• Klaus (10/5): so schön! - Ein Hotel mit Zimmern überall n der Stadt. Wir hatten eines direkt an der Promenade mit Seeblick. Es war sehr angenehm, zentral, hell und sonnig. Die Leute sind unfassbar freundlich und hilfsbereit, das Frühstück ist ok. Der Ort selbst ist schön - gerade die richtige Mischung aus lebhaft und beschaulich. Direkt an der Promenade heißt auch an der Straße - offenes Fenster ist nur bedingt möglich. Es gab auch viele Stufen - aber dafür war der Blick toll.

La colazione potrebbe essere più curata; oggi è importante offrire diverse tipologie di latte per andare incontro a intolleranze ed esigenze alimentari differenti.

• Susan (10/5): - The location was absolutely perfect! There is a beautiful view of the lake, plenty of restaurants/ bars and a movie theater! and are right across from the lake and walking paths! The staff was very friendly and even helped us call a cab to the airport when our ride didn’t show up and no cab companies would get back to me! They saved us!
• Stefano (6/5): - Ubicato sul lungolago Le foto delle stanze non corrispondono al vero. Per salire allecamere scala esterna fatiscente e pericolosa. Per chi è motociclista come me non lo consiglio. Parcheggio in strada incustodito. Colazione da autogrill con brioshe surgelate riscaldate. Come prezzo della camera è troppo cara per quello che offre. Si trova di meglio a meno. Sicuramente non tornerò più.

Du passage sur la route mais après 22h a ma surprise cela a été très calme. Donc tres bonne nuit. Salle de douche étroite mais propre et fonctionnelle. Eclairage des ampoules trop léger. Ambiance trop sombre.

• Lupin 77 (7/5): Ottima posizione, qualcosa da rivedere - Molto gentile e disponibile il personale. Ottima la posizione perchè si sta pranticamente in centro. La camera era grande e molto particolare. Colazione nella norma. Poco chiaro il concetto di albergo diffuso, non avevamo capito che le camere non erano tutte con vista lago. Il personale è stato cordiale e ce l'ha spiegato in seguito, ma dalla prenotazione, visto anche il nome della struttura, ci aspettavamo una camera vista lago. Invece la nostra camera, seppure spaziosa e particolare, era su strada ed in una via interna. Peccato anche aver trovato il firgorifero spento.

• Lucilla (7/5): - La posizione della camera fronte lago impagabile. Ovviamente pagata di più. Trattandosi di borgo diffuso non c'era l'ascensore. Tuttavia al momento dell'arrivo siamo finiti al secondo piano con scale assolutamente non a norma e pavimenti scricchiolanti. Ho accettato perché per me è inconcepibile in Italia una stanza senza servizio igienici completi (quella del primo piano) con la considerazione che agli stranieri non importa che non ci sia il bidet. Colazione banale nella hall /bar del PT. Ovviamente paghi la posizione ma solo quella. I ristorantini invece Top.

• Matteo F. (8/5): Struttura comoda e carina per chi cerca relax sul lago - Posizione fra le migliori che si possano trovare, basta attraversare la strada per trovarsi sulla passeggiata lungo lago. Facile da raggiungere offre una discreta prima colazione con varie scelte di pietanze dolci e salate. La camera che ci è stata assegnata era bella e spaziosa, con vista sul lago. Lo staff è gentile, cortese e ben disposto a venire incontro su eventuali esigenze.

Déçu par l'état vieillot de la chambre - Emplacement, vue c'est un hôtel "diffuso" avec chambres à proximité de l'accueil mais disséminées dans le village. Il faut le signaler plus clairement. Warm welcome every day by very friendly staff. No central heating meant having to use electric heaters and finding a cold bathroom and room when not switched on.

• Michele (8/5): Toccata e fuga da matrimonio - Abbiamo soggiornato come ospiti per un matrimonio al lago. Splendida ristrutturazione di un vecchio borgo. Molto suggestiva. Staff accogliente e disponibile. Location ottima. Posizione vista lago Unica pecca è per chi soffre di allergie. la pietra (che rende la stanza molto caratteristica) porta con sè umidità. Niente che non si possa risolvere con un po’ di antistaminico :)

• Flavia (1/5): - Nada!! O hotel não tem ninguém para receber. Como chegaríamos depois das 18, iam deixar a chave escondida para pegarmos. E nos informaram que teríamos que dar a volta onde pegaríamos a chave para chegar ao quarto, onde inclusive precisaríamos subir com nossas malas. Ligamos e conversamos com a pessoa do hotel. Perguntei se tinha estacionamento e ele disse que não e que eu poderia parar na rua. Como estávamos em 3 mulheres, sendo uma idosa, com 3 malas cada ficava bem difícil subir com todas as malas ainda mais sem nenhuma assistência. Dessa forma pedi o cancelamento. A pessoa me informou que não seria possível. Mesmo assim preferimos ficar em um hotel que nos desse o mínimo do que esperamos em um hotel: uma recepção.

Nemmeno la posizione si è rivelata positiva. L’intera esperienza è stata completamente deludente. La struttura ha dato informazioni non vere, due volte, Mi sono trovato in una situazione diversa da quella descritta. Ho provato piu volte a chiarire ma senza risultato. Ho dovuto fare segnalazioni formali e denuncia. Comportamento non professionale e zero trasparenza. Ho anche foto video messaggi che lo dimostrano.

Letto e biancheria pulitissimi. Per il resto non si puo dire lo stesso. Mancano piccole utilità che potrebbero contribuire a giustificare il prezzo, che ritengo essere un po' eccessivo.

Welliswaar een suite met terras, maar met een verouderde inrichting. Omdat Italianen meestal buiten leven, zal dat gegeven een vd oorzaken zijn. De locatie maakte alles goed.

• Gordon (10/5): Our host was willing to look after us, and because we arrived late, he cheerfully waited for us. He was attentive and co - It was right by the lakeside, next to a wonderful tavern that served the most delightful, tasty pizza we had during our stay in Italy. Nothing. It was all just wonderful.
