- Paul (6/5): Great location, apartment needs updated - Fantastic location Room is dated quite badly, at the bare minimum needs a fresh paint. Couch was very well worn, bed was comfortable, but the absolute bare minimum is being maintained to keep this as a rental.

- Asma (7/5): Room/beds setup was ridiculous. - The location was good, parking was convenient and the staff were helpful. I needed a replacement iron as the one in our apartment was faulty to the point of being dangerous. On complain, a replacement was brought up to us promptly, which was a great relief. Did not like that I paid for a 4 person stay with two bathrooms. One would think the master bed would be set up with the ensuite and the two single beds would have been in the other room. But, no, apparently somehow it made sense for the establishment to set beds up in reverse. Cannot think of a good reason why this would be, but it would be a reason for me to book elsewhere if I need a place to stay again.

- Christine (4/5): It was a comfortale place to stay, the size was great for 3 adults. - location was good, pretty close to town although it was a bit hilly to get to.
Rooms were a good size and quite comfortable
beds were ok, although furniture was a bit outdated. The rooms appeared to not have been cleaned or cleaned well prior to our arrival.
You could see smear marks on windows and on the glass tale tops. there was hair in the bathooms.
One of the lights was not working, making it a bit dark in the evenings and a part of the washing machine was broken.
Upon informing the desk some of this was addressed however it should not have been dirty on our arrival.

Air conditioning leaked quite a bit we let the front desk know so it can be fixed but was slightly concerning. The bathtub needed a scrub as had black marks.

Apartment was large on the 9th floor of an older building. Under building car park, one car space allocated to each apartment. Easy walk to the city. We enjoyed our stay

- Andrew (7/5): - This was our second stay at the Astor Apartments. It is within walking distance from Suncorp Stadium and QPAC which suited us. The aircon was an old ducted system with the unit located in the utility room. It was noisy and barey kept the room cool, especially with the morning sun. The bed was hard and we had to use our mattress topper to get a good nights sleep.

- Anne (1/5): - Large floorspace. Had a park for my vehicle. Difficult check in after hours, plus nowhere to pull up in your car when you are actually checking in.
Absolutely no flexibility with booking when wanting to alter dates.
Broken washing machine which was very obviously broken and sharp bits of plastic that you could easily cut yourself on.
The bed was made but it looked like someone had laid on top.
Dingy carpet.
The water in the ensuite shower was sooo scalding hot, very dangerous.
Only one bedroom had air con. The other bedroom had a Kmart pedestal fan.
For the price I paid, nearly $350 a night, it did NOT meet our expectations and we left after one night. I will not stay here again.

The decor is very dated and the apartment we were in needed maintainence. Parking spaces in the secure car park are limited and are first in best dressed basis. On our last night we missed out on a car space.

- Geneviva (7/5): The only thing that I love about it, is the location - I love the location for where my appointment is. Toilet was hard to flush as I just had a surgery and the water flowed so slow to fill up the water tank,
And the shower tiles has so much mould that It was bad in my condition.
And there’s a leakage outside that where the bed sits has a garden or weeds growing there in the corner.
A bit dangerous to go outside as you might slips.

- Lisa (2/5): Not like it looks in the photos... - The sheets were clean My main issue is that the pictures on booking.com of the room are deceiving. The room was not nearly as good as the pictures. It was very old, the floor was sticky, everything quite dirty, toilet seat broken, tap running, hot/cold markers on taps missing, low pressure in shower, no washing up liquid, no fans, aircon kept turning off and we are not allowed to change the temp, and the lift smelt like urine. Also, the portacot we asked for was broken and didn't even have the hard base with it so was unusable. We asked for another one and they advised they had gone home for the day (only man reception for a couple of hours per day). We explained we needed it and they then organised for a replacement one.

- Paulus (10/5): It was our second stay in two years. We enjoyed it. We intend make it regular when we travel to Bris - It was very tidy and spacious and fresh. It is also convenient and close to Central Business Center. Staff are friendly and courteous. Nothing better.

- Aplina (10/5): On a higher level stay it's the place to stay next visit - The room size and very spacious lounge and dining room kitchen fridge and freezer was easy As bathroom was tiny but very nice Would like to have been on a higher level we had the room right over the pool area so we could see other guests and they could see us unless we used the blinds so I would definitely stay on higher level and the chute for garbage disposal was confusing.

The desk staff member was very helpful and friendly. We chose the property because the description said it was 500m to Suncorp Stadium. But it was not near it at all.

Good location. Although the facilities were rather dated, the room was very large and gave us comfortable space.

- Jenny (5/5): - We stayed in a 2 bdr apartment. The apartment was large enough for a family of 4, it had 2 bathrooms, had adequate facilities for self sustainability and in a good location. The apartment was old and not well maintained. Cleanliness was lacking. Lounge was uncomfortable. Some of the furniture needs repairs. I thought it odd that the sliding glass door and ensuite was not attached to the main bedroom but to the room with 2 single beds.

Short walk to the city center but there are buses everywhere so it was easy to get around. Internet only worked in the bedroom as it seemed to be hosted in the apartment next door. Some dishes hadn't been properly cleaned.

I like that there was free parking I didn't like that the pool was closed for maintenance when we was there the whole weekend. The elevators were dodgy as and need an upgrade. The aircon in the loungeroom didn't keep the room cool while we was there and I didn't like the fact that the windows didn't have screens on them very dangerous!

I have paid good money for it, too expensive for a bad product.. This is a bad experience for my family and you need to improve your service.

Handy, 10 min parking outside, to give you time to collect your key for the room and tag for the building's carpark. I am not sure what that availability is like in Brisbane peak hours though. Drainage in bathroom sink was incredibly slow.
Unit needed pest control for cockroaches.
Reception hours seem haphazard despite "Back in 15mins" sign; which didn't give a time they left the desk, so that's subjective. Twice, during the very limited weekend reception hours, I waited over 25mins for someone to attend reception, while that sign was displayed. Not great when the short term parking outside is 10mins.
Cleaners need to check the lint filter in the clothes dryer regularly. It was a fire hazard, when I went to use the dryer.

Sauna was lovely! Broken Items, people shouldn't trash the place, just because it was a cheaper option? Building maintenance was a little behind and hard to find parking while checking in and out. Unfortunately, only 1 key available at the time, because of a little mistake.
