Nahed (9/5): - Très bon séjour à Istanbul ! L’hôtel est parfaitement situé dans le quartier de Taksim, proche des restaurants, cafés et des principales attractions. Les chambres étaient propres et confortables, avec une belle vue depuis notre chambre sur le Bosphore. Le personnel était très professionnel et toujours disponible pour aider. Le petit-déjeuner était varié et agréable. Excellent rapport qualité/prix, je reviendrai avec plaisir !

Hasan (7/5): Locatie was goed. - Locatie is goed als je daar in de buurt wilt zijn. Ontbijt is goed, personeel is aardig. Hele drukke straat tot laat in de nacht dus veel lawaai. Maar wel leuke cafetjes beneden. We zagen bij aankomst wat haartjes op het bed en in het badkamer dat viel tegen.
Carol (5/5): Aceptable - Lo mejor es la zona. Está situado en el lado europeo del cuerno de oro, céntrico pero lo suficientemente alejado del gentío de la torre de Galata. El barrio es moderno y está lleno de cafeterías de autor, bares de copas, anticuarios y galerías de arte. Además cumplieron nuestra petición de estar en una planta alta y es de agradecer porque no sufrimos demasiado por el bullicio de la calle. Es un quiero y no puedo. Se ve que lo han intentado pero las instalaciones son solo correctas, la insonorización no es buena, se oye ruido procedente de las habitaciones de alrededor y el abrir y cerrar constante de puertas por el pasillo (pesan una tonelada y se cierran de golpe). Nos ha sorprendido que la ventana de nuestra habitación se pudiese abrir completamente porque la altura es considerable (desde la sexta planta) y la ventana es grande. No recuerdo exactamente por dónde nos llegaba pero creo que puede ser peligroso para personas con niños etc. Esto es un apunte para aquellos que lo quieran tener en cuenta, pero no sé si todas las habitaciones tendrán el mismo problema o si algunas dispondrán de cerrojo o de algún tipo de medida de seguridad. De todas formas, si les preocupa dormir en plantas altas, tengan en cuenta también que es una calle llena de bares con terrazas que cierran tarde. Puede ser peor el remedio que la enfermedad. La limpieza es aceptable pero no perfecta, en el baño encontramos hilos por el suelo, motas de polvo y alguna manchita. Puede haber sido un descuido puntual. No reponen el agua. El desayuno se sirve en el local de al lado, un restaurante en cuya puerta se puede ver el distintivo de Michelin, pero que esto no os engañe. Mucho me extrañaría que esa recomendación fuese real. Por lo que he visto en una búsqueda rápida, los dueños tienen otro restaurante que probablemente sí lo tenga pero ese es mediocre mediocre. De hecho es el peor desayuno que hemos comido en Estambul con mucha diferencia (nos hemos alojado en varios hoteles, algunos más económicos que este). Decoración y muebles modernos pero comida muy básica tirando a mala. Estoy casi segura de que ponen las sobras del día anterior (sirven lo mismo en la carta del restaurante) y la sección de comida caliente tiene dos cosas, ni si quiera hay huevos revueltos todos los días.

La terrazza panoramica non e' piu disponibile e la colazione viene servita in un bel locale collegato all'hotel. La terrazza non c'e' nelle descrizioni fornite dall'hotel ma e' presente ancora nelle foto e nelle vecchie recenzioni che creano false aspettative. Anna (10/5): - We really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The location is perfect - right in a lively area with easy access to all central spots. Do note that the tram is below, so there are stairs down to the Bosphorus and back up, which might be challenging for some ( my mother tired) The hotel itself is cozy, clean, and modern. The room had everything we needed, and the team was very responsive and helpful via WhatsApp even before my arrival. There’s an elevator and a breakfast area, and despite the central location, it was quiet. Highly recommend! 👍🏼 Nothing

The guys in the restaurant at breakfast were not that polite anyways :( At the hotel rooms there is not a single hanger - even for the towels! The rooms were clean and nice, but the mattress was not comfortable.

Mariana (7/5): Good location and comfortable beds, but service and some facilities could definitely be improved. - The location was very good and convenient. The beds were comfortable and overall the hotel offers decent value for the money. We had a quite unpleasant situation when we arrived. We had booked an airport transfer through the hotel itself — the hotel suggested it, and the confirmation clearly stated the price was €55. However, when we arrived, the receptionist told us it was actually €65 and cash only. We ended up having a discussion about it, and unfortunately the receptionist was quite rude to us. The bathroom also had an issue: the shower leaks water into the rest of the bathroom, which was inconvenient. Breakfast was very Turkish-style, which is fine, but if you expect a more international breakfast with pastries, scrambled eggs, etc., you may be disappointed. There were basically only boiled eggs available. WICH IS COMPLETELY FINE, WE'RE IN TURKEY!
Alejandro (10/5): Great stay in Estambul to live the local culture away from touristic crowds - Near the Taksim square, Galata tower and the port, walkable to get to the Galata bridge through commercial streets so it doesn’t feel far. Bars, restaurants and coffee shops less than a minute away in a nice lively neighborhood.
Carla (6/5): Bel hôtel et bel emplacement, accueil du personnel à revoir - Emplacement très bien Chambre deluxe à la hauteur Salle de bain très bien aussi Petit déjeuner simple : pas de jus de fruits .. assez simple dans l ensemble Personnel pas accueillant : ne t’aide pas pour entrer (porte très très lourde + poussette) te regarde galèrer , ne répond pas aux bonjour qu’on leur donne. Malgré un mot laissé au personnel du ménage , ces derniers ont éteint l’électricité de la chambre ce qui fait que j’ai dû jeter mon lait maternel qui été stocké dans le frigo .. réponse de l’accueil « ok et je peux faire quoi ? » ??? Bouteille d’eau à demander à l’accueil chaque jour (eau non potable)

Gergana (9/5): I will definitely stay here again! - The staff, the location, and the breakfast were great. Beds were very comfortable, no problem with water pressure and temperature in the bathroom. Exceptional experience. They even let us check in earlier because our room was ready. The only thing that I couldn't figure out was the AC system, but since we visited in April, it wasn't too hot or too cold, so we didn't need to change the room temperature. I guess if needed, the staff can help with this.
Boris (8/5): Super Lage, sauber, gemütlich, Gutes Frühstück - Wir hatten 5-tätigen Aufenthalt und waren sehr zufrieden. Das Zimmer war sauber, die Betten sehr gemütlich und das Badezimmer modern & ansprechend. Das Personal war auch sehr zuvorkommend. Beim Frühstück-Buffet war zwar die Auswahl nicht überaus groß aber dafür war es sehr gut. Und die Lage ist auch super, alle wichtigen Sehenswürdigen sind unter einer halben Stunde per öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel erreichbar. Das einzige Manko war das der TV im Zimmer ein wenig klein geraten war & kein Smart TV war, d.h.wir konnten nur türkisches Kabel-Fernsehen sehen.

Tamara (10/5): An amazing stay — our third time here, and definitely not the last. - The hotel was absolutely amazing. We have already stayed here for the third time and will definitely come back again. The location is perfect, very central and convenient. The staff are incredibly friendly, helpful, and attentive at all times. The room is beautiful, comfortable, and well-maintained. The atmosphere of the hotel is very pleasant and welcoming, and everything is kept very clean with daily housekeeping. Overall, everything is at the highest level. Honestly, there was nothing to complain about — everything was great.
Mohamed (10/5): - Hotellet har en fantastisk beliggenhed. det er et modern hotel, personale er Høflige og hjælpsomme. Morgenmaden er rigtig god, håndklæderne bliver skiftet hver dag, og værelset bliver gjort rent hver dag.

Anna (10/5): - Прекрасное расположение отеля, свежий номер, вкусный завтрак в турецком стиле. Интернет хорошо работал, проблем не было. Трехместный номер был достаточно просторным. Не хватало крючков или аналогичных приспособлений в санузле. Если есть особые предпочтения, то подушки могут показаться неудобными, недостаточно плотные.

Gerard (9/5): Prima hotel op uitstekende locatie - Prima kamer met uitstekende badkamer en douche. Er wordt een typisch Turks ontbijt aangeboden met veel groenten, fruit, olijven etc. Ook lekkere broden, ei en börek. En natuurlijk chai thee. Er ontbreken handdoekhaakjes in de badkamer. Je kunt je handdoek nergens ophangen.

Lucija (8/5): - Lokacija hotela je jako blizu Taksima. Sobe su uredne. Dorucak je bio los. Od ‘tople’ hrane vecinom budu kuhana jaja i ohladeni pomfri i jos dvije opcije (npr. Kuhana brokula, tijesto sa sirom - sve hladno). Dorucak se ne nadopunjava redovito. Vecinom pola toga fali. Najvise ima sirovog voca i povrca i njihovih tradicionalnih namaza.
Yildiz (10/5): - Schönes, sauberes, geräumiges Zimmer. Sieht aus wie auf den Bildern. Gute Ausstattung. Bett groß und bequem (nicht zu weich). Schöne Dusche. Wir hatten 2 kleine Balkone. Von einem sah man seitlich das Meer :) Günstige Lage - man ist in 5 min am taksim Platz und kann von da mit Metro und Bus gut überall hinkommen. Oder einfach da bleiben und sehr gut essen und trinken. Allerdings wenn man klassisches Sightseeing mit Hagia Sofia und blaue Mosche etc möchte ist es etwas weit weg, aber dennoch gut erreichbar. Personal war nett. Frühstück sehr gut
