• Claudia (10/5): Para recomendar! - El hotel esta muy bien ubicado para ir en auto, con aparcamiento gratuito y lugar libre siempre para estacionar. La vista es inncreiblemente linda. Las instalaciones muy buenas y confortables. En el lobby del hotel siempre hay bebidas calientes para servirse. El desayuno con buenos productos y variados. Lo mejor de todo sin dudas el personal! Tuvimos un inconveniente y nos brindaron todo su apoyo y ayuda para solucionarlo. Gracias!!!

O estacionamento de carros é livre e amplo. A localização é tranquila, porém um pouco afastada do centro, o que não configura um problema para quem estiver de carro. O atendimento foi muito bom. Os quartos foram reformados, principalmente os banheiros estão bem equipados. O café da manhã poderia ser um pouco melhor.

• Patricia (9/5): Refreshing and comfortable - The room was decorated rustic cabin style which was perfect for location. The balcony and view of the mountains and stream was refreshing. Our room had a queen and a twin bed making it idea for couple and small child. The breakfast was deliciously varied. Wish there had been a mini refrigerator, privacy curtains on the large windows in the bathroom as the balcony is shared with 2-3 other guest rooms. When using the electrical outlets, we had to use the adapter on the coffee pot for our USA plugs as our European adapters were not compatible. Noisy late night guests kept us awake.

Bagno molto bello e ordinato. La vista dal balcone era eccezionale . Lo staff disponibilissimo e molto gentile, sia la reception, che l’accoglienza alla colazione. In generale tutto top. Colazione molto fornita , pensata per tutti i tipi di palato , dal dolce al salato. Bellissima esperienza Della struttura non ci é piaciuta solo la distanza dal centro.

• Lippold (8/5): A value for money stay in a premier ski resort. - A value for money stay for our family of three. We had a large room on the first floor with a corner balcony and view of the Dolomites. The rooms are modern & renovated on the first floor. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The room was serviced daily & the kettle in the room was a nice touch. The manager also gave us access to crockery one evening so we could eat dinner in our room & we saw others use the microwave. Reception is attended until 9:30pm. The location is 2km from the city centre so it’s best to stay here if you have a car or are happy to take the bus. Parking was available in the town. There was some internal construction work going on for the first day & a half which was quite noisy in the daytime but thankfully there was no noise at night. The heating in the room is quite powerful so best to turn down/off at night if you’re a warm sleeper. Advise to get to breakfast early for the full treatment as supplies were less closer to closing time.

• Nazrin (1/5): Uncomfortably cold rooms - The only good and helpful receptionist was Angelica (I think that was her name) Heating kept turning off during the night, in the middle of winter — the room was so cold I had to ask for it be changed the next morning! I kept asking the reception to turn it back on, but it would turn off again after a while. Breakfast selection was small.
• Marco (6/5): Purtroppo non la considereremo per futuri soggiorni. - Purtroppo non viene voglia di tornare, perché l’esperienza complessiva non lascia un ricordo piacevole. Nelle aree comuni ho notato un allestimento molto essenziale: essendo il giorno di Natale mi sarei aspettato almeno qualche piccola decorazione, ma anche in un periodo ordinario credo che basterebbero alcuni dettagli (tendaggi, tovagliato, un semplice centro tavola) per rendere l’ambiente più caldo e accogliente. Attualmente l’atmosfera risulta piuttosto fredda e poco valorizzata, e anche l’illuminazione non contribuisce a migliorare la percezione generale. Anche il servizio potrebbe essere più curato: ho avuto l’impressione di un personale poco coinvolto e con una supervisione limitata, con un’impostazione molto minimale (ad esempio tovagliette di carta e attenzione ridotta ai dettagli). Al momento del check-out, inoltre, abbiamo lasciato le chiavi senza trovare nessuno a salutarci, cosa che ha reso la partenza un po’ impersonale. Un aspetto che mi ha lasciato perplesso riguarda la sicurezza: ci era stato indicato che dopo le 21:00 sarebbe stato necessario suonare per accedere, ma durante la notte la porta è rimasta aperta. Questo dettaglio, soprattutto in una struttura ricettiva, trasmette una sensazione di controllo e tutela non pienamente adeguata. Per quanto riguarda la camera, l’arredo e le finiture risultavano poco omogenei: diverse tonalità di legno, mobili datati e una ristrutturazione che, pur recente, non trasmetteva qualità o coerenza stilistica. Il pavimento in laminato scricchiolava e nel complesso l’ambiente ricordava più una sistemazione funzionale che un contesto di montagna. In una struttura di questo tipo, infatti, ci si aspetta una maggiore “tematizzazione” e qualche elemento in più capace di creare calore e identità, anche con interventi semplici ma ben pensati.

Zona tranquilla, lontana dal centro che comunque rimane facilmente raggiungibile in auto o con mezzi pubblici (fermata di fronte all'hotel). Concierge disponibile e informale. Ascensore non funzionante, in riparazione (?). Tre piani a piedi non sono un problema per me, ma c'è chi potrebbe avere problemi. Deposito sci poco pratico ricavato in un ambiente non idoneo. Scarponi da portare in camera per l'asciugatura vicino ai termosifoni.

Neverovatno losa izolacija, cele noci nismo spavali zbog buke iz susedne sobe. Ne bih ni pricala sta se sve culo. Hotel je pre jeftin motel za sumnjive ljude nego hotel za turiste.

We had a small balcony too and could sit there, highly recommended There were people smoking outside and it reached the room somehow, happened a few times. So we had to close the windows overnight
