Brad (8/5): - Great location and amenities, but internet could be better. The room was great clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. The location is excellent, close to everything you need: shops, beach, and dining. The kitchen was fully stocked, which made self-catering easy and convenient. It would’ve been nice to have a bit more coffee and tea provided, like other hotels and apartments tend to offer. The only real downside was the very slow internet throughout the room, which made streaming or working online a challenge. Overall, a solid stay in a prime spot.

The bed was very hard but the shower pressure was great, nice spacious room with amazing views so overall the good outweighed the minor bad parts.

The kitchen sink had not been cleaned properly and was greasy with some food scraps still there. However the location is in the centre of Caloundra and easy walking to shops and restaurants. It's an older property but but well maintained and after four nights we would certainly stay again.

allyt322 (8/5): Great views and location - We stayed in a 2 bedroom ocean view room and WOW - what an incredible view! The apartment was big enough for the 4 of us and although the photos show mainly dated rooms, ours had a new kitchen at least. Pool area was great for kids. Fab location, quiet but a very short walk to the beach and shops, cafes etc. Having two bathrooms was good although the ensuite was teeny tiny. My only real complaint is the air conditioning - there was none in the bedrooms, and with no security grills on the windows (so we couldn't leave them open) meant we were a bit hot sleeping at night. It was bearable in early November but I wouldn't want to do that in the middle of Summer.

mizzy_12 (4/5): Overpriced and underdelivered - I preface this review by commenting on Room 48 only. It was clean and an excellent location with very friendly staff at reception. The issue was the room. I paid $320 for one night for a 2 bedroom ocean view room which could have been out of the 70's. Both bathrooms and the kitchen are in dire need of updates, chipped paint most places and carpet needing replacing in the main bedroom. The furniture and decor needs to be replaced. On a positive note the beds were comfortable. For the price charged I was expecting something a little more up to date. All in all, this particular apartment needs to be gutted and start afresh. Apparently some of the apartments in the complex have been renovated and if I stayed again, would ask for one of these.

One tiny air conditioner for the whole apartment, no fans in the second & third bedroom, a tiny 600w microwave which took forever to cook in, no internet and a broken kitchen light which were both fixed promptly by the staff. That together with the view helped to minimise the disappointment of the unit itself.

Alexander (10/5): Amazing view in the centre of Caloundra - Had a very enjoyable stay. Asked for early check in and got SMS to say room is ready. Also asked for higher floor and that was made possible too. Deluxe rooms are newer so have more modern kitchen and bathrooms, which we wanted. View over Bribie Island is amazing! Middle of Caloundra and 3 min walk to beach. Parking in secure garage is good but getting into parking spot can be nightmare with all the concrete poles everywhere (especially with a large car). Pool is heated. Property management team are very friendly. Unit was clean with some dirt near bin etc. Overall had a good stay and will definitely return.

My only call out is if you have a roof rack on your 4x4, you will need to park out in the street. We could not fit our car under the carpark so we had to park in the street all weekend and because of the event that was on at the same time, we were too worried to move the car for fear of not finding a park on our return.

Shower rusty in parts, very basic decor. We chose this property based on view and a nice pool. The last two days of our stay were spoiled by the fact that the pool was closed for renovations. There was nothing on our booking to say this and nothing mentioned on check in. Just a notice in the lift which wasn't very visible. This was very disappointing.

Terence (10/5): - Great view with wonderful staff. Very comfortable stay and lots to do around the area. The pool area is clean with excellent facilities like jacuzzi, BBQ and sauna.
MarkR434 (8/5): Excellent manager, Great location - Room was ready well before check in and we were advised we could have it early if we wanted, the manager Leigh was extremely helpful. Two bedroom appartment wasn't overly spacious, but more than enogh for our needs. Would definately stay here again when next in the area.

Verified traveler (10/5): - Our stay at the apartments was wonderful. Sarah at reception was bubbly and lovely to deal with. Once we got to our room we were absolutely mesmerised by the amazing views of the beach and the Glasshouse Mountains! Wow! Adding to that, the balcony was huge and welcomed you to sit and view in awe. The apartment was well equipped with everything we needed for a few days stay. Rooms were clean and tidy and the pool/spa/sauna area was really nice to chill out in. The location of these apartments is perfect and we walked everywhere without the need for the car. Thankyou staff - We had a great NYE here and would definitely stay here again in the future.
SarahVbne (10/5): Exceptional customer service and great holiday - What a lovely spot to enjoy a holiday. The units have a spectacular view ! Location is central, walking distance to the beach and shops. What we thought was outstanding was the customer service . Leigh ( the Manager) definitely goes above and beyond to make sure guests have an enjoyable holiday and all the rest of the staff is very nice and polite. We loved our stay so much that we have booked already other 2 stays for next year!

mareealys (8/5): We've been holidaying here for about 18 years - Fantastic location, staff and everything. We keep coming back year after year. We travel overseas for up to 6 months every year but this is the easy, relaxing one we always look forward to. Cracking views and walk to EVERYTHING. Top marks to Leigh and staff.
