Überaus Sympatisches, freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Der Weg ins centum ca 3 Minuten , durch kleine Gassen. Kleine Zimmer mit großem Kingzise Bett. Sehr sauber und gepflegtes Zimmer. Frühstück sehr opulent, frisch , regional und Auswahl an selbst gebackenen. Poolanlage sauber , gepflegt mit direkter Sicht auf den See. Parkplatz vorbestellen, direkt am Hotel oder mit shuttelservice 5 Minuten per Auto. Komme nur noch in dieses Hotel. Dank an alle fleißigen Mitarbeiter, habe mich willkommen gefühlt 🤩 Zimmer etwas hellhörig

• Christian (7/5): Das Frühstück ist großartig, aber die Musikauswahl sollten dringend überdacht werden. - Das Frühstücksbuffet war wirklich hervorragend – große Auswahl, frische Zutaten, typisch italienische Qualität. Dafür möchte ich auf jeden Fall 10 Punkte vergeben. Leider gab es zwei Punkte, die den Aufenthalt getrübt haben. Beim Frühstück lief durchgehend arabische Popmusik, was in einem italienischen Hotel sehr unpassend wirkte und die Atmosphäre eher irritierend als entspannend machte. Zudem hatte ich das Gefühl, dass andere Gäste bevorzugt wurden – wir fühlten uns stellenweise unfreundlich behandelt. An einem verregneten Vormittag, als wir uns im Zimmer aufhielten, war die Reinigungskraft mit dieser untypischen Musik bei der Arbeit zu hören. Die Musik drang durch die Gänge und Zimmertüren, sodass wir den ganzen Vormittag keinen Rückzugsort fanden.

• Anneli (7/5): Amazing lake views in an older hotel - The location is amazing! You are literally a few staircases away from the old town city center and right next to Castèl di Limone. The view of the lake is also amazing! The bed is very comfortable and our room was spacious. Breakfast was good, a lot to choose between and also vegan milk options. The room itself needs an upgrade - it’s very old and outdated. The bathroom is spacious but the shower is super small. The AC/heating did not work and as it was 8 degrees cold outside it was quite cold in the room. It’s also quite loud when someone walks by your room, but we were also having our rooms right next to the entrance where everyone came back or headed out to town. You could only get one cappuccino for breakfast.

Perfekt Ah b der Ausblick war Mega Die Zimmer mehr als alt, zweckmäßig gerade so Frühstück grundsätzlich gut, aber wirklich jeden Tag genau dasselbe und so wie auf den Fotos ist es bei weiten nicht Und wenn sie Dame die im Frühstücks Bereich arbeite, und da jeden Tag privaten videocalls macht während sie einem dem Kaffee runter lässt wir waren von Mittwoch bis Sonntag, aber das war jeden Tag ich finde das gehört wirklich nicht hin!!

• Jürgen (8/5): Ein wunderschöner Aufenthalt zu einem super Preis.- Leistungsverhältnis. - Das Zimmer und das Bad waren zweckmäßig und sauber. Wir hatten ein Zimmer in der obersten Etage mit Balkon und der Ausblick auf Limone und den Gardasee waren phantastisch. Der Aufzug fährt auch zum Pool (unterste Etage) und natürlich zum Frühstücksraum. Das Frühstück war ausgezeichnet und mehr als reichlich und das Personal ausgesprochen freundlich. Das Zentrum von Limone mit Schiffsanlegestelle kann man in 10 Minuten zu Fuß erreichen. Am Hotel gibt es nur wenige Parkplätze. Ein gebührenpflichtiger Parkplatz in ca. 1,2 km Entfernung wird auf Wunsch mit einem Shuttlebus angefahren. Dieser Service ist gratis. Wir hatten einige Ausrüstung zum Radfahren dabei, die wir nicht auf's Zimmer mitnehmen wollten und mussten deshalb ein paar mal zu unserem Auto pendeln. Wer nur Koffer dabei hat, wird einen Hotelnahen Parkplatz jedoch nicht vermissen.

• Margot (9/5): Je recommande cet hôtel pour un séjour dans le ville du citron - Le personnel de l’accueil, du shuttle service, de ménage et du petit déjeuné sont super gentil, même quand on parle pas super bien italien, on trouve toujours un moyen de ce comprendre. La vue est superbe, avec une vue d’ensemble sur le village et sur le lac. On est tout de suite dans le village et proche de l’embarquement du bateau pour visiter les autres villages. Vraiment je recommande, tout est top. Le petit dej est variée et avec des produits italiens. Un petit bémol sur la literie, que je n’ai pas appréciais, mais c’est au goût de chacun, ma mère elle a très bien dormis.

Das Bad war in einem sehr schlechtem Zustand. Die Türe ging nicht ganz auf. Die Badtüre war innen beschädigt und die Duschablage für Shampoo… etc war nur noch der Rahmen vorhanden. Das schlechteste Zimmer im Hotel?! Was wir so sehen konnten waren die anderen Zimmer viel besser!

An additional advantage is the proximity of the Citrine Museum, which is located next to it. The stay would be exceptionally successful and with pleasure come back here. Śniadania smaczne Reglamentowana kawa, należy się tylko 1 z ekspresu do śniadania, co we Włoszech należy uznać za skąpstwo. Pokoje wymagają odświeżenia, dla osób z problemami z poruszaniem zejście do miasta po wielu schodach jest dużym problemem.

There are chairs on the balcony, perfect for a limoncelo spritz in the evening. The location is superb, just an easy walk down the stairs from the back of the hotel to the centre of Limone and the lake. Breakfast is excellent, good food, good coffeee, big variety. Staff is very pleasant and helpfull. They make a limoncello spritz at the bar :-)) The hotel is a little run down, feels outdated, also shabby at the corners. When you walk down the stairs to town you usee rusty pipes, unkempt grounds, smelly. Sorry. The staff are really nice so I feel bad to write this.
