Please note that check-in and key collection are by appointment. All requests for check-in outside of scheduled hours are subject to approval by the property. Please note that the restaurant is open for dinner on Sundays and Mondays only and requires a reservation (dinner at the property is not available in some dates in July & August). From March until the end of October, guests can have lunch and dinner at a nearby restaurant every day at a special agreed-upon price. Please note that 'Classic Double or Twin Room' and 'Double or Twin Room' are suitable for wheelchair users.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation.

Merel (8/5): Fijn verblijf bij een mooi landhuis - Prachtig landhuis met een mooie en grote tuin. Uitzicht op de Etna! Ontbijt goed verzorgd. Kamer was ruim en schoon. Fijn dat er een zitje buiten was! Je hoort buiten inderdaad de snelweg maar binnen in de kamer niet! Geen last van gehad. Helaas konden wij op vrijdagavond (in mei) niet in het restaurant eten, deze was dicht. Ontvangst met zelf incheck voelde een beetje onpersoonlijk. Personeel bij de receptie was namelijk wel aanwezig maar verwees ons naar de instructies die wij via Whatsapp hadden ontvangen.

Kristina (10/5): Loved it! - Loved, loved, loved the accommodation at this place! The room, the terrace, the view, the atmosphere, the breakfast! Perfection. I know some people mentioned the noise from the road nearby, however it did not bother us in the slightest. The communication with the hotel was clear and concise, which is very much appreciated especially for female travellers, and we felt completely safe. The check-in process was smooth and we would definitely come back again if ever in the area. n/a

Kurcikjaviča (10/5): Our favourite stay in Sicily! - Good location out of the city, but still close to nearby city and Taormina. With a car it’s very easy and comfortable. Absolutely beautiful views and place. We wanted to stay another night on the spot, but everything was booked. (Understandable seeing the place)

Beau (10/5): Cute, affordable and quiet. - Staff was super helpful and accommodating for an after hour check in (which we had to do due to ferry delays). The area was absolutely stunning, with large spaces to roam and a gorgeous view of the surrounding areas. The room was spacious and well organized, truly no complaints! If arriving at night, it was only a little difficult to find due to low light in the area and Google Maps getting a bit lost, but it wasn’t really a big deal.

Anna (10/5): Tunnelmallinen maatilahotelli ihanalla aamupalalla! - Hotelli oli todella tunnelmallinen ja sijaitsi kauniilla paikalla. Hotellin henkilökunta oli ihanaa ja ilmapiiri oli kiireetön sekä miellyttävä. Aamupala oli todella maistuva. Pihapiirissä oli paljon kissoja! Huoneeseen kuului äänet hotellin yleisiltä alueilta hyvin (niin ohikulkevien ihmisten kuin myös eläinten äänet). Huoneessa on vähänlaisesti laskutilaa. Kannattaa myös huomioida, että hotellin ollessa maatilahotelli, erilaisia hyönteisiä on väistämättä paljon. Sisiliassa taksit ovat melko kalliita, joten tänne majoittuvalla on melkeinpä pakko olla auto tai moottoripyörä.

Yuchen (10/5): Excellent. - Thé place is amazing, the room is clean and spacious and the food is home-made and good. Dinner and breakfast were both good. Price, even mini-bar, is reasonable. The location is good: it’s directly next to a small train station from where one can go to Catania and Taormina, although the train are not frequent (particulary on weekends)- I’d still recommend driving. There is a cute small village in walking distance where one can find food and drinks,. The property is very beautiful and the staff nice. The rooms can get a bit hot and it’s hard to open the window without letting in the mosquitos. But overall really minor.

Lo consiglio se volete stare in un bel posto ma tranquillo, comodo per visitare i dintorni in quanto è a meno di 1/2 di macchina da Taormina e alle pendici dell'Etna e vicino all'autostrada. Avevamo prenotato 1 notte , ne abbiamo aggiunte altre 3.

Prima uitvalsbasis voor Taormina en Etna Mooie tuin Parkeren gewoon op terrein Fijn dicht bij de snelweg en op 1 minuutje rijden van een heerlijke pizzeria in het dorpje. Ook dichtbij treinstation (geen last van) Duidelijke instructiefilmpjes voor aankomst Lekker huisgemaakt ontbijt ( dag van vertrek kregen we dit zelfs keurig mee voor onderweg naar het vliegveld omdat we het ontbijt om half 8 net niet haalden ) Restaurant van verblijf zelf alleen op zondag en maandag. Wel mogelijk om een koud gerecht in je minibar bezorgd te krijgen. Wij zijn goede slapers dus hebben er ‘s nachts geen last van gehad, maar de snelweg hoor je echt wel. Wat ouderwets, zeker de badkamer. Door sterke schoonmaakgeur voelt dit niet helemaal “fris”, maar we begrijpen dat ze dit doen om insecten zoveel mogelijk te weren.

Le personnel et particulièrement Fransesca sont accueillants et très attentifs. La communication est chaleureuse. La proximité bruyante de l'autoroute, qui malheureusement n'est pas de la compétence de l'établissement (il y était bien avant la construction de l'autoroute).

Katarina (10/5): - We loved our stay! Our rooms were perfectly clean, well equipped and with nice atmosphere. The surrounding are magical, orange and lemon trees everywhere, I really recommend the walk in the orchard with the views of Mount Etna. Breakfast was everything you need, with homemade cakes, jams and croissants (which were the best we had in Sicily). My boyfriend had birthday and he even got surprise birthday cake with candle, which was absolutely sweet and we cant thank you enough! :) The only thing you have to bear in mind is that the location is close to the highway and you can hear cars in the night. But to be honest, we got used to it after first night. nothing, everything was great!

Andrea (8/5): Perfekte Lage um den Etna zu erreichen, kein entspannter Aufenthalt wegen des Autolärms. - Die Gartenanlage drumherum war sehr beeindruckend und gepflegt. Es gab viele Möglichkeiten sich hinzusetzen. Die ständigen lauten Geräusche der nahen Autobahn, auch nachts. Es war nicht möglich, bei geöffnetem Fenster zu schlafen.
Marina (10/5): Couldn’t have chosen a better stay for my birthday - Amazing stay if you want to explore mount etna, wineries and Taormina. Our room was so comfortable and charming and the shower was super great. The common areas of the hotel are stunning with views to etna and to the garden where they plant oranges, lemons… But the best part are the people, the staff is truly amazing. I’ve spent my birthday and as a vegan I didn’t think there would be options for me. But they veganize their dinner menu (which was fanstastic!!!) and Giusy made the BEST cake ever!!! ( orange from the farm and chocolate ) The breakfast was also super nice and I had a delicious cappuccino made with almond milk, jams and the freshest juice rom the fruits from the farm 🤩 What a experience! Can thank all the staff enough for all attention to details, especially Francesca and Giusy!

Andreass (9/5): Calm and beautiful spot, good base for Etna, Alcantara gorge or Taormina visits. - All was good. Beautiful place with great interior and exterior. Highway is a bit too close and cars can be heard all the time. But this is tiny detail compared to all the good things.
Martyna (9/5): Great stay in a beautiful property! - The property is situated in a beautiful area, surrounded by fruit trees with an amazing view of Mt Etna. It had a great terrace, perfect for evening relax with a glass of wine. The location is great, close to Catania and Taormina. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. We loved our stay!

Afstand tot zuidelijke Etna was toch wat ver tot aan de kabelbaan De kamer was wat klein, moeite met bagage, Slechte douche, water maakte halve badkamer nat. Je stootte regelmatig tegen de kraan waardoor water te heet werd of er helemaal geen water was.

Eleni (9/5): Charming antico borgo - The staff was friendly and welcoming the next morning. We liked the possibility of making fresh orange juice at breakfast, and the room was spacious. The only downside was how close it was to the main road, although it wasn’t really disturbing at night with the windows closed.

Dominik (10/5): Charming agriturismo with stunning Etna views and warm hospitality - We stayed for three nights at this agriturismo and had a wonderful experience. Our room was spacious, very clean, and tastefully furnished, with especially comfortable mattresses. The property itself is beautiful, offering stunning views of Etna and the surrounding countryside. One of the highlights of our stay was walking through the citrus plantation. Breakfast was excellent, with a great variety of fresh and delicious options, including homemade cake every day. As we were traveling by public transportation, we also appreciated the convenient location for exploring the area. A special thank you to our host, Francesca, who was exceptionally kind and helpful. She created a warm and welcoming atmosphere that made our stay even more enjoyable. You can hear some noise from the nearby highway, but it did not affect our stay.

Le personnel est extrêmement efficace et professionnel (accueil, informations, demandes particulières ...). L'établissement est une ancienne exploitation agricole, cela lui donne un caractère encore plus intéressant qu’un hôtel classique. Rien.

The breakfasts were very good with excellent home made cakes and we would have no hesitation in recommending anyone to stay here providing they have a car.

Le point négatif de l établissement est sa localisation à côté de l autoroute ou circule beaucoup de camions toute la nuit .Impossible de dormir sans boule quies . malgré le double le vitrage. Le manque de contact avec les hôtes,fonctionne plus comme un hôtel. Dommage que le restaurant ne soit ouvert que le w end nous avions choisi cet établissement pour son service de restauration.Les restaurants conseillés n ont rien d exceptionnels.

Several amenities didn’t work, including the hot water machine and hairdryer. The bathroom was poorly designed, with no bidet and a shower that flooded the entire floor, creating a safety risk. The garage door is manual and inconvenient, and the IR code provided didn’t work. Reception was also unavailable when we needed assistance.

Schade, denn ansonsten war alles perfekt.

The breakfast was wonderful, homemade cornetto, cakes, jams, and honey from the farm. We'd recommend staying a few days and using it as a base. We bought homemade dinner which we had in our rooms. They were very tasty. I'm going to try and make the rice salad.
