It’s quiet at day time but every night at 11pm they start barking like non stop. Absolutely non stop. And it’s so loud that while my stay 9 days I barely slept at night. They stop barking exactly at 5 am. So if you are ok with that then go for it.

Temizlik görevlileri, oda servisi,kat görevlileri ve resepsiyondaki yani çalışan herkes çok nazik ve güler yüzlü. Otelin konumu harika adalar manzarası süper. Bugün kızımla alışveriş merkezine gittik, geldik odamız temizlenmiş mis gibi yapmışlar bu arada biz temizlik istiyoruz diye belirtmemiştik ama çok iyi geldi. Tabiri caizse bir tane çöpümüz bile kayıp değil. Ailenizle gönül rahatlığıyla ve güvenle konaklayabileceğimiz güzel bir otel

Other than that roof top restaurant is amazing definitely worth trying spa is very relaxing overall it’s my number one go to spot on hole of Asia. Oda servisinden sipariş vereyim bara getirsinler diye rica ettik arkadaşımla, gece müdürü “olamaz” diye emretti. Odadan yemek siparişi verip, 40 dk sonra yemekle bara çıktık. Rezalet!

İstemiş olduğunuz iki tane fincan iki tane çayın gelmesi yarım saati aşkın bir süre aldı. İlk giriş yaptığımızda oda tozluydu mobilya aksamı koyu renk olduğu için tozu çok gösteriyor. Kahvaltı menüsü idare eder seviyedeydi.
• Öznur (2/5): Bu fiyata berbat bir kalite ve konum - Otel çalışanları ve hizmetinden memnunduk. Erken saatte bizi odamıza aldılar. Ancak otelin çevresi ve bulunduğu konumdan hiçbir şekilde bahsedilmemişti. Sanayinin ortasında, arabamıza giderken yanımızdan fare geçti. Asla bahsedildiği gibi olmayan bir konumdaydı. Banyoda kurt vardı. Yastıklar inanılmaz kötü ve rahatsızdı uyuyamadık. Ancak bunu bildirdiğimizde gece 3’de bile hemen yardımcı oldular. Ek yatak istediğimiz (kızım için) yatak kalitesi de berbat bir çekyattı. Kahvaltı iyiydi ancak bu fiyata otelin kalitesi inanılmaz kötüydü. Sadece çalışanlarının iyi ve güleryüzlü oldugunu belirtmek isterim. Onun dışındaki kalite çok çok kötü 5 yıldızlı bu fiyata, bu otele.
• Verified traveler (6/5): Not a 5 star but does the job - First few days were fine nothing that rave about. Then there was a horrid smell throughout the room as if the toilets had backflow. Was transferred to another room which then had no working A/C and no hot water to take a shower.

However, the room had some problems which were a bit annoying, e.g, shower head wasn’t powerful and also wasn’t screwed on properly had to screw on myself. Bathroom door didn’t fully close which caused wet floor, not end of the world but a bit inconvenient. The most annoying thing was that the steam room didn’t work. I specifically opt for 5* hotels as steam rooms are really good for my asthma and fitness however for my stay the steam room was not on which if I knew I would have stayed somewhere else. That part was really disappointing.

The hotel staff showed a complete lack of respect for guest privacy—a staff member entered our room without knocking or providing any notice while we were inside. When confronted, they falsely claimed they had knocked. Additionally, the room was not cleaned to the standard expected of a 5-star hotel. We also had no internet access for 24 hours, and the hotel's explanation was inadequate. Having stayed in many 5-star hotels in Turkey and abroad, I can confidently say this hotel does not meet those standards.

They changed our room after we complain when we got the other one the bathroom sink was never cleaned. It was soap, stains, and hair in the sink. I stopped complaining because I was going to be there for only three nights. I thought this was the better way of complaining. because they’re not doing anything about it they should be no more than three star hotel….

• Engin (4/5): - Due to old building property,noise from the main road was kinda inside of my room. That had been reported and they tried to fix it but it was not a huge success first of all. Secondly,a proper training should be given to cleaning team for sure since there were a pillowcase and towel were left in my room’s table also they left the bathroom amenities unchanged even though they had been emptied. Another issue was with entrance floor restaurant which was unacceptable and root cause of it was improper training and supervision of staff members. So overall I d say looks nice outside but disappointing inside for me.

If you're driving around, this is a central spot on the Anatolian side of Istanbul. Though there's nothing walkable around. No dining around the hotel. The restaurant in the hotel is very mediocre, definitely not matching a 5* hotel rating. The lamb kebab I ordered was bone dry (though keep in mind many Turks won't mind that as they like everything well-done). At another visit, I stayed at the sister hotel right next door, Dedeman Park Hotel which is 4*. For 10 bucks less, I'd say I had a more pleasant stay as it's looks newer.
