Guest Reviews
Logement spacieux propre personnel sympathique
- Biser (10/5): Good hotel - Good hotel
- Lee (10/5): - Even though the restaurant and bar was closed during the weekend we had local bars and restaurants within a 5 minute walking distance that were friendly and did great food. When going back to Paris, this will be our go to hotel.
The room was clean and very comfortable and the staff very pleasant although we didn't have to interact with them much. Hotel is close to all transport links so it was really to get to the city centre very easily. We had a great time.
- Stephen (8/5): - Ideal for work
- AJEE (6/5): - Bien
- Johan (8/5): Nice place - It was nice. The restaurant manager for the dinner was really friendly and reactive. Thanks to him.
- Haben (8/5): - .
Chambre fonctionnelle, propre. Parking sécurisé.
- Verified traveler (6/5): - The sauna wasn’t working we were devastated
- mangalibi (2/5): - Ididn't recommand It was smelling food and bad. I couldn't sleep and feel safe . Never again
- Hector (10/5): - Lugar muy recomendable, habitaciones amplias y limpias
- Carolyn (10/5): - Second stay here. Love it
- Markus (10/5): - Nice People at the reception...
- Christophe (10/5): - Super . Un petit appart impeccable
- William (10/5): - Overall a great stay. Very friendly and professional staff.
- Maria Algar (4/5): - The best of the location is the proximity to the museum for airspace and space of France in Paris. I was there for a symposium there and this hotel was very conveniently placed. The worse is that the personnel is not very competent to deal with reservations made by expedia. they wanted to make me pay twice as they were unable to retrieve the money. I have showed them that everything was paid from my side by showing the bill and everything but they were unable to work out the system to obtain the money from Expedia. the first time that this happen to me even after travelling all around the World using expedia hotel booking system.
- Francisco Javier (10/5): - Very nice personel as hosteses and very clean laundry, sauna and fitness room
- Judith Ifeoma (6/5): - The staff at this property were relatively okay, EXCEPT for this one woman who just didn’t like us and treated us badly. When we let them know our TV didn’t work, she said she’d make a note and let someone know. The whole vacation we went without TV. PROPOSTEROUS!!!
- Ricky (2/5): - apart from proximity to exhibition area, service is bad as no proper cleaning, elevator not working on my floor
- HORRIBLE , PUNAISES. DE LIT...A FUIR ABSOLUMENT !
- anthony (6/5): - Convenient for air space museum.
Nothing special to say about hotel
It has oarking!
- Christian (2/5): - Malas condiciones, servicio bien, limpieza bien. Pero edificio estaba detereodado.
- Angela (8/5): - I was really impressed with the rooms especially after reading the reviews - I was expecting the worst but was pleasantly surprised. Everything was clean, modern, comfortable and I particularly like the extra table on wheels next to the bed. The kitchen could’ve had a light over the sink but a dishwasher was appreciated. Location is a bit further than I initially thought from Paris.
I was disappointed that the manager would not refund our money as we decided not to stay the last night, I would have thought he could’ve refunded 1/2 at least as they could still rent it out and would then get double the money for 1 room. At least we saved some money by parking on the street.
- Verified traveler (4/5): - Very poor Room service.Just clean the room once a week that does not include cleaning the floor. No phone in room ask for one and never got.it.
- Verified traveler (8/5): - Nice and comfortable .. nearby airport but bit far from eiffel tower and museums
- Verified traveler (2/5): STAY AWAY from THIS DUMP!!!! - The minute I stepped into my room, I wanted to run away as fast as I could!!! I rented two rooms for our 5 night stay. One was for the two 18-year olds, the other for my daughter & me. Our room smelled of cigarette smoke as soon as we opened the door. I requested a new room. The young gal at the counter gladly moved us. The second room had a hole in the bathroom door, one of the twin beds squeaked horribly, & the ac did not work. She moved us again. The 3rd room was missing curtains, had a putrid smell, and the toilet looked like it had not been cleaned in years. I gave up at this point & stayed because we were so tired after traveling all day.
There is only 1 kind gal (I wish I remembered her name). She is very soft spoken & welcoming. All other staff are EXTREMELY RUDE, especially Alex. One night we returned from Paris to find the vending machine empty&inoperable. We really needed to buy water bottles but the disgusting little store down the street was closed. I asked Alex if we could buy waters from him. He gave me 2 & I asked for 2 more, offered to pay but he became angry, saying,”I’m going to make an exception this time!” I reminded him I payed for 2 rooms w/4 people. He said “it’s not my problem”. He continued to argue!
Location: about 25 min (by Uber w/no traffic) north Paris w/a bus stop in front of the hotel, which will take you to a metro station then take a train to Paris. Bus/train takes is 45 min commute. SAVE TIME & $$ STAY IN PARIS, not in this DUMP!!
- Angela (6/5): Could Have Been... - Upon looking at the hotel, it is great. However, during my stay, there was no AC or Wifi. When I asked abou the Wifi, I was told each day of my stay "tomorrow" which never happened, at least during my stay. Wifi is listed as one of the amenities to the hotel. As a tourist, I depended on this. Also, the AC unit was lit but never came on. When I advised them of this, they sent a maintenance person who said they'd be back in five and never came back to repair the unit. What might have been a wonderful stay was marred by the lack of Wifi for a tourist in another country and the lack of AC during warm summer weather.
- Jackie (4/5): - Had to paid 20 euros to check in early. No WiFi my enter stay which was very disappointing. My air conditioner didn’t work.
Very far from Paris city center. Not happy with my stay
- Verified traveler (10/5): - Cleanness and friendly staff
Location (close to the train station)
All the shops nearby
- isabelle (8/5): Good value, good public transportation - Staff was very nice even though I am very demanding. They put me in a new room until I was fully satisfied (I tried 3 rooms) !!! The hotel is located between the CDG airport and Paris with many buses and RER to travel on a budget with the famous NAVIGO pass. The hotel room included a kitchen area, very handy when you are on a tight budget and want to prepare all your meals. Furniture, bed, TV and bathroom area were great. I just had complains with the lack of dishes in the kitchen area and the coffee maker and they gave me new ones !!! Know that this hotel is located in a low class neighborhood so you should adjust your expectations. Bus stops are just in front of the hotel and bus 152 will take you to Paris Porte de la Villette in a few minutes, bus 350 will take you to CDG airport.
- Menachem (6/5): an ok stay if you don't have big expectations - The hotel staff are very nice and pleasant to deal with and the location was ok for the air museum and also the parc d'expositions le bourget for the trade show that I went to. (But if you are going to the expositions, it is a 10-15 min walk to get to the main front gate.)
The lobby was very nice and tidy, with a good seating area. I had a studio apartment which wasn't really as nice or spacious as I was expecting. All of the 'kitchen' area was actually inside 2 cupboard doors, rather than a proper kitchen. Some of the things in the room seemed a little tired and worn, for instance marks and scrapes on the floors, the shower tap coming off the wall, the heater/air conditioning has a weird cover on it that was loose and possibly had anti-mouse/rat pellets inside, which made be not feel so happy about being there...
There is car parking on site for a fee, the wi-fi was free and good. There is a sauna which I didn't see. Overall, an ok stay if you don't have big expectations.
- Verified traveler (4/5): - I arrived at 13:00PM, the front desk told me they had empty room but I have to pay for earlier check in, otherwise I have to wait till 15:00PM. Maybe they are following procedure, but I don't like it. I know most of hotels will allow earlier check in after 12:00PM if they have empty room.
- Verified traveler (6/5): - I booked this hotel for a week. I was visiting from New York. I spend my first three nights there with no heat and got sick ; when I requested for heat the guy told me it was normal which I found to be strange so I tried again the following night and another guy finally came in and inspect the room and suggested that I change rooms. It seems like not all of their rooms have heat which is something that they need to work on ; because I'm actually a medical personnel and if this situation have gotten worst to a flu or fever it wouldn't have been pleasant.
But besides for that most of the staff is very helpful.
- Verified traveler (2/5): - The room cleanliess was terrible. They gave me a room without doing the required room service. The previous guest left on late checkout and they only arranged the bed and gave me the room without doing the service. Noting that there was plenty of time to do so, as i asked for late checkin (at 9pm). Moreover, when i called the reception to change the room, he said no available rooms and he asked me to wait him so he come and check the room by himself. I called him twice during one hour and he was completly unpolite by not showing up, as he said.
So on top of the terrible cleanliness of the room, the staff behavied unpolitely.
- yolanda (8/5): - great staff, 20min from cdg. very good if youre traveling with children
- raghav (2/5): - THE hotel cleans the room once a week
- Tina (2/5): This hotel won't give your money back - Bad and not safe !!!!!!
- MM (10/5): Good deal - Little far from the city centre but easy connections by bus and then train
- Verified traveler (2/5): out of desperation - was transferred to this hotel since our other place to stay was cancelled. Worst hotel i have or will ever stay at. Not a safe area to stay with family and not convenient to any public transportation. do not EVER stay at this hotel.
- Shirley (6/5): Paris Room with a view - Not. - Hotel situated on a busy road with many Indian and Chinese resteraunts ajacent. Secure parking and good reception facilities. The room was clean, with spacious shower room with W/h basin and toilet. Facilities for cooking available. Limited cleaning equipment. Tv. The room however was dark, on the 2nd floor overlooking a patio where people brought their picnics.
Breakfast was overpriced at nearly 12 Euros and the quality was poor. Pets were welcome at an additional 10 Euros per night. Staff were pleasant and helpful.
- Verified traveler (6/5): OK for a budget trip. - Pleasant stay. Was there for four nights yet my room was not attended to ....no change of towels...nothing!!! Also took €150 extra which I was assured would be credited back to my debit card on check out. It has yet to be refunded. Not good business.
- Verified traveler (4/5): - The hotel staff were fantastic, very helpful and friendly. The room was clean and as described. However covering the window was only a net curtain and curtains that covered only half of the window, so a lot of different lights (neon and flashing) from the restaurants next door and cars driving by (a very busy road) came through until late. The room was very warm when i arrived, the air conditioning unit worked but it was very noisy. So the light and the noisy ac unit didnt make for a good night sleep.
- Saddique (4/5): Not happy - Not happy with the service too many things to list here
- Nick (4/5): Nice hotel toilets stink - My second time in a month staying in room 223.
Toilets stink really really bad.
Hotel is clean, very well situated Airport 350 bus stops across the road, no parking available, try the adjacent streets and pray you don't get bumped.
Staff can't get your door key activated first time right and I mean I have had this 3 times.
On customer service, they don't care about that smile, they care about that 150€|night authorization on your card in case you DAMAGE the facility.
- jay a (2/5): Horrible - Worst hotel in paris do not go! If you ask for towels you get charged had to use the same towel to shower!
- Verified traveler (6/5): Far from Charles de Gaulle Airport - In looking for an inexpensive hotel near the airport for an overnight stay. I was surprised it wasn't closer to the airport.
Trip to the airport cost over 25 euros, and from about 20. Would have been wiser to stay closer and pay for a hotel nearby.
- Verified traveler (6/5): Sofa bed - Very uncomfortable. You can feel everything. They need to work on their sofa bed. But the sofa itself if comfy. Just not the bed.
- businesstrvl (2/5): Dark and dirty hotel near labourget airport - Hotel is an apartment style residence so disn't expect it to be cleaned everyday. However, even when you arrive the rooms are not the cleanest and have a funky smell. Myself and 6 of my colleagues who stayed here at the same time confirmed that their rooms were dirty as well. Beds are really uncomfortable and walls/doors have no noise insulation.
Overall a pretty terrible hotel. They need to do better with their housekeeping and brighten up the place.
- Verified traveler (6/5): Basic Hotel - The room was okay, everything was working but I found some old food in the fridge so it smelled. The lighting in the corridor is automatic but does not light up fast enough so I spent half the time walking in the dark.
- Verified traveler (8/5): - A bit far from the center of Paris. It will take you arround one hour using the metro.
- Verified traveler (8/5): Great place ! - A little difficult to get to from downtown...two trains and a bus, which is why the rates are reasonable. Staff is very friendly and helpful.
A little pushy on selling the overpriced breakfast...lots of cafes in the area that are a fraction of the cost of food...pretty hip part of town...borders a "not so great part of town" so take transportation to get there!
- Vikas (4/5): DISAPPOINTING - Air con was broken and we complained upon check in. They said it will be fixed but until check out we had no luck. Staff said we cant do anything. The owner does not want to spend on fixing it.
Room service is paid in this hotel. around Euro 17/service. Still we agreed to pay and request and reminded the check in staff 2-3 times. Still next day room service was not done. When we asked why they just said we were too busy. Not even an APOLOGY!
Breakfast was included in our stay and to say it was disappointing would be an understatement. Breads - finished, Fruits - finished, No glasses and No plates - when we asked for it at 8.30 am they just said everything is finished. what can we do?
Horrible experience overall!!!!
- inuwa (8/5): Moderate - Too expensive for the facilities on hand. "..............................
- Mike (8/5): Nice Hotel across from Le Bourget Airport - When we booked this hotel, we thought it was closer to Charles DeGaulle airport based on our search for a hotel close to CDG at a reasonable price. It is 20 minutes away by cab, 30 Euros. We had a 8:00AM flight to the US so we wanted to be close. The room was nice, clean and spacious with a large bath and shower. The desk clerk was friendly and helpful and said the night clerk would give us the wake up call we requested and have a cab for us at the time needed. We had a very good dinner at the Japanese Restaurant two doors down the street. We never received the wake up call but I had set the alarm on my cell phone as back up.The cab never came. A shuttle driver who happened to be dropping off folks at 4:30AM saw our plight and a offered to take us to CDG. We were very grateful. Apparently the night clerk could not get a cab that early.
- Sissi (6/5): A little nice room with huge nice bathroom - The staffs were nice, the room is nice clean, but smelly, they said it was the detergents smell. The facilities are new but some of them are broken: ex.: the heating, the stove, etc. But they brought us another transportable heating for us, so it's ok for us at Paris in April.
- Fleur (8/5): Wonderful stay! - Loved almost everything, especially the Reception staff to whom I would like to say a big Thank You for their kindness at check out. They went over and above the call of duty to assist us when I had a senior moment! Full review on Tripadvisor!
PROS: 1. Loved the room... the grey and lime green combination carried throughout the little apartment was both relaxing and invigorating at the same time - crazy as that sounds.
2. Loved the bathroom. The shower cubicle was awesome with a shower head that could be changed to pulsate streaming to help tired muscles. The bathroom is huge with a spa like feeling.
3. Lots of clothes hanging space. Used the cutlery storage area for folded clothes.
CONS :
1. Kitchenette is extremely small and impractical with only a narrow space for food preparation between sink and hotplate. It is hidden behind doors, which when open prevent anyone from passing from the bed to the toilet. Sliding doors would be more practical.
2. The kitchen lacks a draining board or cutlery drainer and that was a huge problem. I decided to buy a cutlery drainer myself as I need one anyway. Also corkscrew & wine glasses would be nice.
3. Very high shelves for cookware. A ladder would have been nice.
4. Insufficient information about dealing with household waste. I like to separate recyclables and discovered there’s a shed.
- Verified traveler (4/5): Convention Center Hotel - We had things to do at the Le Bourget Convention Center. It's an interesting neighborhood more of a business or local hotel. It's good for convention action. No so sure about a family vacation or bringing kids there. The Japanese Restaurant was really good next door. And for the quick bite speedrabbitpizza. Only thing open late different/weird but palatable. There's only room cleaning once every 3rd day. This is a hybrid hostel/Motel. Having Multiple floors cannot always constitute a hotel. To be fair to place, we got exactly what we paid for.
- Tasha (8/5): Regret staying here - The hotel was nice & close to the airport but seeing that my stay was short the hotel was not the most accommodating. No free wifi, no airport shuttle (which costed us 40 euros to and from the airport, and no breakfast) all of which are important factors to an accommodating airport hotel
- Brenda (8/5): Perfect for a short trip - It's outside of Paris but 10 minutes away from the airport. The area was a bit alarming since it was deserted at this time idk why but it was a great hotel. Clean and the most comfortable beds.
- Verified traveler (2/5): DISAPPOINTED. - The room preparation was generally disappointing. There were insufficient towels for two and only one pillow each. There were insufficient cups and no kettle . However, this was rectified by the helpful reception staff. The buffet breakfast was disappointing in that many food items and crockery/cutlery were left unreplenished. Several guests had to repeatedly ask for items. The restaurant staff were not very efficient or particularly friendly.
However, the reception staff were very helpful, informative and friendly.
- Øyvind (2/5): I don't recommend this place. - After some days they told us that the shower was broke and started repairing/tearing up the shower floor to fix a leak. Lots of tools all over and they refused us a new room, and just continued to work. Not free Wi-Fi. Not the room on the only picture they have. The training room are a joke, 3 machines including treadmill and bike and the last was broke. To empty my bins they referred me to a dumpster outside and I had to go out myself to get the room clean after some days.
- Verified traveler (2/5): Not a very accommodating hotel!! - I checked in at midnight & Check out time was 11am!! I Asked for a late check out 1pm & I was told that the hotel was full even tho there were rooms available. I was told I could stay another night if I wanted to. Then the receptionist called back and said I could pay €10 extra ! I was told that wifi was not included in my room even tho it stated it on my booking! After checking in another guest at 1am walked into my room!!! Terrible area & not very accommodating staff!!
- Verified traveler (10/5): Ouick stay - Very helpful staff. Nice room and resources. Easy access to the airport.
- Justin T. (8/5): A great hotel, just a little out of the way - Very clean, very comfortable and very good hotel. However, if you are looking for central Paris, its a little out of the way.
- MARIO (8/5): many thanks for your service - Was really very good also the stuff on the reception very helpful always smiling and do all the bes.
Thanks for your service
- The American in Paris (6/5): Over charged - I have reserved two rooms for two adults and a child each. I have been provided to toons with two twin beds each and I was asked the get a third room in order to accommodate my party. It cost over $100 of charges. I have to pay for parking and wifi and it was advertised as included service or amenities.
- mame D. (10/5): London boys trip - I have been staying at park suite for more than a year now only one bad thing is WiFi strainght
- Verified traveler (6/5): the day that we request the taxi from the hotel, - the day that we request the taxi from the hotel, the front desk didn´t asked in which airport, so the taxi that they called picked another lady with us, and bring her to charles d´Gaude, our airport was the other one, and we almost lost our fly, plus the taxi charge more money because he brough us to two airports.
- Jeya (10/5): Great hotel - We are three of us me, my husband and my cousin stayed in a room, We loved the hotel, very very clean, large room and the sofa bed also very comfortable. Overall we enjoyed the stay.
- Verified traveler (6/5): - Far away from the city centre. Overall the hotel is fine, but at bit far for who want to have an holiday in Paris
- Rob (10/5): excellent business hotel adjacent Paris Le Bourget - good sized room, excellent facilities, good onsite bar / restaurant. freindly staff, 9.5 out of 10
- Matt (8/5): Well Designed for Travellers, missing a few things - As a family of four we welcomed the kitchenette design of the 1 BR apartment hotel room. We only stayed one night, before a flight at CDG. The fold out bed was reasonably comfortable and came fully equipped with sheets when you pulled it out. Overall our experience was good but the room was missing a few things...only one set of towels, no salt or pepper, no toaster, poorly designed shower door which leaked onto the floor. Night staff was great, morning staff not very helpful. I would agree with other reviewers that the neighborhood was a little dodgy but I didn't think it was horrible, there were many oriental restaurants very near.
- Richard (8/5): It is a good hotel, except the extra charge. - It is a good hotel, except the extra charge of luggage storage. Wifi is not free.
The hotel is safe. But the security outside the hotel is considerable worring. During our stay, it was said that 2 Chinese women were robbed and bit to bleed in the street that night.
- Anja K (8/5): Good value for the money. Clean. But far from city - We were here as a family of 6. We had a spacious one bedroom apartment and 2 single rooms. It was very clean. The staff at the reception was very polite, helpful and cheerful. The breakfast was a mixed experience though. I have never experienced being thrown out of the dining room before having finished eating. I have no problems with understanding the buffet is closing when breakfast time is over, but being asked to leave the restaurant only a few minutes after the buffet was cleared, without being able to chew the last piece of bread and drink the last sip of coffee certainly was a new experience (and I have stayed at quite a few hotels over the years!) If we had been told the reason why they had to 'throw' us out, in a polite way, I might have understood. But we were just told to leave immediately because breakfast was finished. Maybe this was due to a cultural crash (we are used to British politeness) and lack of language skills among the restaurant workers (their English was not very good, and my French is not very good). It was nevertheless a bad experience, and this is why I am not giving the service a 4 -score, although the service at the reception was very good.
Furthermore, I will not recommend this hotel if you do not have a car or are travelling by tourist bus. It's quite a walk to the nearest metro- or train station, and a taxi to the city centre is expensive.
- Symone K. (10/5): Simply Amazing - The hotel was AMAZING.. simply perfect including the color scheme! The lights are powered by the room key card so we spent a few minutes trying to turn the lights on.
The entire place is energy efficient the hallway lights cutoff and the tvs in the room.
There is the cutest mini-dishwasher and of course, dinner places for four.
The only negative thing, I still do not know what time the restaurant was open. The receptionist said 1700, the sign said 1900. At 1800 my kids and I were trying to walk through a locked door...
- hemasunder (6/5): Hotel Amenities are not good - Not satisfied with the services provided by Hotel.Over phone confirmed that kitchen is fully equipped but actually not. We did not even get necessary things like salt and sugar etc... not only that we did not get the dish washer "TABLET" to clean the dishes. when i inquire about this response is we won"t provide... Redicouls
- Elena (6/5): Nice design, bad maintainance, shabby neighboorhood - Nice price. Friendly service. The hotel has a nice design but looks like they don't take care about it. The room was in a pretty bad condition - a hall in the wall, broken shower handle and towel's holder. The room was moderately clean. Stagnant air in the hallway - they need to keep the hallway doors open. The restroom in the lobby was dirty.
They provide you with hair shampoo, hair dryer, towels and coffee. The room had a small kitchennette. Free parking is available.
You need to take bus to get to the center - approximately a 15 min ride. The neighborhood is pretty shabby, but we didn't have any problems.
- Kelly (8/5): Good if you need to be by Le Bourget Airport! - Everyone I encountered at reception was extremely nice. They had a hard time finding my reservation at first but after only about 5 minutes, they were able to locate it. Very helpful with directions/instructions to bus/subway as you need to use htem to go just about anywhere. There are a ton of restaurants nearby but EVERYTHING closes from 2-6pm so be sure to keep that in mind. Room was nice and fairly large for Paris. I loved having a fridge, microwave and plates/utensils. I would stay here again for sure!
- Nanick (10/5): EXCELLENT! - I love staying at the Le Bourget Park and Suites hotel. The staff is great and very nice. I really feel at home over there. I absolutely recommend it.
- JM (8/5): Nice hotel, poor area - A nice, clean and comfortable hotel but it is a little out of the way for a stay in Paris. It is about 3kms away from the last stop, La Courneuve, on line 7. Once you get to this station however, the rest of Paris is within easy reach. The surrounding area is a little sketchy in places and beware of asking the hotel staff to call a taxi for you. The taxi they called for us had no markings, driver ID or even a fare clock. For a trip to the metro station he charged twice what it cost to get to the hotel the night before with another taxi.
- Peter (6/5): Lots of mechanical issues - Power went out for awhile, hot water in the shower ran out in just a few minutes, and tap in the bathroom was so loose I could hardly turn it on. Otherwise clean and staff were friendly.
- JT (10/5): Nice and convennience - Great location, many resturant around, nice place to stay
- Julie (6/5): Good location for Le Bourget Airport - Stayed only one night on business, room was comfortable and clean, my only point to raise would be the smell in the bathroom. There was a constant strong musty smell, but apart from this, the room facilities were perfectly adequate.
I had dinner in the hotel and the meal was excellent and at a very reasonable price. Breakfast buffet was reasonable, it was busy and so choice was getting low.
- Sandy (10/5): Very nice place - Nice, very clean and modern, service good, neighborhood shabby, however people where very friendly. No issues. Would highly recommend.
