Salah (8/5): - Reception where rude not friendly didn’t offer upgrade and ask for extra money to give. Refused at first late check out but later another person says we can have. Other staff are excellent.
Jane (10/5): Clean rooms and great breakfast - Great checkin experience. Very efficient and and friendly staff. The rooms are very clean but getting a little tired. The price was really good with an excellent buffet breakfast which was well worth the extra $10 per person. Free parking.

Verified traveler (2/5): Rude front-desk attendant - The lady at the reception is so rude and spoke like she is doing guests a favor (by doing her job) We checked in and expected to get the room type that we’ve booked and paid for, but she said its not available. Our booking is for a guaranteed non smoking room with 1 bed.. she asked us to call the site where we made the reservation to verify our booking, I’m not sure what she wanted the site to do when my reservation clearly states “Superior room with 1 bed, non-smoking” - after asking to speak with someone in the property, she gave us the room type that we’ve booked. I called the site where we booked the room and they confirmed that my room type is guaranteed. Such an unnecessary inconvenience!

Safiya (4/5): - The property is in a great location. The lobby is clean & welcoming. We had a twin bed room it was small dirty & as soon as we walked in the strange curtain thing fell down 8feet. The roller blind did not work & when we ask it to be fixed they took forever so we did everything with lights on which were dull at the best of times. We did not use the pool due 1. It being empty, then on closer inspection it was horrible. Breakfast was the best thing about this hotel. You have to walk to interconnected Nove for breakfast, but we’ll worth eating good variety of food. Parking was also good.

Ahmed (4/5): Very long time at the Check-In - Very very long time for the Check-in, i was standing about 45 minutes because they closed the Ibis reception and we used Novotel hotel check-it.
Bret (8/5): A decent hotel for the basic requirements - This was my first experience with an Ibis/Novotel stay. Overall I was satisfied. The first room we were checked into smelled bad (like cats) and, upon calling the front desk, a hotel rep came to our room to escort us to a new room which was much better. Ibis offers the bare essentials, so don't expect much, but it's actually decent for a comfortable, clean bed and a hot shower and an overall quiet stay. I will likely stay again in the future.

Molly (10/5): A lovely transit stay - What a wonderful hotel! The bed was ultra comfortable and they gave me a birthday cake for my birthday with juice, which was so sweet. The pool was amazing and I swam laps there in the morning. Finally, the breakfast buffet was absolutely delicious. I definitely recommend this hotel. We stayed here for one night on our way to a fancier beach resort, but the Ibis was a great, inexpensive experience in itself! I'd definitely stay here again when I'm in the area.

Although understanding the minimalist brand and price, the bathroom was just too small. Shower cabinet size was ok, but sink and toilet was very tight to make it uncomfortable - only an extra 0.5 x 0.5 metre area was required.

They reacted very quickly and efficiently when i told them it urgent. They greatly exceeded my expectations! The room has a bit of a cheap feel to it - but you get what you pay for!
