There was privacy for both yet a common area to meet. Beds were clean and comfortable. Enjoyed use of the spa too. Separate spa towels provided. Very centrally located and close to everything. The kitchen taps were not closing well - hard to close - leaked.

Bluebridge ferry was substantially delayed but hosts left our unit unlocked with the light on, which was really helpful when we arrived late at night. Spacious layout with everything we needed, and extra bathroom was a bonus. A bit of road noise with trucks passing. It didn't actually disturb our sleep.

The room certainly was not a 4 star rating. The pool looked like it needed a really good clean. There were no exhaust in the bathrooms so they got really steamy. One hand rail on half of the stairs going up. Looked like it needed a really good paint.

- christopher (9/5): Well maintained motor lodge, good value for money - 3 bedroom apartment was excellent for 3 couples on holiday. Nice and clean, spacious, well equipt kitchen, loved the spa. Overall a very nice place to stay. You had to enter bathroom to get to toilet which just meant we had to wait for someone to get out of the shower to go to the toilet. Not a major.
- shawn (10/5): - We had a wonderful stay here for two nights. First of all, the accommodation was spotlessly clean, and the facilities were modern and well equipped. We especially loved the skylight in the bathroom — it instantly made the space feel bright and relaxing. One highlight worth mentioning is that all three rooms were equipped with air conditioning, which is a big plus. Even during the hot summer days, we were able to sleep very comfortably. What surprised me most was that the bed came with two pillows of different heights. As someone who prefers a low pillow, this truly made a huge difference to my sleep quality. The location is very convenient, with Pak’nSave and a shopping centre within walking distance, and it’s also a short drive to our favourite restaurant, The Mussel Pot. After we checked out, we realised that our daughter had left her beloved unicorn toy behind. After contacting the owner, they not only helped us find it right away, but also kindly mailed it back to us free of charge. Although the process took a little time, we are truly grateful for your kind help. Seeing our daughter happily reunited with her lost toy was a wonderful surprise and genuinely heart-warming. This is truly a place with heart. We highly recommend it and would definitely stay here again. Absolutely none

- Wotton (4/5): lovely unit apart from the above - The unit was lovely and spacious and private. There was no remote for upstairs tv so unable to be used. The spa bath was missing a part so when turned on it spouted water almost up to the ceiling so just a bath without the spa!! Half the upstsirs wardrobe missing which wasn't a real problem. Office staff unavaiiable even at 9am in the morning. I wasn't wanting to complain but just wanted to draw attention to these matters for their own benefit as they said in their info to let them know if there were any matters of concern.
