- Mark (9/5): High standard modern apartment in Gaziantep - Lovely spacious modern apartment, with great air-con, big bathroom and a full kitchen, and a washing machine The whole apartment was super clean throughout, to a very high standard- not a speck of dust anywhere. All the staff, from the valet parking team, to reception, to managers were very kind and helpful and were always happy to help. All of them offered to help with any issues, and we're genuinely interested in me. The owners should praise all of their staff, because they make the difference, especially to travellers, like myself, who do not speak Turkish. Regarding one or two of the facilities, there were some technical problems to start with. E.g. Both TVs and microwave oven, and bathroom door handle needed attention from the in-house maintenance team. However, each issue was dealt with promptly and professionally, each time with a smile, even when I had to call late at night. There were limited English language TV channels via the Satellite, only 2 in fact, which I found surprising for a top hotel like this.

Diğer resepsiyonşst hanımefendiler malesef hem sorun çözemiyor hem de güler yüz ve hitap eksikti. Odamızda her sabah 8 de soğan kavrulmuş gibi kokular vardı. Bir şey yapılmadı. Kargomuzn teslim alınmasını istemiştik geri gönderildi. Çok uğraştırdı bizi.

Spa receptionist Mr Eyupcan is very kind professional and always ready for help. Still trust the Divan brand but in this location must pay attention to the housekeeping department because it's the only my unhappy, but when I spoke with the GM he kindly take care of me. Location is good enough old town not walking distance but not far at all either.

- Ayşe (7/5): Eh işte - Kahvaltısı çok güzel, bildiğimiz kaliteli Divan kahvaltısı+ Antep farkı olarak ciğer de mevcuttu. Oda yeterince genişti. Tuvaletin kapısı şişmişti kapanmıyordu, banyoda tek kullanımlıl diş fırçası vs olmasını beklerdim yoktu. Yerde bizim bulduğumuz bir küpe oldu, oda tam temizlenmemiş mi şüphesi uyandırdı. Divan olduğundan belki beklentim biraz daha fazlaydı, daha kaliteli bir oda deneyimi yaşamaktı, fakat çok ortalama bir otelden farkı olmayan bir deneyim oldu, bu nedenle fiyat fayda dengesi iyi değildi, 3 bin lira ayarında bir otelde de rahatlıkla aynı imkanlarda kalıyor olurduk.

- Mehmet (8/5): - Konaklamam genel olarak iyiydi ancak birkaç konuya değinmek istiyorum. Birincisi odamdaki buzdolabı çalışmıyordu. Durumu bildirince dolabın çalıştığı ancak derecesinin kasıtlı olarak düşürüldüğü söylendi. Ancak ısrar edince teknik servis geldi dolabın arıza yaptığını söyledi. Sanırım otel periyodik teknik kontrol gerçekleştirmiyor. İkincisi aynı gece buzdolabı çalışmayınca QR kodunu kullanarak oda servisinden birşeyler söylemeye karar verdim ama bu sefer de QR kodu “404 Hata Kodu” verdi. Defalarca denedim olmadı. Bu da kabul edilebilir bir durum değil. Menüyü görmeden nasıl sipariş verebilirsiniz ki? Bunun bildirince yine ısrarla çalıştığını söylediler ama durumu kavrayınca menü gönderdiler. Oradan oda servisine sipariş verebildim. Son olarak sabah kahvaltısını kaldırma konusunda rahatsız edici bir durum var. Misafirler kahvaltılarını yaparken saat 10’dan itibaren personel kahvaltıyı kaldırmaya başlıyor. Öyle ki bazı misafirlerin yiyecekleri toplanan yiyeceklerden aldığına şahit oldum. Açıkçası bu da hoş bir görüntü değildi. Son bir değerlendirmem de oda tasarımıyla ilgili. Maalesef oda tasarımı ( materyal renkleri ve malzemeleri) konusunda vasatın üzerine çıkamıyor. Odalar çok eski görünüyor. Divan’ın bu konuya ciddi şekilde el atması gerektiğini düşünüyorum.

- Uluneye (3/5): Strongly Disappointed - Good breakfast Fridge-not working, bathroom was flooded while showering, room reserved for two but individual bathroom amenities were present only for one person, had to ask for amenities and for bathrobes, the pool was filled with men with ‘pestemal’s instead of swimsuits. I have slippers from previous Divan stays at home still being used for years but had to threw away two slippers this time, indication of decreased quality. Outside breakfast area is facing the parking area. No indoor garage available. I prefer Divan brand for business trips but Gaziantep Divan was a disappointment.

- Verified traveler (10/5): - Otelin konumu güzel. Komforlu ve lüks. Temizlik konusunda kusursuz olmasını beklerdim. Dolap içleri, kapı eşikleri tozluydu. Bu standartta bir otelde beklemezdim. Ancak genel olarak iyi bir konaklama tecrübesiydi.

- Erman (10/5): Upgrade edilince mutluluktan uçtuk - Suit odaya upgrade edildiğimizi duyduğumuzda çok sevindik. Odamızda mutfak firin buzdolabi camasir makinesi gibi bor evin tüm ihtiyaçları vardi. Klimalar çok güzel çalışıyordu.
- Nazli Deniz (10/5): Harika bir bayram tatili! - Spa, kapalı havuz, nazik çalışanlar ve kahvaltı şahaneydi. Özellikle kızımıza kahvaltı ücreti alınmaması çok şık bir hareket oldu. Suit odada 2 yetişkin 2 çocuk çok rahat bir şekilde konakladık. Hem küvet hem duş olması da güzel bir artıydı. Bayramımız çok güzel geçti.

- Verified traveler (2/5): Rezalet - Odanizda uyurken kapiniz calabilir ve sonrasinda iceriye bir gorevli sizden izin almadan girebilir Ne oluyor diye sorunca da o an ki panikle cay kahve ister misiniz gibi absurt bir soru sorup sonrasinda kacarak uzaklasabilir Konunun aciklamasini ogrenmek icin de en azindan 1 saat vakit ayirmaniz gerekiyor Fakat aciklayacaklari bir durum yok Zaten aciklayacak bir yetkili de yok Boyle bir markada yasanmasi imkansiz gorundugu icin tercihim burasiydi ama ne yazik ki hayal kirikliginin da otesi… Tam anlamiyla REZALET
- Serhat (10/5): Kusursuz hizmet - Otele girer girmez divan kalitesi ile karşılaştım. Daha önceden de 2 kere konaklamıştım, güleryüz, müşteri memnuniyetinin ön planda olduğu biz hizmetle karşılandım. Özellikle resepsiyonda Osman bey ve Esen hanıma çok teşekkür ederim. Otelin uygunluğuna göre bir üst segment oda verdiler ve sohbetleri, güleryüzlü oluşlarından dolayı kendilerine ayrıca teşekkür ediyorum.

- Serhan (10/5): Quick Antep tour and Divan is great hotel to take. - comfy, big rooms, clean and really friendly staff. Hotel Manager Muhlum Sen also made us a surprise with some some traditional sweets and traditional pistachio, special thanks for that. nothing in particular however this Divan is seems a bit old and outdated but not disturbing.
