• Cometti (8/5): Bella vacanza! Spero di tornare presto - Mi è piaciuta la posizione dell'hotel a due passi dal centro e dal mare. Ristoranti e negozi vicini e aperti nonostante la festa del 1° maggio. Bello il centro benessere, anche se un pò datato. Nella piscina termale solo 4 postazioni per l'idromassaggio e due non funzionavano.. Ingresso un pò nascosto e per entrare la prima volta si deve fare un giro. Poi ti danno la chiave del cancelletto ed è tutto più agevole. Dal porto sono 18 min di camminata.. i mezzi pubblici non fermano proprio vicino perchè quel tratto di strada è a traffico limitato. Colazione niente di che.

• Ingrid (9/5): - Die großen und sauberen Zimmer, das Personal war sehr hilfsbereit, nett und freundlich. Der schöne Blick aufs Meer. Die ruhige Lage. Der Pool wurde am Abend zu früh gesperrt. Das Frühstücksbuffet war etwas zu einfach, hätten uns mehr Abwechslung gewünscht.
• Vincenzo (6/5): Carino, ma andrebbe ammodernato - La posizione, la gentilezza dello staff e la pulizia della camera. Anche la spa era confortevole e rilassante. Il bagno turco e la sauna erano gratuiti e aperti a tutti. La struttura è bellissima ma andrebbe fatto qualche piccolo intervento di rimodernizzazione, anche le camere sono un po datate e spoglie, se pur pulite e confortevoli.

Spiaggia dei Pescatori e Spiaggia San Pietro sono raggiungibili a piedi. La stanza ė confortevole e pulita con letti comodi e balcone ampio. La colazione ė ricca di frutta, dolci e salumi. La pscina ė grande con lettini sia all'ombra che al sole .

• Katia (6/5): Consigliato solo per la posizione - Struttura consigliata per posizione: a pochi passi hai sia il centro che le varie spiagge. Piscina ben tenuta e usufruibile, vista sul mare bellissima. Staff molto disponile. Interni molto datati, sia la zona della colazione sia la camera.
• Rosaleen (1/5): Awful, unless you are Italian or German DO NOT STAY here - Honestly, we didn’t like anything we came from Sorrento and the 4 star hotel was so lovely, Alexander was just so unfriendly, more expensive than our accommodation in Sorrento, only 2 of the staff ever smiled it really was the worst stay, 6 guests and we all agreed Rude staff, they allocated the nicer room to our teenage boys, we had no balcony or area to get any air / drying, staff discussed our business in front of strangers, they mocked us and generally treated us awful We observed how they treated Italians & other nationalities & we asked did they simply not like us, we were shouted at by cleaners, ignored by the pool staff, our boys didn’t receive 3 sets of towels though we paid more than adequately for our stay

The lady at reception that checked us in was very helpful and friendly , the lady at the lobby bar was also very nice and accommodating. The Location is very good , short distance to good restaurants shops and beach.

It is an easy 5 minute walk to restaurants & nice shopping. It is a very Italian experience/ the rooms are traditional. Very clean & ours was generous in size. Staff were all very helpful & friendly Not much to not like

The staff at reception, bar, pool side and cleaning were all excellent and made us feel welcomed. The pool and basement thermal pools were beautiful and very clean. We stayed in a garden view room with balcony which was spacious bed was comfortable and aircon worked well. The position is Perfect to explore Ischia Easy to get to the main sites and restaurant area just out side the gate. The owner also owns a restaurant in the street with a beautiful menu. We ate there twice and the food and drinks were excellent Parking our car on site was a bonus for Italy Oh and the whole package was very well priced. So happy with our choice of hotel We will be back again next time for longer that’s for sure Paolo and Daniella Melbourne Australia All good
• Joanne (10/5): Wonderful place to stay - Clean, quiet, spacious room. Excellent shower, good vanity space around the sink to set toiletries, lots of closet space with plenty of hangers, two desk chairs plus a table and chair on the balcony, reasonable price, easy parking. Good location within walking distance of shops and restaurants. We didn’t use the pool but it was beautiful with a great sea view. Martina at reception was extremely helpful, especially with information about driving and parking on the island. She was delightful throughout our stay. The wifi was slow. Other than this minor inconvenience, we loved everything about this hotel and will definitely stay again the next time we come to Ischia. Highly recommended.
• Anson (9/5): If you are in to retro preoprty, this is an relic of old decency, highly recommended! - Excellent location! One entrance of the property lead to the sea front and a 2 mins stroll to a small beach, the other side of the entrance, right on the main shopping street and restaurants! Our room was so spacious! Love the concession to modernism, we have a power shower completed with body jets and rain forest shower head! Air conditioning was turned off as the temperature dropped down to 22C in the evening!

Our stay was terrible, we were really sad about staying in this hotel - the hotel is absolutely outdated, everything is old, their spa is damaged (jacuzzi, steam bath...). Definitely not 4* hotel, I would say maybe 1-2*. For this quite high price I would imagine anything totally different. Staff by the breakfast was totally incompetent. The food was very poor quality (see pictures), few times we were sick after breakfast. Only the young ladies at the reception were helpful, otherwise horrible, NO MORE!

• Wrldtrvlr94549 (8/5): Nice stay in Ischia - Very quiet and the balcony facingthegardenwas pleasant in the evening. There were many excellent restaurants nearby. The ferry port was nearby but it was better to take a taxi to and from with luggage. The pool area had lots of sun loungers available. The air-conditioning did not work and the room stayed very warm until late afternoon. The breakfast room was chaotic and not many choices for vegetarians. The most difficult thing at breakfast was getting coffee which was very difficult.
• Bethan (7/5): Great location but lacking in finer details - The facilities available were good however the spa was not fully functioning for the entire time we were there. The hotel is more likely a 3 star than 4 star but it is in a really good location. Some of the staff were quite rude and not very helpful. The bed was extremely uncomfortable and we were told the air con wasn't working across the hotel but we were made aware from other guests it was working so it was just our room that was not.

Great pool and.location. we had a huge terrace overlooking the pool and sea. 👍 Not that we did not like, but the furnishings were a bit dated, but in excellent condition. If you are looking for a swanky place, this is not it.

• Emily (1/5): unclean and unsafe - It had a pool The hotel facilities are old and desperately need upgrading; the rooms are complete with retro tiles, heavy wooden furniture that takes up a lot of space and isn’t nice. The room hadn’t been cleaned, only the linens replaced. The spa was dirty and unsafe; with in pool lighting and wiring not fixed and floating in one of the pools. Stay anywhere else, consider staying in a different part of the island too.
