All'arrivo siamo stati ben accolti in portineria dal Signor Riccardo, che ringraziamo ulteriormente per le sue attenzioni. Per noi era una occasione speciale e sono stati tutti molto premurosi. La camera era di nostro gradimento. Abbiamo usufruito della spa, molto calda e accogliente. Abbiamo cenato presso il ristorante interno. Tutto ottimo. Sicuramente torneremo
- Giuseppe (9/5): Un piacevole riposo - Abbiamo soggiornato tre notti durante il periodo di festività natalizie. La struttura è moderna, funzionale e ben riscaldata. Il personale è molto cortese e disponibile. L'albergo dispone di una spa molto essenziale e di una sala ristorante che offre la colazione e la cena, quest'ultima consistente in un menù di 5 portate a 30 euro. Un encomio particolare va a tutta la varietà di dolci squisiti fatti in casa dallo chef, dalle crostate ai ciambelloni. Infine l'hotel è a pochi passi dal centro e dalle due stazioni ferroviarie. Considerando che era inverno, la camera era sempre molto calda e specialmente durante la notte sarebbe stata piacevole una temperatura leggermente più bassa (solitamente il termostato segnava tra i 22 e i 24 gradi).

Unica pecca: in una struttura “separata” a cui si accede internamente, ma uscendo all’aperto (ed in inverno non è particolarmente piacevole andare a fare colazione dove “uscire”) Colazione non particolarmente buona (il peggio caffè e cappuccino fatti con la macchinetta). Dolci così così, salato idem, uova sode dall’aspetto pessimo (tutte rotte). Pulizia buona ma sui dettagli ci si perde un po’ (fughe e guarnizioni doccia nere, finestre sporche, …)

Lo consiglio s - L’accoglienza impeccabile, l’ottima pulizia della mia camera singola, la deliziosa colazione, la posizione ottimale a pochi minuti dal centro e dalle due stazioni della città toscana sono alcune delle caratteristiche che hanno reso il mio soggiorno lavorativo così unico! Sinceramente, l’Hotel Arnolfo è uno dei pochi hotel nei quali non ho trovato criticità.

- Concettina (6/5): - L' albergo è in una buona posizione tra le due stazioni ferroviarie raggiungibili a piedi e vicino al centro del paese. La spa è piccola, senza vista e per raggiungerla bisogna fare un pezzo all' aperto. L' estetista che fa i massaggi è molto gentile e fa dei massaggi piacevoli senza guardare fiscalmente il tempo della durata; la stanza però è troppo calda e con l' aria secca che favorisce la tosse ed il lettino non ha il poggiatesta comodo per cui a pancia in giù viene male alla fronte. La camera da letto era rumorosa perchè facevano dei lavori, con luce artificiale fioca, la tv non funzionava ma dopo un giorno mi è stata sostituita. Il personale mediamente è gentile; il signore alla reception sembra gentile ma è interessato sopratutto alla pecunia: fa pagare subito la camera, incentiva a prendere tutto il menu serale facendo credere sia un problema per il conteggio prendere meno, non mi sentivo più di fare la spa con la sauna e sembrava un problema disdirla, la caduta di stile maggiore però è stata quella di farmi pagare il tè che ho preso prima di andare in ospedale perchè non mi sentivo bene. Il mangiare serale se uno si vuole fermare è buono, mi sono piaciuti in particolare le minestre e zuppe. La colazione è ricca per chi ama il dolce perchè c'è scelta tra diverse torte fatte in casa oltre alle brioche, un po' scarna per chi ama il salato. Vicinissime ci sono le terme Redi.

- Remko (7/5): Good spot to stay. - Location was great and everything we wanted to do was reachable by foot. The hotel stay was fine, fairly basic facilities. To be fair though, we didn't make use of the Spa facilities so I can't judge that. Free parking nearby. Breakfast was really minimal, mainly sweet baked goods. At night it was a bit noisy but don't know if we can blame that on the hotel. I do think the price is a bit too high for what you get.

Bella e pulita anche se per un malfunzionamento non abbiamo potuto utilizzare la sauna. Sarebbe opportuno consentire l'accesso alla spa a massimo 4/5 persone contemporaneamente date le dimensioni dell'ambiente e i divanetti disponibili in area relax. Il turno serale dovrebbe essere in qualche modo sorvegliato per eventuali emergenze. Inoltre le tisane rilassanti dovrebbero essere rifornite prima dell'arrivo degli ultimi clienti in quanto, come successo a noi, potrebbero rimanere solo bevande con teina (non il massimo prima di andare a letto). Detto questo soggiorno positivo, hotel consigliato.

- Verified traveler (10/5): Fantastic hotel in Montecatini - Amazing family run hotel. Staff are all super helpful especially the owners, hotel manager and also the restaurant and cleaning staff. I stay here all the time as super convenient for the town centre and the train station plus fantastic value for money.

- Maurizio (2/5): - L albergo di per sé e normale, senza lode ne infamia, purtroppo a rendere il soggiorno invivibile è l assenza della aria condizionata, con queste giornate con 40 gradi in pieno centro città la stanza era invivibile sia di giorno che di notte, come anche tutti i luoghi a comune. Non lo sconsiglio e non ci tornerò sicuramente più, per fortuna ci sono dovuto stare solo 1 notte.

- Tina (10/5): Clean and quiet in a convenient location - I liked the convenience of the hotel in that it is about a 10-minute walk to the Montecatini Terme station and just a few minutes to the central part of town where there are many shops and restaurants. The room was clean and comfortable but I will say that it had the smallest shower I have ever seen in a hotel. Breakfast was nice and the front desk staff were very friendly.

- FABIO (8/5): Buona la cena - L'hotel é situato in una zona mto tranquilla non lontano dal centro città. Ha un ristorante che per la cena é stato per me una piccola sorpresa. Forse c'era un po' di co fusione nell'organizzazione della colazione, mi sono trovato bene in tutto.
