- andreaturri81 (2/5): Please don’t go! - Avoid this “Hotel “ if possible! Went there because of a deal with Zoo Marine. Rated 4 stars and it looks like a 1 star hostel. Everything in the room is 40 years old, air conditioning totally broken, noisy and with a bad smell. No staff, check-in made in another Hotel. No one in the reception. No window protection from mosquitoes...... in a area full of those annoying insects. In one word: terrible.

- sam1976in (2/5): better to avoid - went to this hotel on Easter Night, was firstly denied having a vacancy. Visited again and was told 75 Euro + taxes. I did not want to spend for that hotel for that night. Checked and booked it online for 49.00 Euro. The reception person was shying away when he saw my booking. Got a room on 3rd Floor, Elevator wasn't working. Room wasn't cleaned properly. Wifi was worst it did not have internet. It was one the worst experience. Breakfast was too awful, shouting waitresses and serving only coffee and a savory. would suggest to stay here only if its available for less then 30 euros.
- Luca (8/5): Buon rapporto qualità / prezzo per viaggi d'affari - Buon rapporto qualità/prezzo per viaggi d'affari e soggiorni brevi ; l'Hotel si appoggia al vicino Hotel Principe per tutti i servizi ( colazione compresa ) escluso il pernottamento, ma non è un problema . Camera pulita, frigobar acceso ma vuoto, wi-fi gratuito e ben funzionante, colazione più che sufficiente, parcheggio gratuito ma con posti limitati. Unico appunto, ricezione dei canali RAI pessima, ma può darsi si sia trattato di un problema temporaneo.
- pasqualino (10/5): Elegante hotel in posto strategico della città - Ho prenotato una camera quadrupla ma sono stato contattato e mi hanno dato una matrimoniale ed una doppia all'hotel principe situato di fronte all'hotel l'Aquila allo stesso prezzo.
