Although my room was upgraded, the room was not inspected prior checking me in, tge bed sheets were stained and had to request to changing them, also wifi had some issues but they managed to fix it eventually. The fact the promptly responding to my needs made very satisfied with my stay. Thank you.

- Özgül (10/5): SEOUL HAT UNS FASZINIERT HIER WÜRDEN WIR NÄCHSTES JAHR WIEDER REISEN. - Die Freundlichkeit des Personals war großartig – alle waren sehr hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend. :-) Besonders am Empfang hat uns "Roy" begleitet: ein sehr netter und hilfsbereiter Mitarbeiter. Ihm haben wir den tollen Aufenthalt zu verdanken; er hat uns den Urlaub wirklich versüßt. In den fünf Tagen hat er all unsere Erwartungen übertroffen – ein sehr lobenswerter Mitarbeiter. Leider konnten wir uns am letzten Tag nicht persönlich von ihm verabschieden. Wir hoffen, dass wir "Roy" nächstes Jahr in diesem Hotel wiedersehen. :-) Noch einmal möchten wir uns bei allen Mitarbeitern des JW Marriott Hotel für den tollen Aufenthalt bedanken. - Hiroshi (10/5): すばらしかったです！ - まず場所が最高に良かった。ソウル駅から一本で東大門の駅について、そこからすぐという非常に便利なロケーション。あと朝食がこれまでに泊まったホテルの中で最高ランクだった。あとスタッフも非常に丁寧で、好感を持てた。定宿にしたいです（値段が許せば）。 トイレのドアがガラス張りなのはちょっとイマイチだったかな。あとトイレのドアと、浴室のドアがぶつかって、毎回、大きな音がしたのもちょっとイマイチでした。

Very clean and comfortable, smooth processes for check in and check outs. Good breakfast. We are vegetarians, so the staff provided us with fresh fruits and vegan dishes, which was very thoughtful. The staff at this hotel seemed really genuinely wanting to help and would take their time and effort. Would definitely come back again.

- RIEKO (8/5): 冷蔵庫以外はほぼ問題無し。立地もよく駅前だし機会があったらまた宿泊したいです。 - 室内は古い箇所も多々見られましたが、掃除が行き届いているなと感じられました。 スタッフの方が皆さんとても親切丁寧で日本語を話せる方がいたり、日本語をなるべく取り入れて会話をしようとして下さったり、優しい英語で話しかけてくれたりと、とにかく丁寧に会話をしようとしてくれました。 対応もとてもスマートで丁寧でした。 エキストラベッドをリクエストしていたのですがサービスして下さりました。 アメニティは一般的なものが一通り揃ってます。 シャンプー、リンス、ボディソープもあり。 ドライヤーにストレートアイロンまであり。 日本からストレートアイロン持参したけど、部屋のストレートアイロン使わせて貰いました。 冷蔵庫が全くと言っていいほど冷えなかった。 一晩水を入れていたのですが、ほんのり冷たいかな？くらいだったのがとても残念。 今回は春だったからそこまで冷えてなくてもなんとかなりましたが、夏場や暑い日だったら大変困るので冷えない冷蔵庫しかないなら宿泊は考えてしまうかも。 初日は使いかけのトイレットペーパーが1つしかなく、３名で宿泊して次の日の夕方までこれ1つだったのはちょっと不安でした。 次の日のベッドメイキング後には補充されており、予備も1つ付いてました。

- CAPUCINE (9/5): je reviendral danq cet établissement - gentillesse de la majorité de l’équipe. particulièrement front Desk et les managers. la vue sur la porte ancienne. l’emplacement. la chambre très confortable. club sandwich room service très bon seul bémol le salon de thé vide sans client, à 10h du matin où on a dû insister pour prendre un thé rapidement en 10 minutes avec un monsieur très mécontent qu’on s’installe et qui a cassé des verres… il nous a bien fait sentir que nous le dérangions. room service ok mais pas assez de viande dans le bibimbap. et service chambre parfois inégal. la plupart du temps impeccable sauf une fois.

- Rafal72 (10/5): - Super hotel, jeden z najlepszych w jakich ostatnio byłem. Lokalizacja tuż obok metra. Ruchliwa ulica nie przeszkadzała gdyż okna były skutecznie dźwiękoszczelne. Fantastyczne śniadania i niesamowita siłownia, której wielkość i wyposażenie było lepsze niż niejednej sieciowej. Znakomity personel - sprawna pomoc w rozwiązaniu problemu z biletami lotniczymi.

- Pee Ing Lynelle (9/5): Loved being pampered by the property amenities, staff and activities in that location. - It makes me feel special and very comfortable being in foreign land. Guess I didn’t get a special fruit or chocolate platter staying in a suite room. An amazingly no anti slip mat for bath tub which is difficult for me to stay in comfortable position without the risk of drowning. (1.6m height)

- Dilek (8/5): Zentrales City Hotel, sehr freundliches Personal - Das Frühstück war sehr reichhaltig und abwechslungsreich. Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Das Hotel ist sehr zentral gelegen, nur wenige Schritte von der Metrostation Dongdaemun entfernt Die Ausstattung in den Zimmern ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen; auch der Poolbereich könnte eine Auffrischung vertragen (durchgelegene Liegen, beschädigte Fliesen im Pool, grelles Flutlicht im gesamten Bereich). Obwohl das Frühstück offiziell bis 10 Uhr angeboten wird, wirkte das Personal bereits ab 9 Uhr gestresst, sobald Gäste zum Buffet kamen.

- Mikine (10/5): 快適で満足度満点のステイでした。 - 食事が美味しかったのとスタッフの対応も素晴らしかったです。 エグゼクティブフロアにしましたが、ラウンジの食事やお酒も素晴らしく、ランクアップした価値は十分ありました。

- kirita (10/5): 宿泊している方々の雰囲気が良いと思いました お部屋はとてもきれいなので満足しています - とても清潔感があってよかったです 朝の朝食がとても良かったです 冷蔵庫がもう少し冷えてるとありがたいです。 冷凍庫もあると嬉しいです。 あと、日本語ができる方がいるとありがたいです。

- Moorthy (6/5): Rain in Seoul - Good selection at buffet and very nice fb manager and all the chefs were nice . Lotsa variety of different cuisine only glitch was closes at 10 am sharp think timings could be extended . Ms Amy from front office team who checked us in deserves to be promoted as she can communicate well with guest be proactive and offer options . English was very good and she is an assess to the hotel . One of the bell boy outside was very friendly abd helpful and housekeeping lady was very kind . Overall good staff but maybe English communication should be better as could not understand few people . Room service had no options for vegetarians and we had to request several times and meet fb team till they understood the whole concert of vegetarians and no egg no fish etc . Duty manger was bit rude once Mr Frank when we requested for food substitutes for egg options as if we trying for free and later they offered us a comp meal which we could not fit in due to departure .

- Jean Philippe (8/5): Agréable séjour au JW marriott. - Tout c'est très bien passé, sauf pour le petit déjeuner un peu trop strict sur l'heure et pas assez de places.
