Le personnel est accueillant, souriant et disponible. Possibilité d'effectuer le check-in plus tôt sur demande et suivant disponibilité des chambres. J'avais un vol assez tard, l'hôtel a accepté de garder mes bagages après le check-out pour me permettre de ne pas être encombré et me balader, en attendant le départ à l'aéroport. Merci Linda et toute son équipe ! Petit point négatif à l'arrivée : Les draps n'étaient pas assez propres. En signalant le problème, la réception a rapidement envoyé du personnel changer les draps.

- Shaheer (8/5): Fantastic budget location with incredible staff - Everyone was very very nice and helpful and friendly and if there were any questions or issues, they would go above and beyond to help. That experience was the same with all the Egyptian people I met which was great You get what you pay for. The decoration could be a bit different/modern but again for this price it was fantastic

Номер с окном на дорогу ужасно шумный, уснуть невозможно Номера грязноватые, следы на стенах, пыль у окон. Старое постельное, местами почти протёртые до дыр полотенца. Место для завтрака выглядит тоже грязным и не приятным, не стали пробовать завтрак.

- Isatou (8/5): - The hotel was very clean and beautiful interior. The Room was spacious, clean and nice. Facilities were great, the breakfast was not bad too. The reason I gave 8 was because the room we had was directly beside the road, it was absolutely Noisy I found it difficult to fall asleep cuz of the noise of the cars and the road Apart from that everything was amazing

- matongo (9/5): had an awesome stay - The staff were very freindly and helpful. The environment was very clean and security safe,the location was also convinient to our everyday needs. I will recommend the place to anyone. it is not far from the airport. Good location. only realised breakfast was not included in the booking fee. Got dissapointed somehow. however , after reviewing the booking i found out that breakfast was supposed to be requested and we didnt do that.
