• Gutierrez (1/5): - the bed was comfortable The the bathroom area was in very poor shape. That was tiles missing on the floor and the bathtub had rostains. All over it, there was a cockroach in the refrigerator and the rug smelt like cigarettes. At least it was only one night. So I survived, but I would never stay there again.

• Amanda (4/5): - Price was good the room had multiple issues. The bathroom door had hinge issues so it didn't close properly without having to actually list the door. The toilet seat came off the toilet. The shower had mold. The AC did not cool properly.
• Anthony (1/5): Very disappointed way overpriced not worth your stay spend the money stay somewhere else - It’s in a great location right by Menizer Park Dirty, dingy ,outdated, floors were sticky, stains in the toilet. I slept on top of the comforter cause I was worried about the cleanliness of this place. Also had to wear my socks, cause the floors felt incredibly disgusting.

• John (7/5): A pleasant surprise - The room was spacious and had all the basic amenities. I use a CPAP machine and there were no electrical outlets near the head of the bed.
• Josh (1/5): Not welcome - Very poor service at the front did not want me to book online told me to come they match the price and then they did not walk across the street to load more money on my card after 15 minutes of three different people telling me it’s Boca. It’s higher prices and it wasn’t. It was only I don’t know. It was the cheapest one just very rude talking in their language is not in English the way I could understand it. I was born in America. We speak American. We speak English and they were speaking like Indian or Bangladesh or something is hard to tell. It was going so quick and fast Smelled really bad like they cook some kind of burnt chicken and they wouldn’t give me no coffee. give me the wrong Wi-Fi passcode. I got documentation and pictures and audio roaches crawling out of the cabinet in drawers the bed the bathroom shower did not work. It would come out of the bottom. I mean, I can go on and on. I mean, you just come here with a video camera and you will understand exactly what I mean but the biggest thing was that the service in the hospitality was below anything I’ve ever had before And it made me feel so horrible and they did not really care

• Maria (2/5): Avoid this place at all costs - The place is disgusting, the towels are yellowed, stained with morning stains, the bed sheets look like sandpaper, the bathtub is clogged and the water from the shower stagnates, the room smells of mold, everything is so disgusting that I could only scratch myself. Forget everything you've ever seen about scary owners and calls. I booked for 2 nights. After the first night, I woke up with the owner, an Indian woman in socks, banging on the door, almost breaking it down, saying that I had only paid for one night. I showed her the place on Booking.com, but she didn't say a word, shook her head and left. The owner and another guy, who I think was the security guard, really scared me. When we left the room, they followed us until we got in the car. I was really scared of these people. I sent a message to my friends with my location, room number, and what was going on. If I didn't give them any more news, I strongly recommend that you don't stay at this place. It may have just been my impression. Yes, it is possible, but I was very scared.

• Akeim (5/5): POSSIBLY THE WORST LODGING IN BOCA RATON. BEWARE!!!! - It was a place to stretch out and get some much needed rest. The bed was, surprisingly, comfortable. Staff was rude, and they were stingy with the few amenities they provided. (fresh towels and washcloths, toilet paper, soap, etc.) Also, housekeeping does not come to clean until it's checkout time, even if you stay multiple nights. No phone in rooms means you have to walk to the main lobby desk and deal with the rudeness of the owners anytime you may need something. They also allow smoking in rooms, which may be a plus to some, but leads to a dank, foul odor in most rooms. I had to switch rooms twice because of that. Also, the area is very loud at night, with many shifty characters constantly roaming around the building.

Went back to attendant who switched us to the room with 2 beds but it reeked of cigarettes which permeated all my clothes & hair. The towels were filthy, the bathroom & everything was filthy, there were cigarette butt burns in the carpet which was terribly filthy. Worst hotel/motel I’ve ever stayed at. No water in rooms. Bathroom door doesn’t close. No toiletries besides 2 little soap bars. No shampoo& conditioner.

Cary the luggage I only able to stay 1 night only and change this hotel No warm blanket at all Very bad hotel !!!!!

They’re very caring and accommodating and I appreciate that highly. I booked it for a friend of mine for one week and they were very, very nice to her.

Would recommend butter chicken with veggies. Reasonable priced, just needed somewhere to stay for the night.

• Ken (4/5): Filthy place - Listing said they provide breakfast. Not so. Restaurant is an Indian place that is only open for dinner. NO dogs allowed, but man in lobby who porbably lives there has a yappy one. Really filthy room. Remote control must have had the fingerprints of 1,000 guests. Tried to clean it. Yuk. pool okay, not heated. Beware of ind&ian operated hotels.
• Yadlosky (2/5): Not a good place. Do not stay here. - Nothing The property was disgusting, the sheets and bedding were disgusting, stains everywhere. All bedding could not have been washed there was hair all over and stains all over the sheets. Shower was gross. Bath trowels. Stains. Door handles came off the door, took some finesse to get into/ out of the room. Not comfortable and very dirty.
• Verified traveler (2/5): - This “hotel” is frozen in time. All is dated, old, ruined… Rooms are horrible, service horrible. Never more. It was advertised as a Free Breakfast hotel, but there is no breakfast at all.
• Felix (4/5): - They could do some upgrades and fixes for what they charge. Granted it was the least expensive in the area but now I know why. The rooms are antiquated and the furniture mix match. My first night the sink filled with water and didn’t drain. The toilet seat was broken and I found trash under the bed ( a bag of McDonalds food that I didn’t buy). On the positive side the cleaning crew was very nice and the maintenance man did fix the sink. I would have to say that if they don’t revamp the place I would not stay there again.
