Guest Reviews
- Angela (10/5): - I love this place. I make a point of staying here every time I travel to UK via London airports - even if my trip is to Wales, I always stay here first night; it’s close to lots and a good chance to rest, and the staff have always been so so friendly and amazing, every time
- Richard (6/5): Nice but don’t use the car park. - Nice hotel. But £10 charge to park was a bit strong, especially when there’s a car park next door which is free on a Saturday night, which they failed to tell me.
- Verified traveler (8/5): - Room exactly as requested. Family room. Middle of busy centre.
- Jeremy (10/5): - Staying here was amazing. I only stayed a day, but it was close to the airport and close to the train that led to downtown London. Definitely will stay here when I come back.
- Salim (4/5): shop before you book to cater for your need - Most disappointing place I have been to worst pillows and not enough either I did mention my wife was disabled and partially sighted paid for breakfast but couldn’t get any as it was past breakfast time despite mentioning my wife’s disability not enough toilet roll or shampoo no milk available in the room to make tea, one cloth hanger Someone really needs to inspect the rooms I thought it was reasonably priced but it cost me more than a room at the Hilton which was 75.00 this cost me 76 pounds and I had to pay for parking as well I think I should get a refund for the breakfast I paid for but never got.
- Verified traveler (10/5): - The location is in a bit of a strange place and could be easily missed but I got there.
- Phil (10/5): Great place for a value overnight stay - Much better than a prem inn or travel lodge and much cheaper
- Angela (8/5): - I like that it’s not right in London nearby st cheap prices, and a cheap and fast train ride into London stations - the staff are very kind and helpful
- TIFFINEY (8/5): - Older property and small but well kept. No complaints. Allowrd me to check in early morning
- Verified traveler (2/5): - After traveling to UK from the US, exhausted, and just wanting to sleep for the day before continuing on our vacation we paid the early check in fee to a very dirty room. The TV didn’t work either when we addressed this to the staff they were kind and responsive. We informed them that we would be leaving for a while to explore so if someone could clean the bathroom and fix the tv that would be great. No one ever came for either. I work in hospitality... it wasn’t a great start to our vacation, and I’m very disappointed, great customer service, bad on responding to the needs.
- Amy (8/5): - Nice hotel with a clean and updated rooms. They've also incorporated a lot of eco-friendly features which we really appreciated. My only complaint was the location, so if you're staying here in hopes of having easy access to the airport, beware. There's no underground stop near the hotel nor are there any shuttle services offered. It's about a 15 minute uber ride, so not horrible but not what we were expecting with it being considered an airport hotel. The front desk was always very helpful and polite, but breakfast is only served from 7-9 so if you're catching an early flight, you're out of luck.
- Verified traveler (8/5): - I like that the room had space, even though I checked in late, the staff was there to greet me, extra pillows, the staff was pleasant, close to the shopping area to get grocery. It was close the Heathrow airport. There was no hand soap in the room, no iron, iron board, the trash can was broken in the bathroom. I slept well,
- E (6/5): - Car park is £10 extra
Breakfast no included - both of which are not clear when you book or are detailed on confirmation
- Hassan (8/5): Very good - Everything was alright cleaning was okay except Sunday they didn’t clean
- s a (8/5): Great price with staff to match - Very friendly welcome and helpful at all times, to be recommended
- jacqueline (6/5): - Comfortable bed and clean, OK for a night near the airport. drew reception person's attention to the curtains in our room. they needed attention.
- Verified traveler (8/5): - It was good enough for staying a couple of nights. Quiet zone.
- Verified traveler (6/5): - The staff was very friendly and attentive and checked us right in. They ordered us a cab for the next morning which really helped..
However we needed the hair dryer in the morning and the one in the bathroom did not work. Thankfully we were given another one fairly quickly.
The location was less than desirable and construction was going on just below our window waking us up early. The shower was nice but the floor was quite slippery so we had to be careful. Also the light above the sink did not work.
There was no complimentary breakfast in the morning. We would have had to pay $16 for 2 of us which would be a little steep.
It is fairly close to the airport which is why we chose this hotel.
- darren (8/5): Functional. - Average hotel, room was ok.
- Verified traveler (8/5): - Excellent staff service. We enjoyed a great dinner as well.
- Verified traveler (8/5): - Friendly professional staff, welcomed me with a big smile
- S (4/5): - we asked for family room £90. we actually had 1 double, 1 single for 2 children and married couple!..receptions tried to resolve by offering separate room for kids- age 8+10. declined.we asked for a mattress to be brought into the room for one child to sleep on, she did bring a camper bed and tried hard. not her fault... rooms had not been cleaned. room booked 6 months prior.
- Verified traveler (10/5): - Very nice staff, tbey made our overnight stay an enjoyable one
- John (8/5): Nice hotel - Great stay in a very nice hotel
The car park could be a little more user friendly- get rid of the obstacles/ trees etc
- Paul (10/5): Best Western Airline Hotel London Heathrow - The reception staff was friendly and helpful. The room was warm and very clean. The hotel was located in the centre of the town with access to facilities and places of interest. I like the hotel and would use it again whenever I am in the area. neighbourhood. Paul
- Maureen (8/5): - Staff was very knowledgeable and friendly. Food excellent, especially the soups. Motel older but clean and neat..
- Verified traveler (8/5): - Very good Indian menu, friendly and helpful staff.Good value for money
- Michael (10/5): Good business stopover. - A very acceptable overnight stay close to Heathrow and the M4 (junction 3). The room was comfy, there wasn't any noticeable noise (even in a ground floor room beside the road) and the bathroom fine (although the water temperature in the shower required some fine tuning). The breakfast buffet was very good.
There is limited parking on site, but the hotel is located beside a surfaced local authority car park which (at the time of writing in March 2019) was free because the ticket machines were missing.
It is a ten minute walk to Hayes and Harlington railway station.
The staff were very friendly and welcoming.
Wi-fi connectivity was good and free to access.
- Verified traveler (8/5): - location within an easy walk to railway station and lots of fast food properties in the immediate area
- Gregory (8/5): - Very good service by the receptionist, and clean and quiet room. I did not use any other services
- Verified traveler (8/5): - het is a good hotel for the price. het is a good hotel
- Verified traveler (6/5): - I loved the room. The windows however were very thin and we froze all night
- Naura (2/5): Bad customer service at hotel they blame hotelscom - Bad service staff was rude
- Ken (8/5): Comfortable short stay hotel for airport pickup. - Clean, tidy, adequate size room for short stay. Enough tea & coffee supplied.
Deep relaxing bath with generous supply of water.
Ample supply of USB sockets for charging devices. Room heating system easy to adjust & can get very hot.
One minus detail, the bathroom did not have extraction fan!!
Staffs were friendly & helpful.
- Verified traveler (4/5): - HEATING IN ROOM NOT WORKING - HAIR-DRIER BURNT OUT IN ROOM
- Laura (8/5): Better than expected! - Surprisingly nice! Nice room, good bath, only issue was curtains stopped a foot shy of the edge of the window and there was an outdoor light right outside, so we slept with a bright light shining in our faces! Otherwise brill. Good onsite food too
- Verified traveler (10/5): - Excellent hotel with easy access to transportation and amenities. Nice and clean rooms. Very polite and extremely helpful staff
- Steven (10/5): Good stay in Hayes - Friendly staff, clean and well-appointed room, very comfortable and a very reasonable price. I will certainly use this hotel again.
- Verified traveler (4/5): Not best hotel stay. - Lady at check in was very nice. Explained that booking was for bath and not shower, room was changed.
Both of us were really tired, did not inspect the room until morning, not a great nights sleep as could hear the traffic outside. Found sheets had faded blood stains on them, hole in net curtain. Window and window sill were very dusty, partner pointed out that the carpet wasn’t great.
Advised reception on check out who took my details and that she would send house keeping to inspect and I would hear from Manager. I think I muttered don’t bother as I will not use this company again.
- Verified traveler (6/5): - Dinner took far too long. It took an hour for the starters to to be served. This was after 3 requests.
There only about 8 tables occupied in the restaurant.
The food was good but the kitchen was so too slow. Very embarrassing for the front of house staff.
- Shamiso (4/5): Disappointing - I arrived at 8 pm after a long day of work and all I wanted to do was shower and sleep. On my arrival the room was freezing cold and had to request for the heat to be increased in the room and it took forever to warm up. I I had a hot water bottle in the car which I went to get and use to keep myself warm. Room had no shower gel and I waited 45 minutes for it. In the end I showed without it and only for it to be brought to me when I was in bed. The room had an over head dim light which would not switch off. I resorted to covering with a larg towel so I could sleep because I was told that it can’t be switched off. The sheets smelt of food and when I asked to be moved I was told by the guy at reception that he is the only one working and that it would take up to an hour to sort another room out. I felt sorry for the man at reception. So in the end I slept like that. I will be writing to BW Hayes demanding a refund. This was unacceptable.
- Patel (2/5): - Got to hotel, room was very small cushions smelt, rail in wardrobe broken, and quilt a single in a double duvet over,..room was absolutely freezing,no heating in room, rang down to reception many times but no reply,..for £79 I should of stayed at premier inn,...very disappointed
- Adrian (8/5): Comfortable stay - Good, clean place with nice staff. Plenty of amenities around it. Parking on-site is limited and costs £10 but a free car park (after 6.30pm - 8.30am) is next door. Room clean and a good bathroom. Good wi-fi.
- Debbie (10/5): Happy staff. Thank you :) - Stayed here for my birthday weekend as I wanted to travel round London. Was perfect. Will 100 percent use this hotel again. Thank you so much to all staff.
- Verified traveler (8/5): Very handy for Heathrow - Very comfortable and spacious room.
My only complaint is that we only got one clean towel on second day and lack of toilet paper too.
- Verified traveler (6/5): Only OK hotel - Paid extra for room with fridge but it didn't work. Told 3 staff members but nothing was done in my 3 day stay. Staff friendly and helpful but no follow up. Rooms really clean and Comfortable. Didn't like the locality. Too far from London and the airport!
- Verified traveler (10/5): - Very convenient and only 15 mins away from heathrow airport with bus 140. Near a variety of shops and restaurants. Very clean hotel and rooms very comfortable. Staff very welcoming and attentive.
- Arup (8/5): - Nice hotel.. very clean Recomend it for family stay also.. The BF and food is bit expensive but there are plenty of options available just outside the hotel.
- Reg (8/5): Good location for Central London and Heathrow - Own Car Park £10 a night just 7 minutes walk from mainline Hayes and Harlington Station
that has trains that take 20 minutes to Paddington or just a few minutes to Heathrow terminals. Still a bit of a stretch to call this an Airlink hotel but it is convenient to shops, cafes etc and has decent Wi-Fi . Room comfortable with nice air temperature, my only fault is if you have an Indian restaurant on site at least have a toilet cleaning brush in each bathroom.
Good plentiful Breakfast although Hash Browns not to my liking. Decent evening meal but almost had restaurant to ourselves.
- Makisha (10/5): Great Stay at the BW - The rooms are small but very cute and comfortable. The hotel is close to the rail and many bus lines. I'd definitely stay here again.
- Verified traveler (10/5): - friendly people at the front desk---good restaurant with prices being in line---close to High street if you know the history of the war---good places to eat near by also---rooms need updating but otherwise adequate---
- Enzo (8/5): Refreshing and enjoyable. - Yes the stay was very good. The room was spacious, clean, massive bed. The bathroom was a delight and very modern.Overall a relaxing stay. I am looking foward to use the hotel again.
- Verified traveler (8/5): Staying in heathrow before flying out - The person on the hotel desk was very friendly and pleasing.
- Gaptoothfairy (6/5): Close to the airport - The hotel is a good 15-25 minutes ride from the airport. Rooms are clean, comfy bed but the staff weren’t very helpful.
- Verified traveler (8/5): Good hotel for the price - It was listed as parking on site, we turned up and it was £10 a day or next door in public car park £5.70 a day. So we parked there instead. Really nice room and shower was amazing! Cushions were a bit too hard. Hotel is in a great spot to nip to the station, Tesco, B&M, Wilko’s, subway, McDonald’s etc.
- Lesley (8/5): Clean, comfortable with excellent staff and good f - Excellent place as a stopover before flying from Heathrow
- Verified traveler (8/5): Close to airport and food outlet - Your staff was great especially Louise Manager and morning front desk girl.
- Barry (8/5): Hotel overall - Your staff was very helpful on the June 4 stay and June 27, we were very delighted with the help of the General Manager Louise Gibb and the rest of the staff at Airlink London Heathrow. We will definitely stay again if we are back there.
- Verified traveler (8/5): - Very convenient for Heathrow. Staff very friendly , efficient and helpful . Room fine , all facilities fine .
- Ajay (8/5): Lost in Hayes (town near Heathrow Airport) - Best Western Airlink (Heathrow Airport) is in a nearby town called Hayes. Convenient to get to. Make sure you don't miss it like me on the local bus out of Heathrow Central Bus Station, and end up searching for it out in Timbuktu. The hotel is not on the main street, and is inside just a bit. I found the entire area that I covered searching for the hotel mostly of immigrants (must be hard working), but not sure how to communicate where things are. Nevermind that, the local posted maps at the bus stops are just as bad. So if you stay near the airport, be prepared or have a cell phone that provides a real internet data link. The Best Western itself is comfortable, enough for a nights rest for those of us requiring a place for transit. In late, out early.
- Andrew (8/5): - Ok, coach load of Japanese tourists provided entertainment
- Verified traveler (8/5): - Very good experience. I’d recommend this place to anyone who needs to be close to Heathrow. Everyone was extremely nice and professional. Room was small but very nice and clean.
- Bernard (4/5): Never again - Terrible hotel. Crazy parking situation, I drive into a space but the charming checkin guy tells me it’s booked, what the hell,? I offered to move into disabled space which was only other one free, he called manager who refused. I offered to move the the public car park next door if hotel would put pay&display ticket on at 8.30am when charging started,( I was going to leave him the keys & money) he refused. I finely refused to move the car from te legit space I was in & he charged me the £10 parking fee. Why he wasted nearly 45 minutes of my time at 11.30pm I have no idea.
- Verified traveler (6/5): Sleep well. - Newer property and hence most things are in working condition. Good to sleep, not to work as there is hardly any space in the table. Rooms so small that you ned t be very motivated to do any stretching exercises. Most ideal for package tours less so for business travel
- Verified traveler (10/5): Night before holiday - Staff friendly and helpful. Food good. Nothing is too much trouble. Beds comfortable.
- Dario (2/5): Overpriced Hotel & Bad Breakfast (Mold On Toast) - The Hotel itself is outdated, when checking in I was told that when they tried to charge my credit card it declined and got berated that I should use a credit card that works.
I booked and reserved the stay with the Credit Card, choosing to pay at the Hotel, its not good enough that they do otherwise just because of their policy.
Not only that, they didn't reserve for me the Superior Double Room that I paid for at the Hotel, instead the Person tried to book me in for a twin standard room, when I asked if I can have a Superior Double Room, I was told they booked out and the only Room with a Double Bed was one with Disable Accessibility.
The Shower & Bathroom was not ideal, in fact I could not have a good Shower as the Shower Head Holder would not be able to lock in the Shower Head in its place due to the strong water pressure.
But the worst over all was what they promise to be a Breakfast. Half of the Items like Grapefruit, Porridge, choice of Jogurts, Berries, Croissant, Cheese and so on was missing, not even a choice of Breads, jams and honey where available. Instead they only had awful Sausages, White Bread with Mold and I had to ask for yogurt in the morning. Plus I had to ask 3 Times and explain to the cook what I mean by wanting a Poached Eggs, the 3rd time I got them it was okay.
The Hotel Staff are friendly and refunded me the Breakfast Money which I appreciate and offered me to make it up next time I visit for all the troubles I had.
- Harold (8/5): Okay for 1 night - I was a single traveller, however the room was setup for a family.
- Duncan (10/5): - Very nice and clean and good food.
- Ross (10/5): - Couldn’t recommend more.
- Verified traveler (8/5): Hotel lovely area awful! - I wasn’t well and the receptionist was ever so lovely with me this morning.
Should also make sure people know parking is £10 for overnight!
- Flash (10/5): Excellent stay in a comfortable room - Not only was the hotel staff helpful at accommodating us but they were extremely friendly and welcoming. The room was much more comfortable than I expected based on other reviews. Everything was clean, tidy, and well-kept.
- Denyse (8/5): Helpful staff - Helpful and friendly staff who worked out to make our stay comfortable and assist in our travel plans.
- Mark (10/5): Pleasant stay at an affordable rate. - Staff is very pleasant and very accommodating to any requests. Location is in a nice area near to Heathrow and with good transportation to central London.
- Verified traveler (6/5): Diable room not so good for an able person - I got a disable room, which was fine generally, but on this occation, the bathroom sink was so low and tiny. It was extrmemly difficult to wash your face or clean your teeth, and there was no hot water from it. The tap went only one way, I wasn't sure if I needed to turn further to make it hot, but the water would sprash everywhere if I did that. There was nowhere to put things like your toiletary items and a cup by the sink, either. So it wasn't very easy bathroom to use. Also the room didn't have a chair for the desk or an arm chair to cater for a wheel chair, so as an able person there was no place to sit down apart from a tiny stool in the corner or on the bed. Not so relaxing.
- Verified traveler (8/5): - 12 hrs to connection. Good location. Shops. Buses. Trains.
- Marius (8/5): Awful cleaning staff - On my second visit there, stayed 3 nights, first problem was when I've checked in, being charged £30 for the parking although when booked it stated "Free parking".
Second problem and the biggest was that while sleeping, with the sign "Do not disturb" hanged on the door handle, a male staff probably from the cleaners, opened my room's door and got inside, waking me up. I asked him to leave and he was stood there on the door trying to say something in a very broken English then when he aventually left, he switched the sign on the door handle to "Clean my room please". That hapened on my first morning there, being unable to get rest due to his behavior which I find extremely rude and totally unacceptable.
I will never go back there that's for sure!
- Ramesh (6/5): Short stay in transit. - The hotel is actually quite good. Just that the owners are pretty tightfisted.
They kept the heat low to save money and no controls work from the room. I had to sleep in my sweaters. I realised the nature of the people when a full English Breakfast (Full price as well) came with one egg.
Charmaine at the reception was brilliant. Otherwise this hotel would have got a much worse rating.
- Verified traveler (10/5): Very comfy hotel - Hotel is amazing, has big comfy bed, alot of compartments for your stuff, very nice shower, the only bad thing is that it wasn't clean under the bed
- jess (6/5): Nice hotel fit for purpose - Was asked for I'D when I checked in, no notice on confirmation email to say this was necessary. Still dont understand why. Had to ask for the complimentary wine as the staff had no idea. Nice enough people, room was tidy and bed was comfortable.
- jeff (6/5): Cheapest in the area. - Shower was almost impossible to figure out. Who was the genius who choose that setup!?!?!
- kurtstudio (8/5): Airport hotel , i think not - This is a nice hotel but don’t fool yourself. It is not close to the airport . No shuttle service and restaurant is minimal At Best. When you say airport hotel it should’ve with in 5 minutes not 30
- David (10/5): Hotel stay. - It was all very good, very friendly staff.
- Verified traveler (6/5): Best Western Airlink Hotel - Very friendly staff, comfortable rooms. I did find it odd that I had to walk through four heavy fire doors to get to my room. Is that really necessary?
- John (6/5): good hotel on bad location - The hotel are new, clear and comfortable but the room service is not that good because he didn't do a good job on cleaning the bathroom. And, the airport bus just around the corner, it just take 15 minutes to the airport and walk 10 minutes to the train.
The location are on the bad area, the area are old and dirty, lot of homeless people ask for money at the night time, I didn't feel safe when I went back to hotel at late night. There are no restaurant other than East Indian and Middle East restaurant, if you don't like it, there is one Subway and McDonald.
- Richard (6/5): Design over usability. - There is a charge for parking and their car park is tiny, but there is a much cheaper Council car park right next to the hotel, which is free for overnight parking if you are only stwaying a night. Booking hotel and Heathrow long term car park separately worked out cheaper than a hotel+parking package.
The bathroom looked recently refurbished, but I felt that design had been prioritised over practicality. The hot water was very hot and the taps quite stiff to turn (probably new) so it was a bit easy to scald oneself. I liked the handheld shower (too many hotels have fixed ones, which few people have at home nowadays), but the water pressure was high and it tended to splah the floor easily. Maybe a full width shower screen or a shower curtain would be better. The mirror over the washbasin was big (good for tall people) but the light above it had too short a pull cord (bad for short people). There was no shelf in the bathroom to store toothpaste, cosmetics, etc. The hair dryer was in the entrance hallway of the room, not inside the bathroom, presumably for safety reasons. However the outer sheath of its supply cable was stripped off outside the wall connector, which would have failed my electrical safety test. The outer sheath should be clamped in the strain relief clamp (I presume there was one, I didn't look inside and it would certainly fail a safety check if there wasn't) and only stripped back to expose individual insulated wires inside the closed box.
- Sally (8/5): Exactly what I was looking for - Rooms are small, but I guess that is European style. Bathrooms appeared to be newly remodeled and were sparklingly clean. Staff were polite, attentive and very helpful, particularly Abdu.
- Aiyaz (10/5): - Location nlright next to. Town Centre many nice Indian restaurants and lots of nice food and beverage around
Staff really nice . The room rate is worth the stay
Bedroom double or queen veRy comfortable and clean
Coffee n tea in the Room. Nice see see TV. Bit space congested but for I or 2 person it’s ok.
bathroom area very small but very clean. No apace to pUt your touletaries that u will need Just manage. Shower very big and clean and Perfect. VeRy clean though. I’ll stay here again. Rooms non smoking and has internet and a work table but congested but manageable
- Michael (8/5): - I needed a room near Heathrow. The Best Western Airlink is an easy bus-ride from Heathrow (20min) and provided a surprisingly nice room for the price
- Sue (6/5): Convenient for flying from Heathrow - Fine, but it would have been nice to have a free shuttle bus to the airport.
- Donald (8/5): Convenient to Heathrow and welcoming to guests - The room was small but clean and comfortable with a very nice bathroom (including a lovely tub and shower). The staff was extremely welcoming and accommodating. The neighborhood is safe, bustling and ethnically diverse with an interesting range of dining options.
- Anna (8/5): Very pleasant staff. - Hotel room was nice and comfortable with large TV. Staff were very pleasant. I had a room at the front onto the road. It was a little noisy with traffic first thing in the morning so ask for a room to the rear if that is likely to bother you.
Hotel is right beside a local high street with a McDonalds and a variety of other shops covering everything you may need.
The 140 bus from heathrow takes you virtually to the hotel door.
An overground train station 5min walk from hotel takes you into Paddington station in around 20min.
Nice to be both close to Heathrow and central London.
I would stay at that hotel again.
.
- latif (8/5): Breakfast Timings - The breakfast timinga were too short to br honest i missed mine. Rest of the stay was perfect and accomodating. Loved it.
- Verified traveler (4/5): Noisy - Requested a quiet room yet got put on the road side which was very noisy. Didn't realise I had to ring up constantly to get quiet too before stay.
- Verified traveler (2/5): - We had booked a family room for two adults and a 7 year old. There was only a double bed available and the receptionist wanted to charge another £20 for a put up bed.
The double bed was incredibly uncomfortable and there was no free parking... As advertised on the Hotels.com website. Highly disappointing all round experience.
- Verified traveler (10/5): - Great hotel and super clean! Staff was so polite and helpful!
- jane (4/5): Unsatisfactory stay - Restaurant not open. Breakfast not servers until 8am
- Angela (8/5): Decent Enough Hotel - I booked this hotel so that I could get to Heathrow with ease the next morning and avoid the morning rush hour traffic. I arrived at night and check-in was smooth. The hotel is on somewhat of an industrial road with nothing else on the strip. It's clearly good for just spending a night or two. Upon arrival, I was told I could park in the hotel parking lot but would need to pay $10 per/day. I thought this was inconvenient, especially since I was a paying guest at the hotel. I just parked my car in the parking lot next to the hotel that was way cheaper than the hotel parking charge.
There was a restaurant on the main floor but it was empty and/pr closed since I arrived after 10pm.
The room was clean. There was a small fridge which I was delighted about.
Overall, it was a pleasant experience. No bells and whistles but served it's purpose quite well.
- Verified traveler (10/5): Nice and Local - near to town and Central LONDON - My overall experience at Airlink Hotel was excellent. I have stayed here for the past 2 years and will keep going back!
The only thing I would say I did notice on my last stay there, was that the staff at front desk could be a little more helpful. I got locked out of my room and ran downstairs as I had left my straightener on and a coach load of visitors had just arrived and were being checked in. I did not have to wait too long to be seen around 10minutes, however I did have to nudge the reception staff member to deal with me quickly.
I also booked online and staff were happy to confirm I had bought a deal with breakfast free. Which I am sure they would have been happy to follow through however I slept in!
Overall, the experience you get at airlink is top nosh rooms fully kitted, it feels like home to home, very clean and modern. Great Hotel! and would deffo go back again 100%
Kind Regards
Kiran
- andre (10/5): Great night in London - They had a great staff and nice area, the rooms were big for U.K. And many USA TV stations
- Glyn (4/5): Noise noise noise - Car park £10 unexpected, went to bed at 11pm to be woken at midnight by loud music from car in rear car park, was then woke up at 4 30 by banging doors and a full blown conversation in the corridor in an Indian language. I appreciate its used by people travelling from airport hence the name but NOT good for overnight business and stay NEVER AGAIN.
