptional No complaints
- James (8/5): Very good -
- Verena (9/5): Good location - Great location walking distance to everything. Breakfast was great, and showers were fantastic. The rooms have a view of a wall.
- Diana (9/5): Very good - Convenient location and good breakfast.
- Verena (10/5): Exceptional - The showers were the best!
- Olga (10/5): Exceptional -
- Elena (10/5): Exceptional -
- Gaston (10/5): Exceptional -
- Katherine (10/5): Great spot - This was a great hotel! The bed and pillows were very nice. The complimentary breakfast was the best we had all trip! Parking was a little confusing, but was located two blocks west on the same road. Grey gate does cover sign if open.
- Joshua (4/5): Not worth the money. Loud, basic, pool not great, staff not great. Breakfast is really good though! - We booked this for pool and some luxury after a lot of budget travelling. It was our least favourite hotel. The staff were not that nice or accommodating. Pool was not useable due to the extreme smell of chlorine that made our eyes water and having to purchase a pool cap at front desk to enter. The room itself was very basic and not very good quality. We also had trouble sleeping due to noise from other rooms and corridors walls are very thin and you can hear everything. We did really enjoy the breakfast and the service by the ladies in the morning however!
- Ge (9/5): Superb -
- Cheryl (8/5): Very good -
- Ernst (3/5): Disappointing and feeling of having been abused. - Breakfast was good and location was good.
I stayed multiple nights, not consecutively, but on the last night they couldn't take me in, even though I had a valid booking.
They said booking.com hadn't properly told them about my booking?? For another booking they said I could do it with them but the only one they had left was expensive. Once I was in the room and connected to the internet, I realized I could have gotten a room through booking.com for half the price (although smaller I size).
- Olivier (9/5): Superb - Breakfast, swimming pool, location
- Greg (9/5): We loved it, great location…but needs improvement in some areas - Overall we loved this place and highly recommend it… but there were some issues that need improvement….the Wifi, one of the front desk people, and the breakfast buffet.
We stayed here 5 nights and had one of their suites…which had a good sized living room with a couch and large desk/working area with shelves. Bedroom was good size and the bed was VERY comfortable. And the bathroom was spacious.
Most of the staff was very helpful (one in particular who was there most of the time but I cannot recall her name was super helpful, spoke good English), but Nico, who was handling the front desk when we arrived (actually he was not at the front desk, and there is no bell… and about 10 minutes of waiting another staff person saw us and yelled for Nico), was horrendous and did not speak or understand much in English.
The hotel is in a great location as its within a block of the main street, restaurants and shops all over the place . Probably is the best choice in town.
There is free parking down the street (but a little hard to find the lot if the gate is open blocking the hotel parking sign)
While there were issues with the buffet, WiFi and one front desk person, the buffet staff not replenishing the buffet quick enough, and wifi (probably need a repeater) can be fixed and even with those issues we really loved the place and very happy we stayed there.
i would definitely recommend staying here the Wifi, one of the front desk people, and the breakfast buffet.
Wifi however was not great. Only got decent service in the living room, and practically nothing in the bedroom (bummer at night when you want to read in bed on your iPad. The Wifi would also go in and out (lose the connection) every so often…sometimes every 15 min or so.
Breakfast buffet was decent (lots of cold meats, cheeses…if they had refilled the trays but only one hot item…scrambled eggs and not a very big assortment of pastries (basically chocolate chip cookie…if there were any left). Biggest issue was the buffet was not replenished quickly . One morning we got there at 9 and almost everything was gone ( 7 or 8 trays of meats and cheeses were empty, and 15 min later , when we were done and leaving, they finally refilled them). And one morning we got there around 6:30, only one other couple was there, and same thing. Most items were empty or not put out yet. And some items were still not refilled (or put out) 15 min later when we left.
Another issue had to do with Nico, one of the front desk staff. ..where we had…issues with the check in and poor instructions and directions to find the hotel parking lot wasting 40 minutes of our time searching for the lot, failing to mention, or give us the remote to get into the parking area,. As for the check-in, Nico did not really understand that we were there for 5 nights (the first reservation being for 1 night and a second for 4 nights…. for the same room.) Nico still thought we were staying 1 night. Then I had him look up the second reservation for the 4 nights. He said we would have to check out and check back in for the 4 nights. He argued with me about this and could the note in our file about the two reservations being tied together. Only after I pulled up the chat conversation with reservations did he finally relent …although I don’t think he ever understood. And I figured I would sort it out in the morning with someone else.

Nico did not speak good English or understand much English. Which for someone at the front desk of a tourist hotel is a problem. The problems had to do with check-in, and the parking lot.
First, I had booked two reservations. One for 1 night and one for the next 4 nights, both through Booking. I had added the first night later when I decided to stay longer in Puerto Natalas, and Booking would not let me add the one night to the 4 nights because Booking treats it as a new reservation and the hotel was booked up some of the nights we already had booked. I contacted reservations about combining the two reservations, so there was no issues with someone making us check out and check back in. They told me no problem, but to just leave it, or we could lose our reservations if we tried to cancel and rebook via Booking (which I have had happen before in other places), and they would put a note in the file about the two reservations being a combined 5 night stay in the same room.
Nico did not really understand that we were there for 5 nights; the first reservation being for 1 night and a second for 4 nights…. for the same room.
Nico kept saying we were there for 1 night. Then I had him look up the second reservation for the 4 nights. He said we would have to check out and check back in for the 4 nights. I explained about the two bookings and reservations saying it would be treated as a 5 night stay. He argued with me about this and he also said there was no note in the file about the two reservations being tied together. Only after I pulled up the chat conversation with reservations did he finally relent …although I don’t think he ever understood. And I figured I would sort it out in the morning with someone else.
And then there was Nico’s poor instructions about the parking lot, which made us waste about 40 minutes trying to find due to Nico. Nico said the lot was “over there”. Was not sure if he meant it was on the same street as the hotel or the street behind the hotel. I kept asking, you mean down the street or on the street behind, and do you have an address. Did not have one. Just kept saying go around the block. He also showed us what appeared to be a google maps satellite image of the parking lot and shops around it…which I took a picture of (but this was no help).
We went around the block, looking for parking lots on the street behind the hotel and then the street the hotel was on. One lot clearly was not right… dirt lot with a bus in it… and another with a no parking sign that looked like it was a private lot for the building next door. We went round the block a few more times but could not figure it out. And the satellite photo, the store we could see in the image we found , but no parking lot next to it. Old satellite photo.
We went back to the hotel for directions again from Nico. No help.
Eventually , after about 40 minutes of searching, we decided the only lot it could be is the one with the no parking sign…and once we drove into the lot …we saw signs for parking spaces for the hotel. Turned out that there is a sign on the outside fence with the name of the hotel…BUT it was covered by the gate that opens and closes. Apparently, the gate is supposed to be closed all the time…and the front desk is supposed to give you a remote control (which Nico never gave us…and we found out the next morning when we walked the two blocks to the lot and the gate was closed and we had to go back to the hotel…where they gave us the remote). Heck if I had that remote I would have been clicking it to find the lot!
I suggest that the hotel create a printed piece of paper to give to guest that has clear instructions where the lot is , how to get there, AND have a color picture of the outside of the lot so they can see what it looks like ….and tell them there is a sign for the hotel, but I will be blocked if the gate is open…AND that the guest is given the remote to open and close the gate (and the instructions mention this so the guest knows they are supposed to get a remote).
Also ,every day but the last day, our key cards would reset. So we would go to our room, the door then have to turn around and go back down to get them reset.
The website photos are a good representation of the hotel.
Overall, I would highly recommend staying there as the rooms are good, bed comfy and it has a great location. They just need to fix a few things with the staff, buffet and WiFi
NOTE: Torres del Paine is about a 1.5 hour drive, each way, and much of it on dirt roads I wanted to stay in town as I like having a choice of many restaurants, shops, walk around etc. There are places to stay in or close to the park, but they are all very expensive (aside from the camps) and nothing else is around. You are essentially captive to your hotel. That said, I should have stayed at least one night in the park to avoid at least 1 day of 3 hours of driving and give us time to sleep later and spend more time in the park.
- Scott (8/5): Comfortable! - Has amazing facilities and is a really nice, comfortable stay. Staff are super friendly and very helpful. Our room was by reception and it's not soundproof so it was very loud throughout the night and in the morning.

- Jean-marie (7/5): Good location - Great location, parking available which was handy. Fairly new building I think. Okay breakfast. Overall decent. The bathroom was clean but the floor of the room was quite dusty. I dropped something under the bed, the amount of dust under there was pretty bad.

- Tracey (7/5): A Pleasant Stay in a Vibrant and Scenic Town - Very convenient position almost in the town centre, with secure parking. Room was comfortable. Nice rain shower and lovely towels. Staff friendly and helpful. Room was a bit too warm (no aircon) and noises, not that it was noisy, reverberated off the concrete walls. Bit of a plumbing problem that was fixed immediately. The hardest thing was no early checkin, which we had requested and which was refused. We had travelled all night, arrived on a wet morning and had to fill in time 4.75hours until we were finally able to checkin at 2.45pm.
- Luke (7/5): Good - Clean and warm Some maintenance issues
- Olivier (10/5): Exceptional -
- Xichen (3/5): Poor - Location is pretty convenient The room is tiny, we were not able to join the WiFi and the bathroom sink was leaking, nobody fixed the problem, overall bad experience.
