Gabriella (7/5): Great location, value for money and quirky setting. - Quirky location and close to eateries and beach. The curtains weren't block out and the spa bath was a bit dusty.

Margaret Gunyah (9/5): Italianate character with spacious rooms close to beach - EBTR is infused with Italianate architectural features. The character and mixture of accom, restaurants, cinemas and piazza performer nurtures an ambiance of warmth and relaxation. I'm map challenged and was confused by the numerous corridors and scale. Curiously, many families concurrently embarked on hide and seek games which value added the experience on the rainy days for them. This was not a negative.
Megan (8/5): Great place, little outdated - Beautiful building, great location, lovely staff A little old and run down. The lift system is a bit inconvenient, as you need to call staff every time you want to use it. The light in our kitchen was not working, and the bathroom door handle was broken.

Amber (8/5): A feast of your senses!! Quirky and convenient - We loved returning to old town and experiencing the Galleria overnight! Such a quirky place with everything you need on site, restaurants, bars and even a cinema! Great location opposite the water Nothing not to like! Perhaps not to everyone taste but we loved the over the top styling of the building

Paul (8/5): It was generally a great stay. Our room, toilet and bed are clean. The room is spacious and has a wide balcony. The mote - The style of this boutique motel is amazing. It’s location will be it’s core selling point - very close proximity to the beach, restaurants and town. It could be noisy depending on the location of your room, as some rooms are directly above some of the restaurants and cafe. We could not find any vending machine so better to buy snacks or water in town ahead of time.

Bathroom very basic and soap and kitchenette very average. No staff to ask much if. Cinema staff helps. No warm spa. There is one there but not heated.

Fahad (9/5): Its was good place to stopover. - It was a good place to stay for a night of two. Bathroom smelled a bit off, rest everything was all good.
Ruth (8/5): Interesting place that made me smile - Hotel was a treat to visit in itself. Very Italian, it made me smile every time I walked in. The room was nice but walking on the tiled floor made my socks very dirty and cups inside the paper wrap had chocolate over the outside. It was hard to fill the kettle as the sink was very small. I loved the veranda which was large enough to have friends over for coffee.

Kim Leanne (8/5): Overall a great place with fantastic amenities close by. Extremely clean and comfortable. - Great atmosphere. Close to great attractions, transportation, cafes and restaurants. Loud banging noise woken early with cleaning trolly outside my door, went on for half hour. Extremely loud on tiled floors. It was the morning after travelling all day previously. Would not of bothered me as much the 2nd day there. Could hear a conversation and a couple having sex next door coming from balcony area and my door was shut. Lol

Mackenzie (8/5): A great stay in the perfect location at Ettalong beach - Very eclectic style, loved the European influence and piazza style location. The check in and check out was easy and lots of street parking. The bed was not very comfortable and there was a sound that the air con made all night which did make it harder to sleep.

Lee (8/5): Worth the visit - The eclectic Mediterranean feel. So much to look at just within the property- stained glass, art, specialty shops, food. Our bed was uncomfortable, about a 5/10. Our room needs be be lightened up, either more natural lighting or painting the bricks. The room feels very dark and dingy which is the complete opposite of the overall property which is light, airy, colourful.

Rana (7/5): Interesting accomodation set up with location its best feature. - Location only stop for one night. Comfortable enough for a quiet weeknight. Same complex as multi purpose dining experience and cinemas with people eating downstairs from unit open hallway . Double room is comfortable but very old with glass opening doors. Curtains let light through gaps . I didn’t see staff during the stay as I collected the key with an electronic system at 5pm and checkout at 7am.
