- Lenka (2/5): This experience never more - Centrally located The rating of this accommodation does not reflect reality at all. The property is located in an unattractive environment between two abandoned buildings. The access road to the accommodation and the whole surrounding area feel scary. I arrived in the afternoon, and the entire afternoon there was a rooster crowing loudly. I changed to a different building to be further away from the rooster. In the second building, there were two large cockroaches in the bathroom, which was dark and musty. In the new room I moved to, the walls were cracked to the point that the insulation was visible. I moved out of the accommodation and didn’t spend a single night there. The accommodation is totally overpriced for the level of comfort you actually get. For this money you can find better accommodation in center of Ubud.

This was one of the best experience in Ubud. Thanks a lot. Everything was really great, there are no negative emotion about this place.

- Shel (10/5): Exceptional - This is newly built home bungalow by Pak Agung. The room is huge and spacious. We love the bed very much. New and comfortable. The bathroom quite big and the aircond is superb. There is a swimming pool just beside this bungalow. It looks clean as compare to other place. In term of location, it is situated near to few bars. We can hear the liveband music at night. But it will be quite after midnight. Pak Agung is easily communicate with. Overall, we enjoy our stay and highly recommended place to stay in Ubud.

- Saray (10/5): amazing - I really liked that the rooms were spacious and had a large terrace to have breakfast with views of the garden and pool, the hotel was very quiet with large windows to see the landscape of the garden. Agung's attention, Gek thi incredible, very familiar, they welcome you and recommend itinerary activities. they also have taxi activities services…lovely. I recommend the hotel to come to Ubud.

Fair amount of ants (hard to control so I understood) but even found 2 lizards in room and I always kept doors closed. Sheets had stains on them. When leaving was informed I had not paid and had to pay in cash. Day before told me to pay when leaving but never mentioned cash only. Thankfully had enough as had booked transport that was waiting. Very frustrating
