• Laurel (9/5): - -Great beach views. -Close to patrolled beach. -Close to Northcliffe Surf Club. -2 min walk to Northcliffe Tram Station (only 2 stops to Cavill Avenue). -Tidy outdoor area with a pool, spa, pickleball, basketball and handball. The kitchen, laundry and bathrooms looked quite new and had modern appliances. -The kitchen has plenty of plates, cups, utensils etc. -Lounge has a smart TV. -Spacious bedrooms with wardrobes. -Air conditioning worked well. -There is lots of construction in the area (Apr 2026), so it can get a bit noisy. -No outdoor furniture to sit and enjoy the view on the balcony, only a small coffee table. -Wifi isn't great (perhaps because the modem is located down in the main bedroom, far from the lounge area). -I personally prefer there to be another interior lock on the apartment entry door for extra security at night. The security tag isn't needed in order to take the lift from the reception foyer, so it feels like random people could easily go up to the floors. -The air con water overflows into a bucket on the balcony... I'm not sure if we were expected to empty it when it got full??? Dodgy looking bucket, so I didn't touch it.

Parking on the coast is hard to come by, if you rent an apartment with an alloted carpark then the carpark should be included in the cost not an additional extra

Just across from the beach, tram at the end of the street and walking distance to Cavil Ave. Out dated and not the best maintained. Tv in second bed room had a cracked screen and glad I took an image because shared when departing and had to show evidence it was time stamped image, main room had scratch on tv, tv not able be used due to no remote. Had air cons but no fans in roof just one rust old one in wardrobe of main room. Beds were only made with sheets, both shower heads old, windows dirty, curtains old and sheer curtains torn. Had all the making to be nice just was not maintained well. As a large group booking a few rooms the hygiene was not great through out. Mold visible in some, old used tea bags in draws. Not the worst I have stayed in but not the best. Construction was occurring around the units and this was not shard on booking. Was ok, wouldn’t run it down but wouldn’t recommend it either.

Louise at reception was very cheerful and helpful. A lot of construction going on in the area. This, however, is not the fault of the accommodation. Just sad to see how they are spoiling Surfers

• Miguel (1/5): No recommended - The location was good, beachside and the balcony The apartment in general lacked cleaning, when we first entered, there was a big curry smell that shocked us along with some other odors. The kitchen utensils like pan were all worn out and old, couldn’t do a proper meal. Fridge was dirty inside and some cabinets in the kitchen as well. The shower head had some sort of mould buildup and in general the apartment needs a good clean as well as painting the walls as they look old and fade. Wouldn’t stay there again for that price

Из нашего номера на одном из верхних этажей открывался поистине бесподобный вид: с одной стороны — бескрайний Тихий океан и пляж, а с другой — футуристическая линия небоскребов Голд-Коста. Спальня с удобным матрасом и балкон стали нашими любимыми местами. · Полная автономность: Апартаменты были оснащены всем необходимым. Мы с легкостью готовили завтраки на полноценной кухне, а наличие стиральной машины и утюга позволило не переживать о бытовых вопросах. Это очень удобно для длительного проживания. · Отличная инфраструктура: На территории есть открытый бассейн и джакузи. Также нашим большим плюсом было наличие теннисного корта. Не пришлось далеко ходить за продуктами — супермаркет и магазин с напитками были в пешей доступности. ⛔ Минусы: · Шум от строительства: Самый серьезный недостаток — активное строительство сразу с нескольких сторон от нашего здания. Шум техники был слышен в дневное время, что иногда мешало полному расслаблению на балконе. · Нюансы обслуживания: Как и во многих апарт-отелях, ежедневная уборка не предусмотрена. Также стоит быть готовым к дополнительным тратам, например, за подземную парковку (около 20 AUD в сутки). 💎 Итог: Несмотря на строительный шум, этот вариант мы считаем отличным соотношением цены и качества. За те деньги, которые мы заплатили, мы получили просторные апартаменты с видом мирового уровня, полной кухней и доступом к бассейну в самом сердце Голд-Коста. The location was awesome. Some stains on the carpet and cracks in the bathroom shower but no big deal, we really enjoyed ourselves.

• Nina (1/5): It was in poor condition - Close to the beach Very Disappointing Stay Unfortunately, this was a very poor experience and absolutely not worth $400 per night. The chair was extremely unstable and almost broken. I could barely sit on it, and it nearly caused an accident. The pillow was dirty and heavily stained, and the couch was also dusty and stained, which made the room feel very unhygienic. As soon as I entered the room, there was a strong musty smell mixed with curry, which was very unpleasant. There were no toiletries provided at all — not even basic items like soap or shampoo, either in the bathroom or the kitchen. The TV is very old and unusable; I could not watch anything. In addition, the reception desk was unattended for over 20 minutes during office hours, which is unacceptable. Overall, the room was uncomfortable, poorly maintained, and not clean. For the price charged, this stay was extremely disappointing. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

The size of the apartment is great. The cockroach infestation required us to use a full can of bug spray in an attempt to eradicate. We lost a full box of wheatbix and a loaf of bread.

In the one of the rooms we plugged in a hair straightener and it sparked up. We also spilt some milk on the kitchen floor ,upon cleaning it up we found broken glass under the fridge and also a small piece of glass on the lounge.

• Georgia (8/5): A beautiful location, lovely staff and pretty views - We absolutely loved the location and the views of the pool and ocean It is quite old and dated, there needs to be some work done on the sliding doors and the sliding mirrors in hallway and bedrooms. It was quite difficult to open and close them. It would have been good to have a vacuum in the room as the broom didn’t quite pick up the sand that would accumulate after visits to the beach etc.
