• Carly (8/5): - I enjoyed the central location with easy access too all amenities in town, including both lakes! The owners were friendly and super helpful! I appreciated the full kitchen which included a fridge that was bigger than most of the ones you get in the more expensive hotels
• Brendon (7/5): Would stay again - The location was great, farther away from the busy beach. Tucked into a secluded driveway. Room was clean and came with a kitchen. The guy that greeted us was very nice and started our trip off on a good note. The bed wasnt confortable. Not the worst ive slept on but back was a bit sore in the morning. The only thing in the room I felt was missing was extra pillows on the bed. The couch was very uncomfortable. And there were no throw pillows to help create comfort. It was hard to relax in the room. But the rest of the things were good

• Arbuckle (1/5): - The hotel looks extremely run down, the outside was dirty and not taken care of, garbage, unclean, and the hotel is also right beside a homeless camp, sketchy people were walking around all hours of the night. The inside smelled of mold and was musty, there were cobwebs, dirt/food/stuff that looked like bodily fluids stuck to the floor, walls, and ceilings. The bathroom was dirty. There were no decorations, there were no window coverings in the kitchen area, no phone to reach the front desk, the couch was very hard, uncomfortable, and dirty, there was no TV in the bedroom and the TV in the living area had horrible sound and the screen was blue. The bed was uncomfortable with springs that stuck into your ribs, and the bedding looked stained and unclean. The air was dry. The overall stay was unpleasant and not worth the price. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND.

• Forget (7/5): I was great for a one-night stay and the location was perfect for what I needed. - The staff is really aiming to make your stay as comfortable as possible. The room was clean and the bed comfortable. I think the bathroom is in desperate need of some TLC. The fan does not work properly so the moisture is slowly creating some damages.

• Jessica (8/5): Loved it - We loved this place! Amazing gardens. Freindly, helpful hosts. Close to trails for walking dogs... and easy access to Value Village (a bonus!). The owners also think of the small stuff... room was well stocked, including slippers!

• Iryn (9/5): Surprising value for the $. - The place is very well-maintained, nice and clean apartments/rooms with comfortable beds. Very friendly and helpful owner. He tried to do his best to provide us with everything we needed to enjoy our stay. Perfect location with plenty of restaurants and shops around. Nice yard full of flowers, clean swimming pool. Amazingly low price for such a nice motel! We enjoyed our stay. Thank you very much, dear owner! Nothing!

• Abbigail (8/5): - I really likes this place! felt super community driven the pool in the middle was super cute; beautiful flowers and garden area around this motel. Staff were easy to communicate with and early check-in was not a problem. The bathroom needed a good deep clean but all in all was pretty nice! Bedding was great Only concerns is that the AC units are located at the front of the buildings, our Neighbours were smoking cigarettes and weed till about 1am, when the ac unit was on this was coming straight into our room, luckily there is a second bedroom in the motel we stayed in and we moved 1/2 thru the night to have a better sleep due to this.

• Kathleen (6/5): - Lots of effort to give an old place a facelift but was really run down with white paint just rolled over everything including the bathtub which had paint chips plugging the drain. Owners seemed nice. Lots of homeless very close by the Motel so a little sketchy.

My husband locked himself in bathroom so owner had to rescue him which makes for a good joke on him. Owner had the most friendly black lab we fell in love with him/her. Pool was super clean as well 10/10
• Pat (4/5): - Element on stove broken, electrical outlet not working, had to unplug microwave and move coffee pot to use, shower ran out of hot water less than five mins, frost build up in fridge, noisy fridge, had to wear earplugs at night. On the plus side, Easy check in, quick and friendly response from staff, got some coffee filters for me, thanks

The location is also good, it's close to local attractions and activities, while still being near stores and places to eat. Very convenient and a good value for the price. Would definitely stay again!

Surprisingly you do not any noise from neighboring rooms as the walls are concrete. Enough parking space too. All good for a reasonable stay for a couple of nights

The only sad part was watching the seniors who had to live there due to the shortage of rental housing in penticton a few had wheelchairs and ramps to their rooms, what is this world coming to .but all in all I enjoyed my time there

In the front buildings there seems to be permanent residents that were drunken and disorderly at the time of our arrival which was concerning and unsettling. The person checking us in was very pleasant. Our unit on the second floor was clean, but the building is old and in desperate need of updating and renovation. The online photos make the place look nicer than it actually is.

• Kendra (6/5): - Check in and out was really easy and the owners are nice and answered any questions I had, the location was very convenient as it was a short walk away to everything. The room was clean however there needed to be maintenance done as our kitchen faucet had a continuous drip and the bathroom door knobs were broken where they were unusable. Overall we had a nice stay and would probably book again in the future

The owners are friendly and dedicated to their property. I never felt unsafe however the 0530AM wake up from the neighboring business dumpster lid banging over 3 days was disruptive to my sleep

• Yuliya (10/5): - Thank you so much. This motel was more than we expected! Very nice, clean, friendly staff. Pool was great and open. This place is better than most hotels around. Some folks were hanging in the area (not on the property), and bylaws and rcmp attended promptly and resolved everything without any concern. Air conditioning was working great.

• Alexander (7/5): Good - Rooms were spacious and very clean, beds have good mattresses. It would be better if the conditioner had a remote control, because it's too high to get a control board. Kitchen is clean and sufficiently equipped and has all the necessary accessories, however the fridge is too small, which is a bit disappointing. The other equipment is in a good shape. WiFi is good. Shower head water pressure is a bit low, especially for the long hair. The pool is very clean and pleasant. The staff is very responsive and friendly and trying to make your stay comfortable.
