- linghao (4/5): Not worth the price, lack of staff, bad breakfast and no house keeping at all. - The front desk staff is nice and friendly. The house keeping service is only once the other day, and even after we waited 2 days, the house keeping still skips us (we put the house keeping notice at the door). So during the 3 days we stayed at this hotel, no house keeping at all. Our garbage can is full, no clean towels. And there’s only 1 staff(front desk) in the hotel since afternoon. We called front desk to ask for a crib, she said since she’s the only one staff here, we have to go to storage room to get it by ourselves…….

- Michelle (9/5): Always happy to return. - Comfortable, well appointed rooms. Offers a good selection for breakfast and the staff is friendly. Pet friendly! Some cleaning was overlooked in our room upon arrival.
- Jeff (2/5): Noisy, disappointing. - The price was reasonable. Not the staff's fault, but there were some sports conventions in town and a lot of young people whooping it up well into the night. The staff did their best to request they quiet down after quiet hours, but it was still after midnight before we could get any rest. The mattress was very uncomfortable, woke up very sore after tossing and turning all night. Also, the cabinets, flooring tiles and other items were pretty beaten up/worn. The breakfast was pretty much cleaned out by 9am, and the reason given was due to the conference going on. I would think if that was a known event, they would have been prepared better. The one hostess indicated she was the only person talked with restocking breakfast items. I went out and paid for breakfast. I honestly will go out of my way to avoid staying there again, even if it means paying way more somewhere else.

- Douglas (7/5): A nice hotel in a convenient location, but could use a little maintenance. - Buffet breakfast was nice to have and well attended to. I enjoyed the look and comfort of the lobby, and the 24 hour availability of coffee. The room was spacious and comfortable and perfect for our needs. The location is very convenient for travel to Rochester. The pool was nice, warm enough and clean. The window shade in the sitting area of the suite was broken, cold not be opened more than a foot and could not be fixed during our stay. Also the lampshade by the bed was broken, and the countertop in the kitchenette was cracked. I enjoyed the breakfast although at times the waffle maker or yogurt dispenser was out of order limiting selections.

Some of the staff are not good at all, my room not get clean up for the three days, water was leaking out from the dishwasher and the valset in the bathroom, their pool is not available, there is no good services from the staff, limited staff at work, you will have to go and get whatever you need from the front desk by yourself, they don't have water for you to drink, I was told that bottle water is not a complementary, we were threatened by the staff 3 minutes entering into the room.

Pullout couch bed mattress was awful.you should update the couches and get something a little sturdier& thicker . Bed linens for it also skimpy & not warm enough . - Stacey (6/5): Don’t swim here - Poorly maintained hotel. First room wreaked of dog pee, had a sticky entry and there were no rooms matching the one we booked to replace it. Nothing offered to appease the difference in space. Then the only night we could swim, the pool was green, cloudy and had no chlorine in it. We brought test strips to make sure it was safe for our son to swim (who was getting treatments at Strong that week) and there was no chlorine showing at all in the pool. Front desk only offered a 5 minute drive down to a holiday inn, which really was not practical at all given the circumstances. They offered no other solution and kept the pool open. Then I sent in an official written complaint later that evening and they offered the night off. The pool condition did not change at all during our stay, which is scary. The room was comfortable, but the bathroom was not very clean and there were gross stains on the couch. Lots of hairs in corners of the shower and floors. Not major, but also every night I went to make tea, the hot water was luke warm and the girl at the desk had to get me a cup. Same girl each night, so maybe there is a connection. It served its purpose for us having a full sized fridge and means to cook, but I would look at a different hotel next time.

- 68623 (6/5): OK Experience - OK hotel. There is considerable road noise for the rooms facing the street. Bed seemed to be worn out; not comfortable. The breakfast is a little below average. Elavator was a pretty rough ride. Fitness center is good. Staff was fine. Better hotels in area.

- Jeremy (5/5): A planned event cut considerably short. - They staff was nice. This was a planned overnight with my son and 3 guests. I went to check in at 3 and because of being under staffed we were not able to check in until almost 7:00. It really took away from the night. We just lost hours and were unable to recover them.

- Theresa (10/5): Nice - Really nice place to stay. Was clean and comfortable. Staff was very nice. I had a first floor room and the floor was cold but it was 9 degrees out, so not totally surprised. I'm sure the upper floors were fine. The heat worked great so you didn't notice it unless you had shorts on or no socks. It was a comfortable weekend away from home and I'd stay there again if in the area.

All the noise came through the connecting door and made sleeping difficult.

The room itself looked as if it was recently renovated, but the renovation was never completed. The room door wouldn't close unless I literally lifted the door up on its hinges. There were still construction markings by the window. Etc. The breakfast was plain and the dining area was too small for the size of the hotel. I really expected more from a Hilton branded hotel.

They are very, very accommodating and wonderful that being said they are what made your property right it was a nice location. The room was nice. Even the bathroom was broke. I mentioned that, but that never got resolved so the door had to stay open the whole time that we were there. What I didn’t like about the property was the broken bathroom door. The breakfast was always overcooked or burnt. The pool was broken a few times and a couple of mouse in the hall other than that I saw inside. My biggest disappointment was, I was told that the rooms counted and signed up for rewards even though I was on booking so when I want to call Hilton and set it up, it says none of my stays count so keep that in mind if you’re booking with Hilton that if you’re coming there through booking apparently they don’t make any money off of us and it doesn’t count and that comes from corporate. Does they call the number to register and they said the same thing so we don’t get any special perks.

- Betty (6/5): Pleasant - location bathroom door would not stay closed and don't want family to see you going to bathroom or taking a shower. food was cold you need breakfast food that is hot to stay hot brown sugar with oatmeal
