The room was poorly maintained with rust and faulty appliances. No access to amenities that should have been open for the season. Staff was polite but unhelpful and at several instances stated to “contact corporate”

- Rebeka (8/5): Okay but next time I will be staying somewhere else. - Location is good! There are no fans in the bathroom which is very disappointing. I thought the fan was broken the last time I was there but after I mentioned to the receptionist she said the bathroom has no fans. I could not believe it. I was disappointed for Hilton. Everything else was good!

- CAD (8/5): Great location for a Lawton visit. - Great location, coffee shop, restaurants and shopping within walking distance. Parking is easy and abundant. Staff was friendly and helpful. Power went out at 8 in the morning, so no breakfast. Leaving room and using stairs was tricky as there were no emergency lights in the hallways or stairwells.

The floors were wet when we walked in the room, the bathtub needed maintenance. We asked for the room to be cleaned & when we returned 8+ hours later nothing had been done. I had to clean my own room, obtain fresh towels on my own and was told to leave the trash in the hall after I cleaned it. Only 1 coffee up in our suite. It just wasn’t the best experience.

If you want t to charge extra for specialty items (omlettes), that’s fine but there should be a complimentary basic selection.

- Joanna (4/5): Never again will I stay at a Hilton hotel - Easy to get to. Seemed in a safe location When I called to inquire about if they accepted pets, they neglected to tell me it was a 75 dollar nonrefundable pet fee. They also failed to mention the pool was closed , which is the only reason we choose that overpriced hotel. When I called about my dissatisfaction, I was told I would hear back from the general manager of the hotel. 30 days later, I still have not heard from him. Save your money. It’s not worth the hype and extra cost.

There was rust on everything metallic, including the towel racks with our (now not so) clean towels. The room was old and overall "janky" I guess? It was much below the quality I've come to expect from Hilton. Yeah, it's Lawton, but still!

- Sxthomas35 (4/5): Bring your own shampoo! - I like the hotel overall, it was comfortable and had newer rooms. I also liked the close walking distance to dinning options. The reason for my two-star rating is that I checked-in for a two night stay with no shampoo, completely empty. I could even forgive that, but I asked the Front Desk to refill it while I was at work…to my surprise the next morning, it was never addressed. I told the front desk while I checked out and she said she had added it per my request the day before. She also told me someone would reach out to me later that day, but that never happened. If you don’t have any needs, this is a nice hotel, but follow-up is not their wheel-house…either is shampoo or a free breakfast as I’ve come to expect from this brand.

There was only three things to choose from with the buffet. eggs, sausage/bacon, potatoes. Staff could have been more friendly at the breakfast area. Hotel room could have been ready instead of me having to come back after 4pm to get a room

Quick and easy check-in with a thorough expression of the amenities and services available. Breakfast buffet was fresh, hot and delicious. Friendly hostess and server helped me start my day with a smile! As a matter of fact, everyone was friendly and willing to assist. Fresh coffee is available every morning in the lobby. There is a mini snack bar available to purchase beverages and snacks. Also a full service, well stocked bar which is very popular for those who enjoy a cocktail after work. Staff Highlight: Ms. Rhonda Every time I saw her, she was happy and singing. It helps make a stay-away-from/home a pleasant experience when the staff truly enjoys their jobs. Designated smoking areas are located around the premises. This is a pet-friendly facility. I booked a Two-Room Suite and it was perfect. Each room has its own television and climate control. Microwave, Mini Fridge and in-room Coffee Bar. Beds were comfortable with extra pillows. Bathroom fully stocked. Hot water was readily available and shower head is adjustable. Plenty of seating in the room and nicely furnished. If I return to Lawton/Fort Sill, I will book this hotel again! Thank you! Tolbert Travel Connection

Informed management but nothing was done to make it up for the poor service. The staff was friendly but could have used more professionalism.
