• Magdalena (7/5): Obiekt nastawiony na pieniądze a nie na zadowolenie klienta. - Porządek, wygodne łóżka - bardzo dobre materace, wybraliśmy obiekt ze względu na odbywająca się tam imprezę komunijną, na która zostaliśmy zaproszeni. Pomimo informacji na stronie booking.com oraz w potwierdzeniu rezerwacji, o tym że pobyt zwierzęcia jest darmowy, po przyjeździe zostałam poinformowana o konieczności dopłaty za psa. Od razu przy zameldowaniu zapłaciłam za pobyt. Przy wymeldowywaniu pan na recepcji bardzo nieprzyjemnym tonem poinformował, ze powinnam jeszcze dopłacić za 2 dzieci z którymi przyjechalam, pomimo, że zgłaszałam ilość osób przed przyjazdem, oraz podczas zameldowania i wtedy nie było mowy o dopłacie... Czuje się oszukana. Co więcej, w obiekcie uczestniczyliśmy w imprezie komunijnej. Ilość osób która została umieszczona w jednej sali to był obłęd. Krzesła były tak blisko siebie ze nie można było usiąść swobodnie. Hałas, rozgardiasz i 45 minut oczekiwania na zupę. Dramat!

• Orestas (5/5): If you have chance to stay somewhere- stay at different place - Property was quite clean. It old fashioned property from 1990 style. First of all it is no 4 star hotel. Max 2 ⭐️. Tap in the sink with blocked cold water 🫤. Beds really uncomfortable. Pillows bad. Night time bed light 💡 doesn’t work. Desk light with no socket next to it. Breakfast like in forest camp. Staff speak only polish.
• Szewczyk (5/5): - Czyto, opis zgodny ze stanem faktycznym. Pomimo rezerwacji wcześniejszej, w pokoju (aprtament) zimno. Kaloryfery zimne jak lod (5-6 marca na dworze okolo 10 stopni) w pokoju max 17 stopni. O godzinie 17 zgłoszony problem do obsługi i jedyna propozycja to... przyniesienie farelki. Po długich negocjacjach obsługa oświadczyła ze do 20 postara sie włączyć piec i uruchomić kaloryfery. O 20 nadal zimno, na żądanie zmiana pokoju na inny (piętro niżej) gdzie kaloryfery działały a temperatura byla normalna.

• Uliana (9/5): The staff was nice, and overall the stay was pleasant. - The hotel is located outside of Warsaw, close to the main road, which was a bit uncomfortable in terms of location. However, since we were booking very last minute, it was basically the only available option at that time. The room itself was very spacious and big — there was a separate bedroom, a living area, and a bathroom. Everything was in a kind of vintage style, but still quite comfortable. For one night, it was actually perfect. -

Sala śniadaniowa bardzo przyjemna, z widokiem na ładnie zagospodarowane podwórze. Brak czajnika i herbaty w pokoju, a w barze herbata dość droga. Bardzo słaby wybór jedzenia na śniadaniach.

• Stanislav (10/5): - Отличное расположение, недалеко от аэропорта, так же на такси Uber или Bolt можно за 15-20 мин добраться до Старого города и посмотреть местные достопримечательности. Цена и качество соответствуют друг другу. При вилле есть собственный ресторан, кухня которого приятно удивила, все очень вкусно, намного вкуснее чем в некоторых ресторанчиках старого города. Особое спасибо менеджеру виллы. Помог в решении любого вопроса. Рекомендую!

There werent hot water at the bathroom

The hotel's restaurant has very good good and desserts open till 22.00 perfect after a long day's drive. Breakfast was also tasty. - Some of the staff were a little shy to speak in English. A "good morning" or "hello" would be nice to hear. - You could hear the traffic from the windows in the room - Also an extra trash bin would be nice. There was only one small bin in the toilet which was full just after 2 baby nappy changes..

• Ioana (10/5): We totally recommend this hotel for a pleasant and relaxing stay! - I stayed here for the Eras Tour N3 (3rd August). Starting with the location, it was relatively close to PGE Narodowy. There was also a McDonald’s nearby. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful! The lady at the reception gave us directions and tips for traffic and offered aid in any problems they were encountered. So we offer her a big, big thank you! As for the rooms, they had everything you need, from AC to hair dryer, and were so tidy and neat, plus a nice view from the window. Unfortunately, we didn’t have enough time to try the restaurant, but from what we’ve heard, the food is tasty and with fair prices. The hotel is in the proximity of the airport and the sound may trouble some people, but we kept our windows closed and didn’t have an issue.

• Aidas (10/5): Pleasant stay - The room was very nice. We asked for a quieter room and the lady there was very polite, understanding and helpful and found us a room to the inner yard. All in all, the staff were very hospitable and caring. Though we arrived quite late , they offered to have dinner in the restaurant.
• Alla (2/5): Very poor - We stayed with our family in 2 rooms. I wont say anything about the inflated price during the Taylor Swift concert. The only good things I can say are the managers quick response to comments, normal air conditioning and normal exhaust fan in the bathroom. Now about the unpleasant moments: - the rooms are terribly dirty, I had to wash the floor myself to achieve real cleanliness (I am attaching a photo of the dirt and changing the water 4 times after the dirty floor and all surfaces), - the pillows are terribly uncomfortable, - the sofa for the child is a complete nightmare, old, uncomfortable, in holes, dirty, I had to sleep on it myself so as not to injure my little son, - the third sheet they brought was short and torn (photo) but then they actually changed it, - in a 4* room there is not even a simple kettle, let alone the most basic coffee machine, - the doors in the rooms are all sagging, with a gap between the opening of 1 cm, which does not provide sound insulation, all it sounds like a hostel, - there is no secluded place on the street near the hotel, not even a basic bench where you can sit down, only a gravel area, it is extremely uncomfortable, - they forgot their blanket in the room, no one from the hotel even called or wrote about it, - the prices in the restaurant are unrealistically high, as for the suburbs (this is not the center of Warsaw), - the most unpleasant thing is the direct short-changing in the bar and restaurant, as it turned out later when checking the prices on the menu, the bartender (who is also the manager) simply stupidly short-changed us twice by about 10% of the order without presenting a preliminary bill, but simply naming the amount to be paid, this became clear upon departure on Sunday, when none of the senior staff was there, of course place, it was extremely unpleasant... Be careful and ask for a preliminary receipt when paying. Conclusion: the hotel does not correspond to the declared 4* level and is not worth the money requested!

• Alessandra (7/5): Good for a night or two - Beautiful house, very clean, super nice staff! There was a constant very loud noise in the walls which kept us from having a proper sleep. We assumed it was caused by the A/C but we couldn’t really figure it out. A/C was turned off.
• Branka (5/5): I would never stay in this hotel again. - We didn't paid for the breakfast, since it was expensive comparing to what was offered. It is definitely not value for money. It is maybe good choise for people travelling by car, since there is a free parking. Except the receptionist, nobody from the staff was speaking English. The room was not checked, aired and ready before our arrival, the fridge was not on, the water bottles were warm, the remote of the airconditioning was missing, there were no instructions for the TV channels etc. I had to go and call somebody to bring the remote, to put on the fridge and TV and to replace the warm water bottles. The location is not good, far from the city center, no good bus connection, and very noisy since the road and the airport are close. But it was clean.

Stedet var dekoreret meget romantisk og havede fantastiske rammer til et bryllup Desværre var værelserne meget små og fjernsynet hængt op ,så vi ikke kunne se det fra sengen...og da vi skulle bruge sofaen som ekstra opredningsplads, var det ikke en mulighed. Morgenmad koldt og kedeligt fra sengen.

• Tamara (9/5): Villa Estera has a charming atmosphere, friendly staff, and vintage decor, but room issues and a rel - Villa Estera is a gem in the hotel scene, with a charming garden and convenient parking. Despite being close to the road, it manages to maintain a peaceful vibe. The place oozes luxury, decked out with vintage treasures and getting a daily spruce-up. The receptionists? Absolutely fantastic. Super friendly, ready to help with anything from stay details to sorting out taxis and food recommendations in a heartbeat. The rooms are, unfortunately, on the smaller side, and the beds could use an upgrade. Also, there's a bit of a struggle with the lighting situation – no ceiling lights. Plus, reaching the plug sockets feels like a bit of a yoga stretch. Oh, and breakfast? It's tasty, no doubt. But at 12.5 euros a day, it's on the pricier side.

Nice and comfortable hotel with a restaurant on the road, near to Warsawa, just 15 min . All the necessary in the room for a brief stay. Quite and charming place. The young man in reception the same who served us the dinner in restaurant was very very kind, gentle and attentive, very qualified and professional! The dinner was exceptional! Traditional local rich menu. The room was very clean and relaxing. Very recommended!

Skiftede værelse efter en nat til et lidt større. Her manglede der køleskab, hvilket de godt vidste. Sådan noget skal bare være ok. Der var ikke sæbe i holderen i badet de næste 2 dage. Værelset var mega koldt og uden varme, selvom det kun var 10 - 12 grader udenfor. De var ikke sæson for at tænde for varmen endnu svarede de. Det kan man ikke byde gæster. Jeg ved ikke hvad de får deres 4* for, hvilket var det der lokkede.
